I ordered the wanna bowl half beef and chicken. It was the least amount of food I have ever seen from this place. Barely any beef and barely and lettuce. I had like 6 leaves in the salad. So disappointing, I’ve never had a negative experience with them until now. Won’t be going to this location anytime soon.

Zero stars! When you pay over $1 extra for avocado, you don’t expect this! The fact that they even served the bowl like this shows they don’t give a damn. Not going back.

I like waba grill Im a particular fan of their waba bowls. The one thing that Ive noticed at this particular location though is that they give me less meat than some of the other branches I visit. The one Nordhoff and Van Nuys is usually pretty generous so I tend to go there.

2020.05-06/1130: Love this place. I know this is a fast food chain but its better to eat here than Carls Jr. You have to pick the lesser of the two evils. I do not eat out because of my allergies and other dietary restrictions. I thought I would leave a review because they deserve it.With any place you decide to eat at, what makes the visit is generally the staff in place. I love this location. I love this location because of Destiny (or Desteny, as stated on the receipt - my apologizes if this is incorrect) and the cook, Oscar. Destiny ALWAYS has a smile on her face and acknowledges any guest, the minute they walk through the door. Never has there been a visit and it was unpleasant. She is always a pleasure to work with. I praise the cook, Oscar because thats what makes the food so good here. This is what makes people come back. You can have an awesome variety of food available but if you cant cook it right, you will have no guests. During this pandemic, I would have to say that they picked the best team to represent their company. Every visit has been consistent with customer service and quality of food. Each visit.So I found out that they have dumplings here. Couldnt be more perfect. Generally I order from the Thai spot down the street which costs me about $9.99 for 5-6 dumplings. Its different everywhere you go. At WaBa, $2.50 for 5 dumplings!!! Thats my lunch! Affordable and delicious. Oscar cooks them as if hes from a five star restaurant. I know, a lot to say from a fast food joint but Ive been saving TONS of money now that I go to WaBa. I dont have to pay for delivery fees. I dont have to eat in and leave a tip to have good food. I can get it here from now on - as long as they have the right cooks on board.I am leaving this review because I love the staff here and they should be commended for the excellent customer service they provide!! Thanks WaBa for adding dumplings to the menu - youll have a guest for life as long as Oscar is cooking them!!!!

Food is good but the customer service is terrible. The older Asian lady is nice but the younger one is terrible, is it that hard to be polite and have some manners? Maybe she should only mop and sweep if shes going to give customers an attitude all the time. Even some of my friends and family have complained about her, shes definitely building a bad reputation for herself.

Worst waba grill ever. They literally skim the bowls. The hardly put any rice.and they spread the chicken and veggies around to make it seem like its full.LOL. If you go to this location its a must that you should make sure that they made your bowl with the right amount of food and please make sure you have sauces. Because you can order 3 bowls and they will literally only give you 3 sauces🤣🤣 as if they only want you tto put one drop in each bite. Also if you buy extra sauces MAKE SURE they put the amount you paid for because they will still not put the right amount.Especially if the older chunky lady is there, she gets bothered when you ask for extra anything.well not extra because she rips you off🤣

So Graciela H has the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Makes me not ever want to come back! I simply asked for extra sauce since before u could take as you pleased obviously a reasonable amount she said i put six packets i said can i have a bit more then she said u want more with attitude grabbed them and threw them in my bag. Im sorry Graciela if ur loosing money by giving extra waba sauce lol ..if u hate ur job get a new one.

Horrible. Ordered my Chicken plate with brown rice @11:36 received my order @12:08...but hold on. When I opened the box it was WABA on white rice.... Went back to the cashiers, asked them to replace it, I specifically told the girl that it supposed to be CHICKEN PLATE ON BROWN RICE. waited for another 10 minutes, went back to the cashier to find out whats going on with my order, but they did not even started to work on it, so the girl said a few more minutes, yes that was true, but this time I got WABA ON BROWN RICE.... Like, come on, are you serious, you only need to remember 2 things - CHICKEN AND BROWN RICE.... my 3 year old daughter can do that...A few minutes later, I finally received my original order with CHICKEN ON BROWN RICE around 12:15...Please, dont go there, do yourself a favor, just go somewhere else...P.S. The white rice and waba meat I got for the first time, they just transfered it into a bowl for the online Uber eats order... I personally dont think its right....P. S. No wonder why there was not even a penny in the tip jar when it felt on the floor

Waba Grill, good eats chix specials...with bed rice white or brown...served with salad and slice orange. Menu boast healthy options...they even include Miso Soup as side order. Kids Menu...light eating...healthy. Place is located within shopping center. Service is good...no crowds...to go dine in..very clean establishment.

The owner was being rude to me cuz she didnt want to give me a refund. Her name was Seo. My waba plate had black long hair on it. It was Seos hair. Never go here unless you want hair on your food. The music is trash too.

Fast service and always good food. Considering that it just opened and its a bit hidden its usually empty, which is why I like it. You can go in and get out without waiting in a crazy line or waiting too long for your food.

I have not been here in a while but noticed they added the waba plate whoch comsists of both chicken and steak along with rice, fruit and a side salad. The meat and rice i emjoyed alot. But the salad wasnt good. The dressing tasted some what spoiled. The steamed veggies also tasted some what spoiled as well. Also they serve the food with sliced carrots and jalapenos. You would think they would be pickled but they were not. They had no flavor. But other then that, the chicken and steak were delicous.
