The food was delicious and fresh. I asked for white chicken meat for my bowl n they happily obliged, n didnt charge me extra for it, like most places do. The beef was tasty but the portion was extra scarce. The veggies were a lil crunchy just how i like them. Delicious lunch!

This location used to be pretty good. Unfortunately, in the last several months it seems to have gone down hill. We have issues with order accuracy (despite ordering in the app so there is no misunderstanding), and the food doesnt taste fresh. The chicken was dry and tough and the dumplings tasted like they had been sitting around for a long time and reheated. I decided to try one of their new tacos. It was literally 2 bites, so not worth the price they have listed on the menu. I think tonight may have been the last time we eat there for a while. No matter, there are plenty of chicken and rice bowl placed nearby. Maybe well give WaBa another shot in a couple years.

Overall customer service is great. Zulyema and Jose are very welcoming and great workers. I’m a daily customer I feel bad for the workers they are working in very bad conditions, the power was out unfortunately it wasn’t the first time I walk in and the power is out. It’s very hot in there I didn’t end up ordering because they weren’t taking card.

I’m a daily Customer and this waba grill location never disapoints. Everytime I go José is the one in the kitchen, the food tastes fresh and always cooked well. He’s definitely a great worker!

Horrible. My husband and my pregnant self walked into this establishment an hour before closure and were told that we could not order in the store. We were told that they were only excepting online orders at that time. So we walked back to the car and placed an online order. However after I placed an online order, 2 customers walked in after us and was able to order in person at the establishment. Also the online order I purchased was not complete, I was missing items. I still got charged the full amount. This is very unacceptable. Whomever the manger is needs to retrain or hire some different employees because that type of service should not be allowed or tolerated. We paid $20 for this plate with no salad dressing on the salad. My husband ordered potstickers and fruit and did not receive either items. SMH

My food was cold and wrong. Had the tacos at a different location and they were good not at this location. I was supposed to have 1 shrimp, 2 beef I got 1 shrimp, 1 beef, 2 chicken and all were cold. Sucks!

I went in today and there was no electricity! It was dim and smoky because lack of A/C and I was surprised they were open at all. Its unsafe for workers and a negative experience for customers. Staff was friendly and let me know this isnt the first time its happened and theyve been expected to work. Shame on management, I wont be coming back.

The door and internet says they open at 10am. We went 3 times last week and once this week. Every time it was locked. 10:10 door was still locked. They should change the time to 10:30 if they cant open on time.

Very stingy on portion size compared to other locations I’ve been to. My usual go to spot is in Ontario and their servings are generous and been to many other locations and the same but I’ve been going to this location at least once a week because it’s close to where I work. I’ve just gotten fed up, not sure if management tells their employees to cut back or what but very disappointing. I’ve decided I’m going to just pick up from the Ontario waba the day before and take for lunch the next day. Also the last few times I’ve been to this location they don’t have sauces maybe a supply issue I don’t know.

Waste of time. I made a pick up order for 6:30pm on 9/14 for right when I get off of work. Got to the store and called the curbside # to get my order. The girl who answered made it found like she lost my order or something? She said my order would be out in a FEW minutes in a confused tone. As I sit and wait 3 other people who did not have online orders went in- places their order waited for it to be made and then walked out and drove off. I know this because I could see through the window of the waba grill. Finally I get an email that says my order has been completed yet my order was never given to me. I go inside, ask about my order. It’s not ready- she has to get everything together still. What’s the point of setting a pick up time if they don’t care about it?! On top of that- food was cold and the order was wrong.

Amazing food!!!!The staff are really good at their jobs!!! Very cool location if your stuck in traffic around the 210 / 57 fwy.... Get offThis is really healthy fast food.^I reccomend the sweet and sour chicken plate. Sub the orange and add salad. Extra salad dressing, and about 8 hot sauce packets.^Also reccomend the Salmon plate sub the orange, add saladIf your into it, ask for no dressing on the fish. Dip the fish in lemon juice.^Awesome!!!! I would reccomend this Waba very highly!!!I also end up having to tip them. Hahaa,,Thanks Waba!!!

There were only two workers during lunch rush (1pm), and after I paid, the cashier ran off in a rush to make another plate without giving me my cup. Both workers disappeared behind the divider as one poorly tried to hide the fact that she was checking her phone while I was trying to request a fork. The menu has also recently changed, and instead of being considerate and explaining that this had happened recently, the cashier was dismissive and acted like I shouldve known just as well as her that they didnt have the steak and veggie bowl anymore. I was very disappointed with this visit, and if I want Waba while shopping, Im going to the one on Barranca instead.

The cashier was awesome when I explained about the food allergy in our order. She went out of her way to improve our order and experience. The Salmon salad was amazing. My mother is now a Waba fan too!

Ive been to other locations. This one was just bad. Chicken was dried out, salad was limp and some rotted leaves, cucumber was frozen and thawed. The dumplings were at least fresh but half doughy and half burned

Ordered a steak bowl. It was served with only half the bowl having steak on top of rice, the other half was just rice. The steak must’ve been 3, MAYBE 4 oz. Staff stated that it was Normal and they weighed it out. So I basically paid $8 for a bowl of rice and a dash of steak for flavor. Won’t be coming back.

Very slow and poor service! Staff are just talking with each other. 3 customers left without ordering while I was waiting for my order. Nobody even acknowledged them! The only one who greets the customers as they come and hustling up is the lady with the short hair.

I went in as the only customer and had to wait two minutes just to get served. However, the food was prepared fairly quickly and the quality was decent. Though once again I had to go back to the counter to get a lid for my food and while my presence was clearly seen and even acknowledged via eye contact, I was unable to be recognized by any of the workers and ultimately had to call out loud just to be heard by any of the staff.

I ate here for the first time & was not that impressed with the food. In the condiments are the carrots & jalapeno mix the carrots were soggy & not crunchy at all, so I did not eat what I took. I will not return when there is a Panda Express close by or if I want to spend more money a Pick Up Stix.

Hours are incorrectly posted. There is no notice of hours being different and there is an open sign, but it is not open. It sucks when you drive here during lunch, only for it to be closed with no reason.

I love the waffle experience and I love their teriyaki sauce. It is really good especially when you can go in on Sundays and you can get two chicken bowls at a very very good price.

If I can give a negative star for atmosphere I would give a negative 5. Rice was hot meat was room temp and beef was chewy. Only a pinch of meat the rest was rice. First time and not impressed.

Today I wanted a lot of food for my meeting but it was not possible, I couldnt stand the heat inside since they had no light. Its incredible that this happens in the USA. Its a shame the food is very good...
