They do a great job here! The veggies/salad are higher quality than similar places and the rice and tender meat generous and delicious sauce. Very healthy with nice half orange too, avocado option add on and delicious and good priced and the people/service are really nice imo :-) Will be back many times thank you.

We ordered two teriyaki bowls with onion and both came without onion. It was ordered through Ubereats and we arrived before 8 but the door was locked and they didn’t let us in. They ignored us for a minute before coming to give us our food. The man quickly gave the bag and locked the door before I could check the order to be correct or to ask for extra sauce.They were rude and negligent.

Horrible service, I get there today 4/2/22 around 1:40 pm. no one greets me, im waiting for my order to be taken for a few minutes and i try to get the girls attention.. she just walks off and the guys are just laughing in the kitchen. Did i do something to them before?? Like what was the reasoning no one could help me. I ended up leaving looking like a fool. Was already having a bad day now that was the nail in the coffin. Never coming here again. Thanks for nothing waba grill!

It was ok. The food is healthy but no taste. I ordered the shrimp bowl and salmon bowl to go. The taste was bland. It was healthy but did not have any taste. I had to doctor it up with hot sauce and soy sauce to get it right. I dont recommend this place. The personnel were friendly.

I enjoy the food here its a healthier option then other fast food spots. Theres a chicken bowl and a drink for 5 dollars and its a good size drink and bowl. Its about 4 dollars cheaper then buying them without the special. Usually at night you can get in and get out within 5 mins.the avocados are a 1.50 extra.

A typical Waba Grill restaurant! The food was delicious. While the meals were fairly priced. Moreover, the location was clean, and service was fast. So, if you need to grab some quick and healthy food items, I would recommend a visit to this location. Of course, there are other locations in California. Still, this one is close to where I live.

I have been here many times, while studying at Cal Poly Pomona, and living in the apartment complex of Claremont. The meals are quite delicious, and at the same time healthy. The prices for these meals are quite fair. It is located in Claremont Promenade Center, quite close to downtown, and other business establishments. So, if anyone is in the area, I would recommend a visit to this place, at least for healthy meal options.

I called in to place an order and the lady left me on hold for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore, I drove to the store and saw the phone off the hook which explains why the line kept beeping every time I tried to call back. The customer service is not the best

I ate there yesterday it looks as though they have change the salmon from a real filet to chunks and compressed fish pieces. I guess fish pieces of unknown parts of the salmon is cheaper and etter for profits. So sad.
