Ordered online for pickup, arrived as scheduled, pressed the pickup service button but was totally ignored by the two customer service personnel standing there at the online-order pickup/self-checkout area; eventually I pressed the service button more aggressively, and the service attendant decided to speak to me, but she appeared to be voicing her displeasure with either me pushing the service button or hee job in broken English; she appears to be a native Spanish language soeaker. I had to go to work and abandon my online order.

I’m not the only one that went through this in this specific location. I bought a gift card and as it turns out, the security code was scratched off so I had to get a refund or spend the money there. I couldn’t spend the money cause the card would not be read. I go back the next day cause there are only managers in the morning and they told me that a manager of a higher rank would be able to get me a refund but plot twist it was all a waist of time and I lost $60. I should not have to lose all that time and money just because they can’t properly take care of their merchandise or at least give some sort of compensation for these sorts of situations.

Walmart has improved its merchandise and with self checkout has been handy rather then waiting in long lines for only 2 registers to be opened .Only issues is the receipt check gotta cut it . 30 second of wasted time and then for them to be rude like ma’m I need to see your receipt!! While my children are having a fuss now I forgot where I put the dang receipt now . Sometimes I just want to walk out and tell them not today

Best Walmart around. So many selections of brands. It has every option you can think of. My favorite store. One stop shop for household, dog food, toiletries, and food. I always do most of my shopping here. They even have electronics, office stuff, pajamas, socks, sandals, medicine, vitamins, candles, air fresheners, everything you need. Lots of ice cream options and drink options. I get all my lunch and dinner stuff here.

Has a lot of stuff but tight spacing due to this was a regular Walmart that added shelves to carry more without expanding property in proportion for the width or a super Walmarts lanes. Bariatric wheelchairs would find movement difficult or tight vs other Super Walmart buildings that started as Super Walmart.

It’s a Walmart. What else can I say? It’s big, clean with lots of stuff and crying babies. My only complaint is they’ve been out of bags a couple of times. Pretty good selection of craft items since there is no Michael’s in Baldwin Park. I come here to get items for the kids’ school projects.

This is the Walmart I frequently shop at, closest to where I stay for the last 3 years or so. Its probably the busiest Walmart ive ever been a regular at, and I havent had an opinion of its staff in general, largely because it is so busy and employees are typically doing their job/keeping up with the pace that this store runs at- which I am perfectly ok with.Last night I was at self checkout about 10 mins before the store was closed with a full cart of groceries i had just finished scanning. I had an issue with my payment by card, and Latoya (the manager) took it upon herself to personally ensure that i was able to complete my transaction by suspending my order and finalizing my purchase, at another register that was shut down already which she opened just for me. Id had a rough day, and her personality and charisma just charmed me out of my funk. She was funny, considerate and even got me out of doing the dishes for the night! Ive NEVER written a review that was merited solely by a persons professional disposition, but there is a lot to be said for an employee that can make a customers day better purely through being pleasant to deal with. I’ve been going to this Walmart for six months because it is right near my house I don’t drive so it’s easy to get to ..and during those six months I can’t tell you how many times I have bought groceries and found some thing disgusting.. the cheese is always green and moldy. The bell peppers look good but as soon as you cut them open, there’s furry mold inside The packaged meat is the worst though it has happened 8 times where I have bought the package meat and it looks good but as soon as I open it the smell is not normal to the point where you want to vomit like the meat has been sitting out in the heat for days. The last straw is when my daughter picked out the Walmart bakery donut and there was dead flies 🪰yes, flies 4 to be exact On the donuts inside the box… I talked to an employee who stocks the shelves, and he told me that the manager gets so much complaints about the food, but still tells employees not to remove, expired items to just place them in the back of the shelves. This place is disgusting. I will not shop here anymore. The stuff needs to be fired or the Board of Health needs to get involved.

I was here on 7/8/2021 at 7:30pm. The lady who took my order, I asked about amenities that I wanted, she gave the ones she wanted to give. I had to ask 5 times before she gives half of what I asked for, and I had to reach out and grab the fork and the salt. This location is ALWAYS busy. If using the deli or hot foods areas, expect delays due to low staffing in these areas. Apparently the management has never noticed this issue over the past 15 years.Large selection of items that are often picked over, or scattered. Their cosmetics area is small and confined and access is restricted due to security because of past theft (consider the area). Mens razors are kept under lock and key in this area and it is super inconvenient. There is never anyone in their lawn and garden department. They dont have a tire center. If you need to find some living person to find an item I suggest going to their home section by pots and pans. Thats usually where they seem to hang out. Dont bother the people in the electronics department. They usually dont want to be bothered and I believe will misguide you on purpose. This really is a poorly managed store from a customer service perspective. They only stay profitable and busy because they are the only one around such an over populated area.

