2023-03-14 19:50:10The cashier should not be handling food without washing his hands with soap and water after handing money or his cell phone . hygiene should be their top priority additional to providing good food and customer service

2020-11-30 03:49:54Extremely Slow. Its been 20 minutes since I was notified via SMS that my online order was ready but Im still sitting here waiting and this is the second time in a row this has happened. Stop playing games with the wait times. Unacceptable!!!

2022-08-27 02:36:15Just order the shrimp plate to go, when ready to eat at home I see it has less of everything, not even a complete salad portion just one fork serving, the shrimps taste sour. Have eaten at others Wabas and nothing compare to this one really disappointed. Not coming back here.

2020-06-30 22:26:22This food is good, but the service is horrible. I give props to the cashiers handling almost everything by themselves. They go from the cashier to fixing the bowls. You guys seriously need to have at least three people, especially on busy days. The weekends are the busiest and yet only two people are there! come on manager, listen to the customers!

2020-07-29 22:10:00On order # 732423795 I was not given all the items I paid for, I was told that it was their mistake and that they would leave a note for the manager to refund me the difference..... I waited 3 days and was told that I would get a free meal for the mistake, I drive all the way to the store and the manager treats me as if I am begging for food when all I originally wanted was my refund .... I end up being told to wait for my refund after my time has been wasted and I was humiliated in front of other people as employees and management apparently dont communicate with each other.By far the worst experience I have had at a fast food establishment

2021-12-26 18:57:18Horrible service I’m extremely upset about the service I had placed a mobile order around 9:40am the location opens at 9:30. I arrive to pick up my food and the person at the register says there’s no cook that to come back at 10:30am I was patient and understanding I went back and the cook says that the rice isn’t ready and to come back in 30 minutes I had to wait almost 1 hour after opening and the cook was asking for me stay and wait longer I asked for a refund he didn’t want to give me a refund stating that he couldn’t do it and i know he can I kept telling him I don’t want to wait I want my money back I have to go, worse service ever

2019-07-12 05:00:18Short staffed, food was not as good as usual asked for lemons and waited but after a while I just left, only two people working. Rice a overcooked a bit mushy. I will definitely go back hoping things are better

2020-12-19 01:54:21I love their plates; however, my order was given to the wrong person and I still had to wait for my order as other customers came in to place an order. They wanted to go get the order that was mine from the customer who took it and just give it to me 5mins after he had taken it.
