I just wanna say I love this place. Hands-down the best Waba location out there !! this girl name “Miranda” has the best attitude super helpful. She wasn’t taking my order. It was somebody else, but she went out of her way to help me and help her own coworkers, even though it was rush-time .. this is the reason why I would keep coming only to this location I love this Waba. 🍲🍴

Customer Service was on POINT! The woman who took my order was honestly one of the nicest people that I have ever met. Her name was Cristina and just for her customer service I’ll definitely be coming to this specific location again! Honestly refreshing to have this kind of energy in an atmosphere like this, Overall great experience and yummy food!

Very nice staff and delicious food … but inside of the store it was Super Hot, they don’t have air condition, it was more Hot inside than outside, I stopped going over there for that reason!!!!

Placed a Mobile order for my supervisor. Arrived at the office and saw the order was wrong. I payed extra for her special request. Salad was drenched in dressing and veggies were brown (broccoli & carrots)Called to speak to a manager and was told her name is Susie and out for the rest of the week.

Cashier Miranda was rude when taking our order. It was my first time coming here so it took me a minute to understand the menu. The whole time she starred and kept asking “are you ready” with an attitude. It looked like she was getting annoyed that we were still deciding. When she took our order, she was very quick with it and had rude responses. It was more than obvious that we were not familiar with the menu so she made us feel like if we were dumb for not knowing. However the food was great.

I always call in to have my lunch ready, they say 10min...and I drive over in 5 and its ready in the time they say it will be done. The really take your orders seriously, Im vegetarian and I like to ask for extra avocado and they never forget the order.The customer service is on point. Theyre always nice and friendly, the place is always clean and I love that they make you feel welcome. Not many places do.I would absolutely recommend this location and the Tofu plate its amazing!Enjoy!

This is my favorite location to get Waba grill. It’s better than the one closet to my house. They just make everything right. Before covid and even after covid their place was clean, I never went to the bathroom so I wouldn’t know if that’s clean. They always got my order correct.

Very busy during lunch hours, and still had to wait even longer because the cashier took our order wrong. Seating is limited during these hours so it will probably be best to take your meal to go.

Teriyaki House! Tried the #1 chicken steak plate. Delicious. Really clean atmosphere. The kicker is that they play good jams in the background. Makes you wanna just jump up and breaking it down.

The soda was flat, when I told the manager, she said they would fix it, after eating without a drink, nobody wdnt to fix it, and the rice was hard and uncooked, the tv was so loud, you couldnt here yourself thinking

According to what I bought for 4 people,2 chicken bowls for $13.99 because I bought 2 orders, just over $30 dollars. But the truth of the 4 Chicken Bowls were only made Two, why do they do that if rice is the cheapest and they barely covered the bottom of the bowl, they raise the price and lower the quantity very badly, I never go back to buy, The chicken they use is thighs, its the cheapest and they dont want to add just enough.
