I had been coming here to this location for years. It had been a little while since going there, but wow, how the portion size has changed! The bowl is all rice and a small portion of chicken. They used to serve good portions. Im quite disappointed in that seeing as the prices have increased, yet the portions have decreased. The cashier was friendly, and the service was quick. But for me, the food pricing and amount of food you get is not worth it. There are way more options for bowls with bigger portions for that pricing. Hopefully, you guys improve your portion sizing, Ive noticed other reviews mentioning the same. 😕

Cant comment on the atmosphere as I usually order to go. Been going here since 2016 or 2017. Still great attitude from everyone there. The protein portions are a little smaller even though your paying more. Not much but smaller, thats why I have it 4 stars. I guess thats brandons fault.

🥣🥤Eat Smart, Be Healthy!I like Waba Grill, My Go to is the Waba Bowl ($9.29) It has Chicken and Steak which are so delicious! Also with onions, along with the Waba and soy sauce, Yummy! Cant go wrong!Price wise is good, next time Ill try the deal for $8.50 to see if its worth it.Go try it! you might like it, Waaabaaa!

Love this Waba Grill. Staaff has always been pleasant and helpful. Restaurant is always clean. They also have a 2 chicken bowls for $10 on Tues and Wed. Out of all the Waba Grills Ive been to this ine has the best tasting chicken.

I go out of my way to go this Waba location, I have one closer to me but I prefer this one. This location is the most consistent with their food, they always pack the bowls so you’re getting your money’s worth and the food is always freshly prepared. I’ve been to different locations in Southern California and sometimes the food can be cold or old and they barely fill up their bowls. The staff is also friendly and the location is clean.

Food was great. Carla the fake blonde was super rude. I received my food to go when it was ordered for dine in. When I reminded her she responded we close at 9 probably should have gone to five guys next door.

Will not be back! The salmon didn’t even taste like salmon but had an unpleasant sour taste. The rice seemed fake to me, I couldn’t even finish it. I can tell real food from fake.. if you want good Japanese food, go to Blue Fin

Great food! They have chicken, beef, & vegetables bowls. I love the presentation of the food. Restaurant is nice and clean. Customer service is great.

It should be zero stars for customer service. Birthday code for a 5.00 off waba bowl was redeemed and the cashier didnt honor the code. The head cashier named Ashley Smith said that they are having problems with the app. My code was not honored and discount was lost because they are not familiar on how to redeem code. Waba app sucks and customer service is pathetic. Went to Pollo Loco next door instead.

Requested for the double meet to be put on the side and they said they couldnt do that. Makes absolutely no sense why they were unwilling to do this for me but after 5 years of eating at different WGs Ive never had this issue before. Will not return!

I always like guava a lot of the times theres really nothing they can change but sometimes when you go to a different Waba store there is a smell of soap I dont know if what that is but its kind of weird to have it in some locations

I LOVE it, very good service, everything very clean, the employees are super friendly and best of all, they always have what they sell and the order is ready in no less than 3 to 5 min.On one occasion in the store that is on Carmenita and Telegraph, the employee René and his coworker Rosa took very good care of me when I made my order wrong and they changed it immediately without any problem, very kindly.Very good job, hopefully everyone will provide the same quality and customer service.
