If only I can rate it zero I would! The servings are terrible,I know the price haa increased but be considerate enough of what we paid for.. the crews were not friendly as before! Ordered again extra chicken and look what kind of servings they hasve, ALMOST EMPTY!

I was sitting in the parking lot as a visitor waiting on my laundry to finish.I read the reviews for this place and all of the complaints were the same.PricePortion sizeNastiness practices.Bad customer serviceI think Ill pass. Thanks for the heads up.

Customer service good. But not the food i order salmon plate and also a steak.Rice is very dry not hot at all.They said is wild caught but it looks like a tilapia fillet. Not a good food at all.. sauce also not very good

First time trying WaBa Grill and I was pleased with the service and food!I had the Plantspired Steak Veggie Bowl and it had me wanting more!Cons: expensive for the amount of portions they give you.You get charged a fee for placing a mobile order from their app (might as well just order instore 🙄)Update: they dont take orders after 6:30pm due to were closing soon excuse & once you ask why they only have chicken they will talk about you once you walk away. So unprofessional. Talk about lazy workers. Will be lowering rating.

Great customer service. The staff is super nice and they remembered my order from before and just verified if I would like the same. Defenitely one of the best locations for this chain Ive been to. Big props.

Waba Grill is by so far one of the worst places I’ve been too. I’ve been wanting to eat there for a long time. The prices there are ridiculous for the amount of food they serve. The plates and bowls are small and it looks like bowls are empty. They weigh the amount of chicken they are serving you. I wanted half stake and half tofu and they charged me extra for it. I was dissapointed and will not go back. It was the first time going there and it will definitly be my last.

Waba Grill Torrance is my go to for lunch/dinner in between my work meetings. They are quick and healthy and give the perfect balance between a delicious meal and a healthy meal. Perfect during our times that I dont have to wait long and my meal is ready to go in a very timely manner. The staff respects every customer through my multiple visits and the place is kept at a very clean standard. I order a chicken bowl with white meat and veggies. That gets me to a perfectly satisfied portion without feeling bloated or full so I can get on with my day. Ive been going to this Waba for over 3 years now and I have never been dissatisfied. If youre looking to make a healthy change to your lifestyle, Waba is such an easy way to start. I have told 2 of my friends to start eating Waba to start changing their lifestyle. I can only say they look better and better each time I see them. Consistency is key. Thank you to the Staff!

I eat here quite a bit. It is healthier than fast (fat) food. Prices are good. Only thing is sometimes there is funky smell. I love their Waba teriyaki sauce.

The youth that takes your order dont listen to what your trying to order she keeps touching her hat. Then the cook drops the spatula on the floor and put its right back up like nothing happen I personally wouldnt come back and eat here

A quick fast but well cook meal for people who want to cook for a one day meal either lunch or dinner. Menu toppings either pork or beef or seafood meal. With vegetables on side if you want. Clean place to eat at with family & friends or even by yourself.

I usually dine at the location close to my home often. So my son gave me a gift card from WaBa Grill for Christmas. So for my lunch break I searched for a location close to my job. After ordering my food I was told I could not use the gift card until after the holidays. Beware of buying their gift cards, it was purchased before Christmas but can’t be used until after the holidays. No thank you!
