First time visiting this concept. The employee working the cashier was very helpful in answering my menu questions. The food was tasty. The place was very clean. The only negative comment I have is that besides the cashier the two other employees in the front were not that pleasant. I don’t think they liked me asking questions about the menu all that much. Even though I told them it was my first time to WaBa Grill.

Usually Waba is good but this time the food was just not it. The biggest issue was the avocado. It was practically all brown and too ripe. This wouldnt be an issue if you didnt have to pay extra for it, but since you have to, one would expect it to be fresh and not as if it sat there for a while.

Being diabetic and having a limited places to enjoy a meal, Waba Grill is always a treat. This location is clean and they have fantastic service. The food is delicious.

Customer service was good. But I Will not be back! First time at this location and my last. They do not give enough in the bowls. I don’t understand how they skimp you but charge full price my bowl was not even worth a kids price!And to wabba grill corporate don’t go sending me no reply saying email you guys or fill out a contact form on your site, you guys wont do nothing at all! Save it.

Never will I EVER be returning to this location, sat there for 30 minutes to find out they gave my order away to someone else and then they looked and questioned if Im sure I didnt get my order like really I was only sitting at a table waiting for my # to be called on. I just asked for a refund let see if they dont mess that up too.

Place was empty. Had a couple people walk in and go with order. Salmon bowl and shrimp plate were hot and enjoyable. The dumplings were tasty and my 11yr old wanted more. We be back for your dumplings. Hot n spicy sauce is bomb. Put it on everything!!

WaBa Grill was awesome. I got the WaBa Rice Bowl with half a avocado and it was just delicious. The employees were super nice and it was spotless clean with nearly no waiting time. Great atmosphere, a definitive 5 out of 5. I will recommend this place to my friends and I am definitely coming back. Good job guys!

We ordered the Special: 2 WaBa Bowls for $11.99 and it was the best! The WaBa comes with Rice (brown or white), chicken AND beef. It was really good. We also bought the side of 5 pot stickers (pork & vegetables) for $2.50 (or $2.99). That was good too.

My husband.and kids.love this.place. I am not a huge fan but it is good healthy food and fresh..salmon is overpriced for the portion size. I get the veggie bowl with chicken if I eat here no rice. Always clean Interior is nice.

First time to this location since I was near it. Got in and out quick. Service was fast and employees were all friendly. It runs a little on the pricy side as a rice and veggie bowl with sweet and spicy chicken and a bowl of miso soup ran like $14 but all in all it was filling and a good meal. Im not sure how the do the miso but if you order it, make sure to stir it first. I think its miso paste as I got a big burst of taste on my first bite of soup and rice, and found some paste like stuff in a corner of the bottom. Good otherwise and once I stirred it up. Im interested to try some of the other things offered.

Great service here. I was greeted with a welcome and a smile the moment I walked in. The service was prompt and I got my food hot off the grill. When I was trying to open my car door, I dropped my Beef rib bowl. I went back in to order another one. Martha helped me immediately and Sergio put some new ribs on the grill. When I went to pay for the new bowl, they said accidents happen and gave me the bowl at no charge. That is truly GREAT Customer Service. Thank you Martha and Sergio. You really know how to take care of people!

The manager yesenia is awesome and very polite she didn’t make any exuse of the issue just said I’ll fix it . So I went in 3 days later and Jasmin was very helpful and just took my order and said no problem gave her my receipt and she even gave me veggies for free 🤗 Thank you I wanted to pay for it but she said no . That’s how you treat your customers so they will come back ! I love this food it Taste awesome best food love the chicken and beef and salmon is tasty best brown rice I only like it at waba !!! Thank you keep up the great food.

Chicken had some char taste and it was dry. U can cook marinated breast and it still be moist. Then when he put the chicken on my plate he slid it across top the other side and lettuce that was sticking out touched a sauce bottle. I wont be going back to this location.

Really nice staff, good food but the smell. From the week they opened until now whatever plumbing problems they have, are yet to be addressed. It smells like a dirty port a potty and wet dog. I can not eat my food here, and the smell followed me home. Only reason for 2 stars otherwise its a 5.

I get disappointed here often. Its miss more than hit. The rice is ever prepared correctly like today. Itcwas quite hard and dry. Its a shame because i enjoy waba grill more near work than this one down the street from my home. Questioning whether or not I give them another chance.

Went in to sit down and order food on May 20th. Booths were socially distanced. Went to use restroom to wash hands, etc before eating and they were all locked up. They would not allow anyone to use them! Illegal!!! We left!

I LOVE ERNESTO hands down best person I have encountered in my life with the positive and friendly attitude he gives out. As well as having eveything so fast, neat, clean, and organized. All of the staff are friendly and amazing!!! Coming to this Waba Grill I want to spend all my money here and come back every day that’s how much I love it because of the environment and how friendly the assistant manager Wrnesto is!!! If youre looking for order ACCURACY this isnt the place. More often than not I get whatever they decide to five me as opposed to what I asked for. I wish there was a different Waba closer to work so I could go somewhere else. Now you cant even speak with a human when calling in.

My experience here is time wasting last 5x coming here they messed up my order didnt find out until i get home so 2 trips for 1 meal. BYE FOREVER WABA GRILL ON ARLINGTON................ my reply.....Already have my feedback in above statement how about you go handle it in stead of coping and pasting the same reply to every negative review, then doing nothing.
