This Waba location is pretty good. I love their 2 bowl deal on the weekend. It’s better than Flamebroiler. The several times I’ve been in the condiment bar has been extremely messy and had not been cleaned for a while.

This location recently opened up. It is inside the shopping center, tucked away and hard to notice if you dont know its here. However once you dont this place the experience will be a good one. Great service, clean, and moderately healthy food.

Me and my wife stopped going to this location off magnolia. The last three times our chicken bowls where BURNT,DRY,COLD. I stopped going here months ago and decided to give it one more try. Once again food was not good! My wife and I will never be back at any WABA GRILL. Money is to hard to earn and fast food QUALITY has gone down the toilet where WABA grill belongs.

The location that is in magnolia is very bad and I have gone several times to look for a bowl with vegetables and they tell me that there is none and it is 8:30 pm, perhaps they cannot cook any more or you do not let them, besides that also sometimes I went to buy food and its 15 or 10 at 9 and its already closed because its hours arent until 9 oclock. One last thing and I went in to buy food and the cashiers and a young cook with long hair are very involved in the cell phone. I see that in their facilities they have cameras that are just for decoration or they really see if they are doing their job or not. The truth is that sometimes I preferred to drive to the location that is in Chicago o la sierra because they give better service there.

I came during lunch and got the Salmon bowl. I didnt notice it burnt on both sides til I got back to work. When I came back with my receipt and a pic to report it, the cashier apologized and said well make you another. About few minutes later, a women came from the back name Yulie holding my receipt and stopped the 2nd order then asked to see the pic. When I showed it, she paused then said oh thats how it supposed to be cooked. I said no its not, I get this all the time. She said loudly with an attitude I cant give you your money back. I was shocked cause she was trying to draw negative attention to me. Then she said loudly I cant help you twice while holding the receipt and shaking her head no. I took my receipt and started to leave; I heard her tell the staff I was just trying to get a free meal. When I looked back, they were all looking at me and Yulie was smirking like she won. Horrible customer service and burnt food. No thank you.

Got the basic order of a chicken rice/veggie bowl and dumplings. Everything tasted good, the cabbage was a bit too firm but most places lightly cook it to avoid over cooking. I went after the lunch rush and got my order super quick.

At the time of writing this review, this location has just opened up. The staff here is very friendly and immediately greeted me upon entering the establishment. They provided my order in great time, and the food was delicious! The locations interior design is also very nice with a great modern feel to it with plenty of space so you do not feel crowded when eating inside.To summarize my review, the food is great, the staff is great and very friendly, and the store looks great! I would easily recommend this to anybody looking for a great place to eat!

Very disappointed in this place! After reading alot of positive reviews i thought maybe its time to try it! I was looking for some healthy asian options. I have ordered the chicken and steak veggie bowl and it is a complete disaster!! The chicken is full of fat and of very low quality, the steak was almost overcooked and burnt! Its a shame that you send food of this quality to people!!! I had to actually throw the food and order from another place!!

A little more or better if u like then fast food. Rice & chicken or beef. White or brown rice. Vegetables too. Dont know how vegetables r cook. I had broccoli with two meats on white rice. Food was hot. Eatery had just open, dont think personal were up 2 speed yet? They werent friendly. Dont need any more friends so? Food was good, tasty & hot. I will eat here again.

Customer service is great!! Ivan was very friendly and patient with an elderly woman in line. He smiled the whole time and took his time to answer all her questions about the food. Store is always clean and the wait is always short. Food is great!

If I could give this 0 stars on this then I would. I got a teriyaki and rice bowl and it was a disaster. The rice was too moist and the teriyaki chicken was horrible it tasted so weird and the rice was so moist so was my moms bowl gross. I hope next time this waba grill can get it better. All of the other waba grills Ive tried have been better but this one wasnt it.

Ive never had such a horrible experience with Waba. I work near the fontana Sierra lakes location and I go there about 3x per week I always have amazing experiences there. I have been to three different locations, all great service and food.But this location is sooooo awful. First of all, I called in to order at 5:37 PM. Girl said it would be 10min. I go in at 5:50pm and the girl rings me up and then hands over the order to the cook to start it. (I couldve sworn calling in an order meant they would start it, which is how things work everywhere else including the fontana location)I watch several other people get their orders. Even though I got there before them.Then I finally get to leave at 6.10pm. I get home at 6.15pm EVERYTHING IS BURNT. Three chicken bowls all taste like charcoal. One of the bowls wasnt supposed to have veggies and brown rice it came with veggies and white rice instead.... And my salmon bowl tastes like s**t. I gave it to my dogs and ate the rice. The one thing they got right.I cant go back cause I have somewhere I need to be at 6.30 but holy cow I will never be coming back here. So so disappointed. Take your people to Sierra lakes waba to learn how to do their jobs.

I show up at night 5 min after 9pm when I google the hours it said close at 930 unfortunately that was the wrong location but MJ and he’s staff still welcome me honor the other location hours and make dinner for me that’s what customer service is all about I’ll be coming back at the reg hours next time great service great food he’s employees were very accommodating so thank you guys too
