Ive been going to this location since it opened. Ive always had a pleasant experience. The quality of the food is always great and I can say that we have ALWAYS received everything as ordered and complete. If the drive thru gets busy its because people like this place and yes it takes a few minutes to cook food as ordered.

They give you exactly what you ask for, I asked to add the salad and no orange, and they provide it. My go-to Waba Grill! On Ramona Ave and Philadelphia.BUT not the Grand Ave and Pipeline location, I got very sick eating the lettuce.

I was greeted upon entry which was a nice surprise. Staff was very friendly. I had a decent sized order and I was in and out in under 5 mins. Food was delicious. Chicken was perfect especially with the waba sauce. Coworkers really loved the dumplings. If you need something that tastes great and dont have alot of time this spot is for you.

Came through the drive-thru15 minutes till closing time and purchased a chicken mini bowl. Theyre fast and listened to my request and fulfilled it exactly. Thank you so much for a great experience. I will be returning customer for sure.

Visitng the area; Wasnt sure what to order and have a food allergy. Staff was helpful in getting the allergen menu and reviewing my options. Very well made and easy to read allergen menu btw. Ended up with the Spicy Chicken Bowl and really enjoyed it!

It was ok got the house salad with tofu, avocado. Cherry tomatoes were already gone, lettuce was like a long weed a little chop would have been edible. Front Staff seemed annoyed that we came in to order. Probably NOT coming back.

Went through the drive-thru yesterday around 7:30 and got two bowls one tofu one chicken both were terrible choking the rice the vegetables something was horribly horrific wrong in the kitchen. We got the bottom of the pan. Not eating at this waba or any for a min. Way better fast food out there. Tasted fake unhealthy!!!

This is by far my favorite Waba in the area. This place is always immaculately clean, and the service is fast and friendly. The drive-thru also sets it apart since almost no others in the area have one.

I just got home with my $9.69 what was suppose to be steak & chicken bowel. But, its not what I ordered. The girl who took my order didnt seem to have a clue what she was doing. Therefore I got all the way home only to open the bowel to find it doesnt have even an ounce of steak. So, before you leave the store better open ALL OF YOUR FOOD or you will be SORRY OR HAVE TO GO BACK!!!!!!!! OH. yhis happened on 4/14 at around 5pm.

They tend to always make mistakes on our orders, but I never complain. Today was enough for me to leave the drive thru because they said they could not give me all white meat on a value bowl, when I have always ordered my bowl that way and received it that way and I pay the extra money that it cost. But yet today they could not make my meal with the substitutions that I asked for. It is upsetting when we are limited on our lunch time and the restaurants change the rules on the way you can order your meal.

Very disappointed in the service I had today. I did and online order, got to the location and found a sign in the front that due to staffing I would need to go through the drive thru to pick up online orders… okay that’s fine, it’s understandable. I get to the window let the girl know I was picking up my order, she handed me my bag and I then I said “ I just want to be sure, one of these chicken bowls has no sauce” she said “yup” and rolled her eyes, I let it go and drove away. I decided to park to be sure that the one had no sauce like ordered and as I suspected all had sauce. I went back in the drive thru AGAIN to get an attitude from the same girl. When she took my bowl she rolled her eyes again took it to the back, scooped the chicken out and put new chicken on top. Same bowl I returned with all the sauce all over the veggies and down to the bottom of the bowl…even on the lid!!! The name of this rude employee is RUBY she has very bad customer service and possibly an eye problem that needs to be looked at. I will not return to this location anytime soon.

Always delicious no matter which location. Thats what is the best, high quality for each franchise. I love the bowls, but for bigger eaters, try the platters. Salads are great, add chicken or tofu. Well drinks, water available. Good for quick meal. Highly recommend. restrooms available. Handicapped friendly parking and aisles.

My family loves WaBa Grill. My kids are picky eaters but their food is consistently good and my kids eat everything. We always get a family meal with chicken, brown and white rice, veggies, and add dumplings. One of my favorite places to eat!

I was waiting in the drive through line for over 15 minutes for a simple chicken bowl. I get my order and it has vegetables which I didn’t want. The girl working there (Server Cashier 3 C ) according to my receipt; Very bad customer service. As this is a place that is so close to my job, I would hate to stop coming because 1 employee is making the whole company look bad.

As far as fast food goes, very good food and in my opinion a bit healthier than some other options out there. When considering the price relative to other places makes this a great place to eat. My 10 year old son who is picky also really liked his food.

This location is very fast and most of all reliable. The staff is great and also very patient with their customers. I sometimes pick up food for my grandmother who is on a special diet, one of the workers, Emily, is always there to help and make sure I get the proper items.

Most of the time this location is pretty alright. Every once in a while though, like today, they will give you undercooked rice. There is nothing worse than undercooked rice. Culturally, rice is a big deal for me. Its not hard to make rice, especially in a rice cooker. Why not call the customer and let them know the food is going to take a bit longer? Undercooked rice? Come on.

First time Folks!! I tried the spicey chicken plate....IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO!!😳 That nicely sliced chicken layed over the rice, and salad....NOPE. I just went through a plate of food which was chicken and beef and brown rice. I ordered it from the drive-thru and when I got home there was only three quarters of meat and rice, the plate was too empty and I paid what they charge make a ROBOOOO ..... it is abusing the trust of the people lousy too lousy that service
