I arrived at 7:25pm, they close at 8:00pm. Doors were locked and lights off, except for the open sign. I could understand if I had came 5 minutes prior to close but 35 minutes, really?

Everytime I have been here- its awesome.Chicken, steak, tofu veggies- all are good. Staff is friendlier than friendly! New ownership this year was smart to keep staff happy!

I had the chicken veggie rice bowl w avocado. The chicken was perfectly grilled and the avocado was yummy. I went in about 1145 and ate my lunch there. The service was quick and friendly. The sauce and refreshment area was very clean and well stocked. Sat in a comfortable booth, the place is very well kept. Definitely going to visit more often.

On a very hot day it was actually hotter inside this Waba Grill.The food was good - a little pricey for what you get - and their Tofu is the best.The staff was average, like it was a job nothing more.Place was clean.Please take some of that profit and turn on the air conditioning. Consider it part of doing business.

They don’t take phone orders. Before I was able to place an order and pick up. It seems like employees prefer chatting instead of helping customers. While I was waiting for my food a customer said “Excuse me I said no sauce on my order.” The ladys response was oh I know and takes it back never apologizing. Three orders went by and person still had not received their food.

I come here once a week because I Work just down the way. I order the same thing every time from the same girl. She is not typically warm and usually has an annoyed demeanor but I eat here anyway because I like the food. On this particular day in September I walked in to order my veggie tofu bowl, as I always do and before I could even get up to the register she yelled out to the cooks, “salmon veggie bowl!” And they all had a good laugh and talked amongst each other in Spanish for a moment and so she turned around and said “it’s a joke, we’re just playing.” I obviously wasn’t laughing and said “I’ll have the tofu veggie bowl” and I sat down and waited patiently for my food very confused because I’m pretty sure I understand what the joke was and it was obviously on me because I must look like “the type” who orders salmon. Anyway it was uncalled for regardless of what the joke was about.

Just left this place i live very close, my food was overcooked and flavorless not to mention cold to the touch. It takes me less than 5 minutes to get home, i have gone to farther locations and back home with my food still hot. I am super disappointed was gonna call so I can get a refund and pretty sure their phone is off the hook so they do not have to be bothered by phone calls.

Worst Waba Grill. Supposedly a corporate store but is not run like one. I ordered a Avocado rice bowl with a side of bbq ranch. Apparently they no longer make bbq ranch. (understandable if it doesnt sell) Employees (the ladies) seemed rude. The cooks were nice i asked one for soy sauce because the ladies were in the back....im assuming prepping. Got back to work to eat my food and there was a hair in my rice... BUMMER. Also, didnt seem like they washed the rice 3 times like theyre supposed to... kind of slimy/sticky... not a good consistency.Avocado was great and perfectly fanned with over 9 slices.Then my coworker goes to get herself a steak bowl with avocado and comes back (not knowing my experience) with the same experience with the employees as i had.Now, as far as claiming to be corporate uniforms were not up to standards. hair wasnt fully contained and non slips were not worn by all employees. Was not greeted with the hi welcome as i usually am by other corporate stores/ franchises.and no friendly smiles were seen (aside from the one cook that got my soy sauce)i think this corporate store needs a revamp of new employees. (aside from the cooks)honestly disappointed.

We love the Waba near our home, and go there often. This one however doesnt measure up. The service was minimal, the food was overcooked, and the usual condiments weve come to expect we missing. Tch tch, not going here again.