They never answer their phones, not even for pickup orders. The lines are always outrageous and frozen food will spoil in your cart while you wait 45 minutes to checkout. Doesnt matter what time you go or if it is self checkout or not. Their app is always wrong and pickup orders are never correct. Horrible customer service and the manager is a nightmare. Employees are rude and will stand at checkout talking to each other and laughing instead off actually checking you out. No wonder the lines are long. Horrible location. Only good thing is they are decently stocked most of the time.

They make you feel more like a thief than a paying customer. Everything is locked up. Also they need actual cashiers, not self check our. To make sure they check your ticket on the way out, they leave certain item in a security box to be open at the exit. Money center is rarely open and they close customer service early. So good luck trying to send money add money to cards, pay bills or send money. It is always a hit and miss. I go there for the pharmacy only to pick up my meds.

I purchased a drawer online and chose to pickup in store. After I check-in and put parking spot#, I waited for 20 minutes to get the order. The pickup time is at night, and I cant see the order clearly. It is very dark in their parking lot. When I drove back to home and checked the order. The drawer should have wheels but it hasnt. Also, the back of drawer got cracked. How come they gave me a damaged item when the order is for pick up. There is nobody to inspect items before it is sent to customer.I tried to return it to get my money back, the only way to return is driving to store again to return it.I dont want to waste my time to drive to store. They should send customer a calltag service to pick up the damage drawer.

We decided to go to this Walmart, even though it is quite a drive for us now that we have moved. It is a very large Walmart, and we figured we could find more items. They are controlling how many people enter the store, so there was a short line. There seemed to be a lot of personnel on duty to keep everything running smoothly. Merchandise was definitely down from normal, but that is to be expected due to Covid. I was grateful to have the opportunity to shop here today and even found toilet paper 🙂

I ordered a grocery delivery. The delivery driver arrived at my apartments and texted with questions on how to enter the building in which I responded. The driver returned my groceries to the store and lied about items being damaged. Walmart has told me they dont know what time my order will be delivered and that I am to wait until 10 pm although my order was suppose to be delivered delivered between 2 pm and 3pm. Something that is frustrating is the items, on the shelf, a lot of the time indicated a different price. I realize the customer needs to pay attention, but it would be nice to not spend 20 mins. searching the aisle for the correct label. I go after the gym at 6 am bc its really the only time I can go. The store is chaos with pallets everywhere because they have to stock shelves. Not a problem. I get it. The issue I have is with the workers. With the exception of one or two guys, theyre rude and not friendly. Better be careful when walking down the aisle. They walk fast to get their work done. Again, understandable, but you better move out of the way because they wont give way. The greeter lady at the entrance though is very sweet, and so is the tall black gentleman that checks the receipts.On a different note. As someone that works in the construction industry, I find it odd that theres no concrete bumpers at the handicap parking spots so that you dont hit the sign pole. Not that I have but I know it happens.

My family and I went grocery shopping there.I am disabled cannot walk around to get what I need ..I truly needed a electric scooter to get me around your store..I literally waited 3/12 hours and still didnt get one..I do realize how busy your store is, but you guys are a multimillion dollar store, there should be more for your disabled customers...I honestly was waiting that long inside the subway there..there was a heavy set customer on one of the scooters I needed,he had already shopped in the walmart but went into subway to eat ..he sat on the chair, ( I get it ) but as he took his time eating,he literally went right back into the Walmart...yes,an employee did let him know,it was someone waiting on the chair, he ignored and that was the last of that.. A couple hours later, a customer lady that sat with me while waiting on the chair she was on it..he obviously went outside with it..no I didnt take it because my family finished the shopping for me.. The store employees told us that there are only 4 chairs that the store had.. Please, please, get the store more of the chairs,I like shopping there and I need to do my own shopping with kids and future Christmas shopping but cant without any chairs for us disabled folks.... As we were headed up to Self checkout The Walmart employee by the name of Frankie Came to us and said you need to go to check out or youre not gon to be able to check out very rudely. Which my husband responded you dont have to be so rude, which he came back with you dont have to be such a B word. This annoyed my husband he asked him what did you say and he said you heard me your mama Thats the kind of employee that Baldwin Park Walmart has working for them that they talk to their customers in such a manner. As a female employee came up walking behind him tried to stop him and was telling him Just stop but he kept on going that tells me this isnt the 1st time he talks to customers like this. ATTN WOMEN: this Walmart is not safe, especially for women. Walking from your car to the store can be scary so be alert and aware of surroundings at all times. There are lots of homeless men and other weirdos in the parking lot and they even make it into the store sometimes. There are actually homeless residents that live in the back parking lot, in their motor homes. And just when you think you get lucky and miss all that on the way in.. we still have our solicitors waiting for you at the entrance & exit. Security? I see a black truck driving around every once in a while but that place needs more than one hired security guard.This store is always packed and NEVER stocked. I’ve literally went at all times of the day and it always looks a mess. It’s better to go the Walmart at the Eastland center since I feel it’s not as bad as this one.

