I’ve been coming to this Waba for years and it’s always consistent. The staff is friendly and quick. The food is always freshly cooked and delicious. Be sure to order ahead during the lunch rush! The Waba bowl is my go-to.

Hi, waited about five minutes and my food came out completely cold. It was so cold 1 inch layer of teriyaki on top made it in edible it was just a mishap unable to eat it not good at all. I went back up and I had to wait in line again when I asked politely just to get my money back. I had to wait again for the associate need to go discuss it with the manager and she came back to tell me I will have to wait for the manager to help me but she is by herself now I’ve already wasted 20 minutes in my lunch break is over and I let her know I will need to leave and she said it’s going to be a few more minutes until Elizabeth the manager can help me with my refund. I never got my money back I had to leave the place was not very busy at all but short handed I left my receipt and my food on the counter I will never be back the food was not good at all it wasn’t even warm.

Between me and you the food was very good I enjoyed it a lot. I only have one complaint and that is they should put more sauce on it. Yes I do understand that you can ask for extra to put on yourself but to me its not the same somehow. Other than that I definitely recommend eating there.

This Waba grill is the best out of all the ones Ive visited. The food portions are great. Not like other stores. Its always fresh. The staff is great. The girls that take your orders are always friendly. Best Waba out there. Keep up the good work.

Ive always liked the food, but last time I was there it was just me and another person that where there. I placed my order, then several other people came in after me and placed there orders. 5 other people received there orders before I did. I asked why. The girl at the counter just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry with no real regard to my question. My shop is just around the corner. I will not go back nor will I recommend this location any longer! Terrible service!

Food was great. Got a waba bowl and a chicken and veggie bowls both delicious. However, the service was really outstanding. The cashier gave my daughter a free chocolate milk and they also saw that we might need and extra plate for my daughter and just brought us one- without us asking.

My go to Waba spot, I come here often for lunch. Usually order over the phone and food is always ready by the time I arrive. I would suggest ordering over the phone though because it does get very busy after 11:30 am. Food is always hot and delicious!

Waba grill is basically healthy fast food and this spot is for the local workers on lunch break. 9/10 ppl getting lunch are sweaty, dirty construction or warehouse workers ; over the past 3 years Ive gone here about once a month, and I always take a friend or two, because I feel uncomfortable in such a large group of men. One of the managers is a mean, unfriendly woman and sometimes the store is kinda dirty. Cant complain about the food, but the atmosphere is just, yuck.

They dont like to answer the phone I can hardly ever get to talk with someone in the late afternoon. Ive called to pickup an order and when I arrived they didnt have it prepared & there werent any customers, they were just talking amongst them selves. Ridiculous.

The chicken rice bowls are filling. Plenty of chicken with every bite of rice and the Waba/teriyaki sauce is sweet and thick in substance. Places like flame broiler and masarus taste like soy sauce and their sauce is runny which isnt how teriyaki should look.
