I am greatly pleased with the service I receive every time I come to eat. I am a frequent customer and am always treated well by the staff, specifically by Harvinder. He is always super helpful and patient and is very knowledgeable about the menu and any on going deals. Employees like Harvinder is what keeps me coming to this location!

Paid cashier with cash and right after getting the cash. Goes and grabs my plate and starts digging in to the rice. I asked him if he’s not going to wash he’s hands before serving and touching food utensils.I decided to just ask for a refund…

Facility was clean the girls were cleaning while I walked in which was nice to see you also they were attentive they took my order, The broccoli was not fresh the chicken tasted like the grill hadn’t been cleaned that charcoal taste I didn’t get very much rice in the bowl was not satisfied don’t think I’ll come back there again

Started coming here after the one on Haven got a B rating and Im usually happy with this location. Just ordered two chicken veggie bowls before closing and the food was horrible. Both my girls and wife spit out the chicken and the veggies stating the whole thing was bad tasting. I tried a bite and they were right. Seeming not fresh and even smelled funky.

Ordered steak bowl. They didnt have enough of steak meat so they added chicken. Which is fine. In a bowl of rice that was not warm. Lathered with sauce and you could not taste anything but the sauce. Poor service, lousy food.

Came here to order for take out. Couldn’t because of online only orders tonight. I’m fine with that and understand things happen. The customer service at this location is terrible and inconsistent! Communication goes a long way versus pointing at a sign and expecting customers to read your mind! I will not be doing business with this location again.

I like waba grill. But I’ll just order my pickups at the one on Milliken. I do not know why they are just not nice here. I can deal with okay service... but on top of it, when I try to order a phone order they will not start making my order until I get there. I understand you may have some losses... but I’m guessing the majority of people show up to pick up their orders. Or maybe don’t take phone orders. The purpose of a phone order is so it is ready when I arrive. I gave 4 stars because it’s a small business and I do not want to harm them. Food is fine... but please take this feedback. The lack of kindness and service makes me nervous to trust you with my food.

Today, Oct. 10, 2020 at 1 pm, I ordered at this WaBa Grill!!! I feel so bad that I entered this store, I could feel the lady cashier/staff unfriendly treatment to customers. No greetings, no smiles and yet so rude by asking me questions with a firm tone!!! My 6 year old son chose to eat salmon plate and he was disappointed having no extra WaBa grill sauce on the side.She didn’t give any extra and yet still RUDE!!! No Customer Service at all!!! I was about to tell her directly but since it’s pandemic- I gave her the benefit of the doubt but I’m really disappointed ☹️ esp that my kiddo won’t eat it as the sauce wasn’t enough and my child is very picky !!!!The man who was in charge with the cooking was nice though - he smiled and said hi!!!

The meat you usually get at this location, usually has the nerves attached still to it. The kind thats real chewy and nearly unappetizing. If you do not finish the meat, you’ll certainly pay the price in the restroom. Could also be a result of not thoroughly cleaning cooking materials.. Will not be returning to this location after having this happen to me, a second time in 2 days. Penny pinchers. I’d give one star, if it weren’t for the certain sweet ladies that were respectful and kind to me..they deserve all of the credit.

Lady at the register Giving people attitude for no good reason. I witnessed it with the guest in front of me. Then it was my turn . She gave my wife and I and attitude for no reason because she was out of vegetables. Then she rudely packed my food.I am a local business owner and if she gave my customers attitude like that I would fire her on the spot. I don’t know her name but she is the woman with the Indian accent.

Horrible location. Food was extremely dry and the lady at the register was rude. She was mopping and serving me at the same time. Telling her was difficult because she doesn’t speak or understand any English.

If you’re looking for a great place to grab a quick bite to eat or bring the family for a meal or getting something for your coworkers, I highly suggest WaBa Grill, this one in specific! The food is delicious and healthy!! My steamed veggies were cooked perfectly and the chicken wasn’t fatty. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming! This WaBa Grill does have front parking as well. Check it out!!

What’s the point of curbside pickup if the phone line doesn’t even work?Veggies were barely cooked and I’m not a fan of chewing hard broccoli. When the bowl is only veggies, it ruins the whole thing.

I went there today for their dumplings, I ordered 25 of them and all of them were burnt. My husband had to peel off all of the crust, and was only able to eat maybe 3. The cook must of left them on their grill a little too long so instead of having moist, soft dumplings, we had crusted, burnt dumplings. I am completely unsatisfied with my order. I look forward to having those dumplings every time, and I’m disappointed my cravings were not satisfied.
