First time in a year, thought it would be a nice change of pace. Salad if you call it that was room temperature 🤒, for the fruit a sliced orange. Roughly $15 bucks for disappointment. Wont be back

I eat at WaBa more than 2 times a week and its always a great meal.WaBa Grill is so fufiling with all the healthy choices possible. My favorite is Chicken and Plant Based steak with Avocado 🥑The dumplings are delicious!!!!You can never go wrong with WaBa Grill !!!!

I ordered a chicken bowl with white rice and the chicken was a bit cold. Called the store to inform them of my cold chicken and he said really ? I said yes a bit cold. Then I was asked for m order # and gave it to him and then asked if I still had the bowl. I said yes but I microwaved my food . Then he said so why are you calling for. I said for you to tell the cook that the chicken was a bit cold. He said oh for the next time. I was not offered a replacement,credit or even an Im sorry. I should not have to microwave my food. I would have taken it back but Im disabled and no longer had a ride. May 3rd,2022

I ordered a waba salad and dumplings. I ordered it to go. Half of the salad was spoiled and the chicken and steak tasted dry as if it was sitting outside. I called multiple times but it kept going to voicemail. One of the cooks was outside on his cellphone. I would reconsider eating here especially if youre pregnant I ended up throwing the salad away because I was concerned for my health.

Worst food Ive ever had. Had a shrimp plate, was some pieces of grilled shrimp tossed on plain white rice with about a tablespoon of teriyaki sauce dibbled over it. It was horrible. Got some dumplings that were undercooked and basically soggy. I gave them to my dog, I could not even eat them. If I want starving and if I just didnt spend $30 to get it delivered, Id have tossed the whole meal

Skimp you like crazy!! If you want a bowl of rice and 5 pieces of chicken, come here. I didn’t want to believe the review below me And I wish I did. The staff are kind which is why they are not getting one star but I think they can adjust their quantity to make their prices worth it. If you’re thinking about going, I’d almost say go next door to smart and final and buy some chicken, add teriyaki, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and make you’re own @ home lmfao. For real not worth it

First time I came in they refused my 60$ order saying they dont accept 100$ bills while giving me attitude, didnt even offer alternatives or at least an apology... second time I came in there was a different server but again not welcoming to say the least...I ordered for about 5 people and everyones food was cold on arrival, they told me they DONT HAVE GREEN ONIONS at this location?!?!?! What?? they have onions showing on all their advertising pictures in store! On all their menu items literally Thats the first waba Ive ever heard of that didnt have onions... they have the meats sitting on the corner of the grill as they just toss them on for a few seconds and send you on your way so they can go back on their phones already like theyre in a rush or something...if Im paying good money at this place i expect kind service,not being rushed and good quality food with all the ingredients as advertised... unfortunately I didnt get that in my first 2 and only visits to this location.

This “DelaynaG” server was giving us attitude while taking our orders like she’s rushing me and give me and my sister a mean look, girl if you dont want your job just quit. Giving attitude to your customer will bring bussiness down.

Teriyaki is not steak!Paid almost 11 bucks for a bowl that I thought was ribeye..Should have went to hawaii BBQNever coming back here
