I realize it was after lunch I had to wait a good while to get my family meal cookedBut please cut the chicken in half to make sure it’s cooked properly 10-14 mins would have been good ….I couldn’t go back to have it replaced because of Rose Ave and the construction going onI appreciate them offering to remake it and will get my meal replaced .I have always supported Waba GrillEven with the pandemic and prices going upWe love ❤️ your food .Just wanted to let you know, I totally understand . We will be by soon .

I loved the customer service today, Letty was so helpful and she was smiling the whole time, I changed my order like three times and she was just very helpful. I don’t come here often but every time I do I’m never disappointed by the customer service or the food!!!

So far this is the only Waba location that accepts their own gift card in Oxnard. Staff was laidback, music is definitely louder than my gyms. Food is good as always but the place smells a bit funky - this wont deter me to come back though

I paid $13 for this bowl for it to be filled half way with hardly any steak in it, I was very disappointed always been a waba grill fan and I have always gotten filled bowls and plate but this time I hardly got anything it was mostly rice and the bowl was filled half ways, for this price I could’ve gone to Panda Express and gotten a full plate this is the worst location to go to.

I get cooks can be rushed during these times, but that doesnt mean they can be careless with food handling. At first I thought this was normal arcadian salad, but I noticed how black and mushy it was after it had a texture like canned spinach. Its gone bad. The salmon was not the best Ive had from Waba Grill by a long shot, it was tough and dry. But this is to be expected once in while in the fast food industry. They also didnt remove the stem of the avocado and the orange tasted as if it had been a couple days since it was cut. For 12 dollars I expect the freshness they advertise, but I didnt get it here.

I went in on 3/4 with a couple of my students. The staff was polite and quick to take our orders. I went to grab my drink and the fountain machine wasn’t working properly. I left staff know, they tried to fix it. When they couldn’t they offered me a bottled drink at no extra charge. The manager later came to our table to make sure everything else was to our liking. I am very impressed with the customer service provided by Lety and the rest of the staff that was on the clock at the time.

At times it can be difficult to find healthy food thats available quickly, not necessarily fast. This place does it right. I had a mini rice bowl for under 400 calories that I just love. It may just be chicken and rice but its enough. Of course they have a lot more on the menu then that and there are other healthy choices too with low calories like some salads. Give them a try.

So recently I went to waba and had an excellent experience! The food was delicious and the service I received was so amazing that I’ll definitely be back again. Your cook needs to ware gloves and not clean the Thermometer with his hands after taking temperature check of customers food right in front of them. The salmon I purchased had no seasoning and tasted uncooked.

Friendly service but nothing special here. Save yourself the trip and the money. Grill your own meat, steam some mixed veggies and rice and dump teriyaki on it. On top of that the bathroom looked like someone peed all over it it definetly needed to be mopped, instead they put up a wet floor sign.
