It was a great experience here. Comfy cozy place, delicious tasty meals and variety of it. I’d enjoy their meal here and it’s relatively affordable too.

This is a long overdue review ... I love these guys. Every time I walk in, everyone is SO nice! I work across the street and I always order through the app, so I dont interact with the employees much, but I think the manager, always remembers my name and is so super sweet! The other guys are so friendly and super energetic as well. With all the options near by I choose to go here because of the staff.Ive got a new found love for their boom boom tacos. Theyre perfect for my lunch fix! Thank you so much for being the highlight of my day :)

Pretty decent little location with all of the amenities that waba has. Chicken signature is the best go to bowl. A lot of the chicken and steak especially has a lot of nerves and fat which Ive never been a fan of. Really close to Petco and Starbucks. Should be able to find parking easily. Fix the flickering light here!

Tables inside weren’t setup. Not allowed or can’t eat inside. Ate in the parking lot on the floor. Was gonna rate 1 star but because staff who took the order was friendly, giving 2 stars. Will eat at Flamebroiler from now on.

Some of the nicest folks to give you protein on rice, especially on a diet.The nice thing about WaBa Grill is the rice is nicely separated from the meats or tofu; Yoshinoya has its beef seep into the rice it gets soggyTheir carrots and jalapeños are free with your meal and delicious.

Delicious, affordable, and healthier than the alternative fast food options. Plus the two guys working were super friendly and on top of things. I think one of them was named Jimmy. Ill be adding this into my quick lunch rotation for sure.

A couple months ago, I ordered and pre-paid on my phone for a meal for pickup at their Arroyo location during their posted business hours, and the store was locked up and closed with no signage about closing early when I arrived. While I was still in the parking lot, two other parties showed up for their pickups and, like me, found the store closed. I never heard from anyone at the store about what happened to my money or food. We are all trying to be cooperative during these interesting times but other food businesses, like Starbucks, alert you on their apps if pre-ordering is not available either due to early closure or high volume of in-store activity. Anyway, WaBa got my $15 and I got to drive away hungry. This was my first and only experience here.

The employees were nice. However the food was over seasoned, and my salmon was dry. I asked specifically that it be under cooked. I ordered a side of shrimp. The woman helping me said two. I thought she meant two skiers of shrimp no she meant 2 shirmp total. Im honestly a huge Waba fan but this location needs guidance.

Got food from lunch today and the service was awesome. We dealt with the manager Chris and he was spectacular.Tried the plantspired steak which was terrific.everything from the atmosphere to the friendly staff and amazing food. Was perfection we will be back!!!!

Terrible! that sums up my experience. I used to go to Waba grill years ago when i was pregnant. I had moved out of states and was visiting with my daughter when we saw a Waba Grill. We were both hungry so i told my daughter if shed love to eat there which she agreed to. Biggest mistake ever!!!! First, they forgot my salad dressing and then my childs veggies that came with her meal. The veggies they gave me had a string of hair in it!!!! this has been the worst experience i have had at Waba Grill! I used to love this place. I am not so sure anymore.

Im a regular costumer of this place because I like the food but today they served my plate with a entire rotten avocado, and this really ruin my lunch, because when i complain about it the girl just removed from the plate but my food got a disguntin flavor . I really belive this place need a better costumer services except for one of the cookers his super friendly and always gives a good service with a great attitude. Also the place needs higher standards of cleaning on tables area .

I love that they have tofu. It is hard to find fast food type places that have it. The staff is friendly so thats good. The place is always clean which is a plus. The thing I dont like is the prices. It is expense but thats not this locations fault thats just what Waba Grills prices are. Sometimes my food is ready at a good time but there have been times it takes awhille. I do like it here and have been here a lot. The food also dose taste good. I do recommend it here.

Waba restaurants are typically clean. This is the dirtiest Waba I have ever been in. Floor was dirty, floor behind the cashier was worse. I had second thoughts when I was ordering. This observation stopped me from eating in. Cashier girl also looked as if she didnt want to be there. Definitely not going back.

The girl at the register was rude, the two male cooks were cracking sexual jokes about a young female customer in Spanish when confronted by another female cook one of them said were men we have dirty minds and they all laugh same female hands over my food then pulls it back acting as if she forgot to put something in it walks away and starts doing something else, completely ignores me when I asked if my order was ready. I guess is a little game they play to see how long youll stand there looking stupid waiting, food was really good though someone needs to get a grip on their staff

First time at Waba Grill and we went 45 mins before closing. Looking at the menu we ordered the bowls but we mistakenly order the bowl without veggies. After we ordered we saw the server preparing our meal and we noticed she didn’t add the veggies so we asked her we wanted to add veggies. She did do it for us but very rudely. You can tell she was frustrated and when dumping some food out and adding the veggies everytime she would slam the top of the cooker. She was really upset. It was our fault but she just made it so uncomfortable and we felt like we couldn’t say anything else to her. That was my first and last time I will be at waba grill.

The girl at the register was giving off a weird vibe. She wasnt listening to the question i asked her. She asked for my phone number..i was like...why? Is this some kinda membership or something cuz im not a part of it...i was asking her do i just check in on yelp for the free drink...and she just seemed to not be all there...so that was kind of annoying. But the guy that was there was great! Was super friendly and greeted us with a smile which was nice. But overall...paying that much for a combo plate totally isnt worth it. Cuz it didnt fill any of us up at all...

The beef teriyaki were little niblets like the last bits in a beef jerky bag. Wheres the beef? They should promote healthy cuz we cheap and dont serve any food so youll lose weight fast $9 for a bowl of brown rice and kale.
