2023-08-28 03:53:598/27/ 23. Still great food and serviceAnother great meal here. We try to eat here every couple of months. Food always fresh. For BBQ you pick all ingredients you want. There are several sauce recipes but you can build you own based on what you want. Watch as they prepare your meal. Your choices go from all meat to vegetarian or any combination in-between. Take as many trips fir more food if ya like

2023-09-24 01:21:54Floor Food is The Best?As I was returning to my table, I see one of the servers drop some egg rolls on the floor. Of course, I think nothing of it because why would a server serve floor food? She picked up the egg rolls, walked to another customers table, talked for a bit, then walked over to my table. She tried to serve me the floor food. I asked her if she was going to seriously serve me that. She acted dumb. I told her I seen her pick the food off of the floor, and her response was it was only one...do you want me to take it back? Take a moment to digest this question. At this point, I kindly told her I didnt want anything from her. We didnt finish our meal. When walking out, the gentleman at the front said he comped the egg rolls. I asked him if he knew that his coworker tried feed me food off of the floor. He shook his head and said he would have a talk with her. He waited a moment and said hed comp my entire meal.Dont order anything from the back of the restaurant unless youre okay with someone rubbing your food into floor.

2023-10-22 01:35:55They were very busy and even with all that they were friendly and the food came promptly. They check on us several times during the meal to make sure we were happy and had everything we need. The food was delicious too.

2022-04-23 05:02:18Took my husband out for lunch, this restaurant serves both Hot Pot as well as Mongolian BBQ. Hot Pot is served on one side of the restaurant and Mongolian on the other. We decided on Hot Pot and got the Spicy Miso Broth (right) and Tomato Broth which had chopped tomatoes (left.) Meats came frozen, and fresh vegetables and Tofu and 3 dipping sauces. Two people we paid around $50 - We had Mongolian BBQ on the same night, too. Also really yummy, definitely will go back.

2023-10-16 15:03:35Still so annoyed after last night’s dinner experience. Went for “all you can eat bbq.” We’ve been here enough to know that if you take one small bowl it makes a mess trying to stack the meat and sauce on top of the noodles and you leave hungry or have to jump back in line for another 5-10 minutes to get a little more food. Well here I am, hugely pregnant and super hungry.. I used two bowls to take a modest amount of food to the grill (which by the way I did end up eating every last bit of it.) One employee who obviously had time on her hands, made a point to march up to me and ask me to move to the other side of the buffet (for no apparent reason as the only person behind me was my husband). Then sounded annoyed and told me “only grab one bowl per person next time…” Well, if she wants to get technical, I’m carrying two people inside of me. Lol.She then sat there and watched my mother who we brought as a guest from out of town and got on her about “one bowl per person next time.” To be honest, I don’t know if we will come back “next time” after dealing with her attitude. Funny how quick she was to run up on us in the buffet line but didn’t have the time to come seat us for quite a while when we walked in.Embarrassing to bring a guest from a town that had a lovely Mongolian Grill whose owner and staff were generous and treated customers like family. Not scolding and stingy over a few extra noodles at an “all you can eat” restaurant. My husband finished his one bowl, and left feeling slightly hungry because there was a line to get more. For nearly spending $100 on food, two drinks and a tip, you’d think you could treat customers better than that. Stop calling yourself “all you can eat” and charging so much if your employees are going to shame the customers for getting enough food.

2021-10-03 03:57:39The only hotpot place in Vacaville. I take extra seasoning to season the broth to my taste. I always get the spicy miso and tomato-based broth. The meat is a hit or miss when it comes to freshness and size. Love the variety of vegetables they always have to offer.
