I wish I could give 0 stars thats how pathetic of a waba grill location this is. First of all no matter what you order they dont give full portions or meat or rice, if you want to get 50% of what you pay for come here if not save your money and time. You can order a bowl or plate it doesnt matter. Dont bring your business here. They always are missing something whether its lemons, green onions, a soda flavor. Ive been here 3 times thats 3 times too many. I spoke to the manager about my concerns and he just dismissed me didnt seem to care and whats worse is he was rude. Waba grill fix this location or close it. Its making me not want to ever go back to any waba grill.

Order my food to go. I started eating the salmon and then the salad was rotten, I went to change it, the cashier told me 👊🏽 but you ate a lot of salmon instead of trying to fix the problem of your rotten food, so I would give it a zero but you cant.. .........

This is my to go to lunch place not only the food is good the quality of customer service is amazing! The crew is very nice ! Super clean environment. Super fast as well! Definitely 5 star for me 🌟

I personally love waba grill and I usually never eat inside because I am on the go so much! This Waba is extremely efficient, especially when I order through the app and all I have to do is walk up and grab my food! Always delicious and hot!!

The tofu was charred which was good. The veggie were blanched right. Chicken was well seasoned from the grill.

Ordered simple veggie bowl. No flavor, weird after taste no amount of sauce could cover it up. Just nasty. Didnt think anyone could screw up such a simple dish. I never throw food away until today smh.

Came in to grab some dinner tonight there’s was no line which was great. The service was fast and easy I left with my order looking forward to enjoy my dinner mostly the salad I had ordered because I love the salad there only not knowing there was no dressing to my salad. It was really upsetting also the dumplings were not cooked throughly either. This is by far the worst experience ever.

I just went to buy a chicken & steak plate and the guy asked me if I wanted to add avocado and I said yes but when I got home. Wheres my avocado? I called then and they just said: sorry about that, they should hire more professional personnel, someone whos knowing what hes doing.🤨

WaBa that for lunch?Buy One, Get One Chicken Bowl promoFree dumplings w/ first order from the app*Social Distancing review*Never wasting a good promo when I see one, WaBa Grill takes the place of a forgotten & short-lived teriyaki place. Similar to Flame Broiler, complete with skinless chicken (because thats supposedly healthier), I knew what to expect prior to ordering a chicken bowl.Chicken bowl-Diced, white meat chicken over a bed of white rice, with a slathering of the signature WaBa sauce. On the bright side, the bowl will fill you up. However, coming from a big Yoshinoya fan, the WaBa sauce is required to add flavor tootherwise dry cuts of meat. The rice was fluffy, though.Service was good. On my first visit, I ordered in person. The second, I ordered via the app, both with minimal wait. Parking is via a small private lot, shared by Popeyes Chicken. More available at the adjacent Food 4 Less lot.To-go & delivery are the only available options, due to current events.Maybe if I paid extra for the ribeye, wild caught salmon or shrimp (tofu available, too), the term meh wouldnt have popped into my head while eating WaBa Grills chicken bowl. Fat is flavor, and is good for you. The chicken bowl does provide calories & a substantial meal, but without a promo available, I dont think Id be a frequent customer.

I used to like going here but for some reason they can’t cook rice now to save their own life i always say before i order please make sure the rice is cooked well but always extremely hard as if i’m eating bird food
