Went to this location after terrible service at the Waba Grill off Haven and 4th. We pulled up just before they closed. Granted, it was 8:53pm and they close at 9. I get that. We probably would have made it sooner had the rude girl at the other location hadnt wasted so much of our time for nothing. We were hungry after being out all day in the heat and wanted a healthy option for dinner.However, as we pull up, the cashier practically ran to the door and quickly locked it. Then she looked at us and jiggled the door to show us they were locked. That was our second and final attempt at ordering from Waba Grill. Waba Grill apparently doesnt want or need business. Zero stars!

I totally love the staff here and there service is actually good then any other locations I have visited. The workers here are nice and make sure I leave with my order correct in hand with no attitude and have so many new choices on the menú. I would suggest this waba grill to friends family and many others since there chicken and steak are always on point and the rice is hot and soft like it should be definitely 5 stars 👍💯

It was my first time eating at a Waba Grill and I didnt even know this location was even there. It looked brand new and not many people were in there.I had the steak veggie bowl with brown rice and it was OKAY. The typical super sweet teriyaki beef on a bed of brown rice with steamed veggies.Not much more to say about it, as it is the same type of food you would find at any other place that serves rice bowls.If youre in the need of a quick meal, this place will suffice.

There was a long line and I guess the manager was on her lunch not seeming to help and when she got back she was yelling at her staff. I worked in the food industry for a long time and seeing that breaks my heart for the staff because they seem very nice. I think her name was Marsha. Really hope she learns to help her team in the future.

The food is acceptable and I like it, but is the same with flame broilers yet so much more expensive. The waiters attitude is bad. There arent many customers but I waited for at least 15 mins in a FAST FOOD restaurant. I didnt like it

Good fresh food served quickly. I skip a closer Waba to come to this particular Waba because the staff are generally quite pleasant. They also keep it clean.

I liked it. Nothing super dancyy abou t anything here, but it is veryh clean and very fast. It was delicious. I ordered the 5 dollar chicken bowl. I recommend you try this place. Good prices.

Came in ordered 2 plates and go the orders wrong then staff not being polite goes from food to money and back to food without washing hands so canceled order and will not be back thanks btw no hair nets or gloves they need new management sorry to be negivite I have seen the same person work there longer then a week thank you for surprisingly letting me down because I love your food...
