Worst Customer Experience Ever!! Been coming to this location for a while now for lunch and I always get the same representative taking my order and constantly questioning my own order. Today was the final straw. The Hispanic female Patricia should not be allowed to take anyone’s order, no customer service skills what’s o ever and definitely not a people person. No need to laugh either when taking an order or trying to correct customer when we know what plate we are ordering.Still retuning back because good quality has always been great.You should be more aware on the customer service you offer at this location.

I do not like leaving bad reviews the vast majority of my (numerous) reviews are 5 stars. However, at this location I apparently do not deserve to go sauce that other to go orders are entitled to. When I asked for to go sauce (pictured) for my to go order I was told to get my own sauce . Like its not a big deal to me. Its just rude, I was on my lunch break and in a hurry. Waiting in line to get sauce I should have been handed was not appreciated. It leaves me with so many questions: namely, Was I discriminated against? Why is this sauce here if I can not have it? Is this for special customers? Am I not good enough for your to go sauce for my to go order? Is this a simple training issue? Whatever it is, I really wish the service and the immediate surroundings of this restaurant werent so bad.

I usually pick up at Waba restaurants at various addresses and my order is always the same chicken with vegetables and so far so good I place my order through the app I use the benefits of the points which are good and fair but this store has made me a little sad for the service ( its not always but today was a day that I didnt feel comfortable getting my own food ) I would like to be doing a better review because I like it a lot but thats not what made me rate this address in particular.

I order from this place often. It’s the closest waba by my work. I ordered a salmon with no sauce on 8/30/23 at around 10:40 and got a salmon with a bunch of sauce. This isn’t the only time I order something and the order is wrong. The orders are usually 90% of the time wrong. They need to get it together. I love waba but hate having to order here. They’re very impatient. Horrible service. the food is good.On top of that I’ve called the store several times and they send you to an automatic call and can never go through to the store. That needs to be fixed.

Restroom super filthy urine all over floor, no toilet paper. All tables duty only 3 customers no excuses.

One of the clerks in specific can use some training to be more friendly. Every time she is at the register, she makes me feel uncomfortable. She looks like she is mad

I like waba grill. Food not greasy and have many food choices. Restaurant is always clean. Dont have to wait long to get your order.

Payed 30$ flat before any fees or anything from the delivery service, 11.40 for each chicken bowl and I got two chicken bowls for them not give us ANY sauce that I went out of my way to request and my bowl to be filled with the worst quality chicken ever. Some pieces were inedible like plastic. After the wait, realizing I got no sauce, and the terrible customer service when I called, and there to be nasty quality meat- I will never eat here again. P.S @ the owner- thank you and your NPC employment for my lack of dinner right now

Came here and did an online order for about 50 bucks and the Biggest disappointment for me was I ordered a shrimp bowl and the shrimp was unedible due to being undercooked basically raw so I threw away the shrimp and basically ate just rice for 15$. And keep in mind bowl was not even full barely any rice and only 5 shrimps. Will not be ordering from here again. Better off going To OHNOs Hawaiian BBQ way better value.

Ive been coming here multiple times a week for a couple years now, and I will say that the food is always very good. However the last few months they have significantly reduced the amount of meat and rice in the bowls, which is really disappointing. They also got rid of the 2 combo bowls for $12 deal that they used to have. Im now paying more for a lot less food. Ill be driving further to a different location from now on.
