Food was good although I had to wait for the girl to get off her phone to bag my food also waba sauce containers which they use to pour sauce into our food were empty so I had to wait for her to fill them . Maybe she should use her time wisely and get all the containers filled .

Ordered a chicken and steak combo; it was amazing! The chicken had no fat, crispy and not to much sauce just the right amount. The steak was cook to perfection as well as the sauce being the right amount! I wish my meals from other Wabas were as good as the one I got! Very satisfied!

I bought a salmon bowl, but as you can see in the pictures, the slice of salmon was like 3 oz only, very little and thin. And the rest was lots of rice. It is the first time I buy in any waba restaurants. But for me it was so so expensive to get only this for over $9 😱😱😱 since if I go Mimis restaurant I will get double salmon with veggies and rice for $13 and if I get a coupon from them I will get it for free in a Bogo. Secondly I ordered and then a couple ordered 2 plates and they were served first. So, I do not know what is going on in there but I am posting the real food pictures. Oh btw I am adding a measurement of the salmon piece the same large as a medium egg. And. As you can see there were no chopped onions on top, and if I wished to have little veggies Id had to pay a dollar extra 😱. I do not think I will go back. But definitely in this location the owner does need to do something.

I ordered 2 bowls and 10 piece dumplings. There’s only one guy running the place and when my order was ready I got it and took it home; only to find that one of the bowls looked short on protein and he forgot 5/10 dumplings I ordered. Worst money for your buck

Favorite spot to go to for lunch. Staff is so friendly and Ive never had a bad experience with the food either.

You can stop at any Wabo grill and fine fresh food anytime so it was a shock to fined this Wabo grill with just out right disregard for quality and service the food was bland and reheated. if you are going to charge $ 20.00 per person at lease try. I know all Wabo grill are not like this.

Meat is dry and the meat portion is very small. Employees are busy talking to each other.

Funny, first time it happen I was like ok... Now this is the second time. They actually rip you off when you order the value meal. The value meal clearly states 12oz drink, the receipt clearly states 12oz. So why do they keep pushing the 6 oz water cup on you when you order the meal? What a joke, no más. Lets do the math, they pretty much charge you $3.59 extra for 5 wontons and a taste of soda!

Horrible customer service!!!!! As I waited in line while the customer in front of me basically held a 10 min conversation in line while i wait and listen to them chat about trips and there social life, which was totally inappropriate. People come in either on lunch breaks or just want a quick bite and go. If i wouldnt have said something i probably still would be in there. Rude, and bad customer service. Learn to cut chatty needy customers off, so that all customer will be assisted with swift efficient service.
