Great and quiet place. Nice atmosphere. Always clean. The chicken is hit and miss. Sometimes it’s really nice and crispy and other times it feels dry and bland. But the avocado is always fresh and delicious

Hey Im not a person to leave reviews especially bad reviews But Dam This WabaGrill Deserves This One, I ordered a Waba Bowl to go & this Asian Lady at the Counter Gives me One packet of waba sauce & one hot sauce I asked nicely can I get another hot sauce & she says only one per order I was like bro! I paid $17 for one waba bowl only & you can’t give me 1 more hot sauce unbelievable ppl! How can a place like this stay in business & to top it off she didn’t even give me a fork she probably thought it would be better to eat with my hands. Worst service in a Cool Minute

First time at this place. Friendly staff. Quick service. Order 2 steak plate and 1 shrimp plate. I expected more meat and since I paid extra $2 and something. It was dry, not much flavor but salty.

I have mixed feelings, the service was quick, and the food was out swiftly. However, the vegetables that were heavily advertised were just OK steamed veggies. The cabbage was good, and so was the meat it was flavorful and tender. However, all together, the food was just ok. It was stir-fry.

Enjoyed a Waba bowl, which consists of chicken and steak over rice. Nice place for a quick healthy lunch. The bowl with a fountain drink came to just under $10.

New owners have ruined this store. Used to be fast service and consistently good food. Now service is slow, every order Ive got has been wrong, chicken now has fat and cartilage in it from not being trimmed well and dumplings are smashed and falling apart and look like theyve been cooked in an uncleaned pan. They also skimp on the waba sauce making the food bland. GET IT TOGETHER AND STOP PINCHING PENNIES or you will soon be out of business.

Filling! I ordered steak and chicken rice bowl with extra meat and a side of salmon. I was hungry. Food was really good. Big portion size. Not sure about others issues mentioned with the Asian guy. I think I delt with him but order online so was minimal. Only reason for 4 stars is I ordered extra sauce for $.29 and what I received was laughable. To think they actually charged me for that!! Especially after just spending $25. Id go back. Skipping the extra sauce of course.

Last time I came here I asked for the family feast but they gave me the family meal, I had to go back and ask for the upgrade and get charged a second time for the upgrade. This time I went and asked for the family meal and asked for white and brown rice, he said white and brown and they gave me white only, they did the same to my co worker when he ordered food when he went Good food but they need to clean out their ears and get these orders right.Forgot to mention, the cashier has no customer service skills at all.

My mom and I were helped by Ali, who was extremely attentive and polite. I was just so shocked because it’s rare for workers to be so professional-calm-helpful-nice all at the same time. I felt that Ali deserves the recognition, super hard working guy! I love waba grill so his customer service made it an awesome experience.P.s this is my first google review. His service was so good, I took the time to sign into my google account and write about this experience.