When ever I need something for sure I know they have it and if they dont have it in store you can get on Walmart on line usually the shipping is free sometimes dont quote me on that it all depends on the seller you get it from. Inside the store its a little different when you need some help you cant find anybody or they tell you its not their department but they will get someone to help you,maybe it will take 10minutes but you will be helped. The thing I really like about the store is the do it yourself cashier because before they had that system, the cashier were so slow that I saw my oldest daughter graduate from high school on one visit there! And thats no lie boy I use to hate waiting on line to pay for anything other than the store is pretty good in one way or another. And when you walk out the store and those 2 individuals ask for your receipt fake them out like your going to run out the store right away like day and night they turn into rent a cops they try to tackle you or they bring out their MAZE and get all foaming at the mouth. Just back hand them and theyll snap back to reality.

This stores customer service sucks! I placed an order on Tuesday in the afternoon for pick up, and the slot options gave me Wednesday from 5-6 pm the soonest. I choose this option, they have 30 hours to pull the order …I arrive at 5pm and they tell me they just started pulling a $150 dollar order. To wait 10 minutes, 30 minutes pass and an associate comes out to tell me that they are still pulling the order! I advised the associate to cancel my order. In the past it has happened twice to me. The other time was from 7 to 8 in the morning my pick up time…arrived at 7:30 and my order was given to me at 8:40…and there was only 2 other cars besides me waiting…poor service don’t order from here

Management is terrible. I had an order pick up scheduled for 11am. We pull up and there is a problem with our order.Apparently a new worker had given away MY order to another customer. I work in retail too so I know this stuff happens. The lead who was in charge of giving us the bad news lets me know that he is so sorry and that I should come back in 2 hours and the order will be ready for us. To ask for Robert (manager). I agree and go home.Around 2pm I call the store only to be put on hold for 30 min with no answer.Its been 3 1/2 hours, surely it must be done by now so I drive to WalmartI park in the designated area and I call the store again but this time I have the pick up extension, I am on hold for 15 min and the woman on the other line finally gets a hold of my information and asks my parking spot and that they will be right out. Only to find that the pick up employee named Emily had absolutely NO IDEA about my situation and kept telling my she couldnt find my order with my Order Number.NO ONE HAD COMMUNICATED WITH HER ABOUT MY SITUATION.At this point, Im finally getting frustrated bc no one is talking to each other and more importantly no one is taking to me about my order.Emily finally called someone on her phone and asked for me.She comes to find out that my order had NOT been repicked. And that the manager Robert was the one responsible for repicking my items and they were going to pick them now.IM NOT GOING TO WAIT FOR THEM TO PICK IT, I MIGHT AS WELL WALK IN THERE AND DO IT MYSELF. I HAD GIVEN THEN 4 HOURS AT THIS POINT. THE POINT OF PICKUP IS TO SAVE TIME. AND ROBERT YOU HAVE WASTED IT. After being routed to 4 different employees, I was able to purchase a case of white claws to head to the beach. I will never be returning to the Walmart. This Walmart is barely ever in stock of necessities, diapers and things for kids. Takes forever to find an employee to give you the time of day to help you, and nicely even if you are polite to them. It is a clean place but I always wear my mask for safety. Wish they were in stock of Pokémon and Yu-gi-Oh related items like other Walmarts but I havent seen anything in years.I would go to a different Walmart if I could but I cant due to having no transportation. When it comes to ordering from them through Walmart+ forget it! They send you defrosted items that have spoiled or completely forget to send your order out even with 2hr express. I had 2 online orders that unfortunately could not be delivered and had to be picked up in Baldwin Park. My husband arrived at the store while I checked in on their App, which is a nightmare itself!! He waited over 40 mins and the orders were never brought out. He checked with 2 guys bringing out curbside deliveries and they told him, they only had 1 guy pulling orders and 2 for groceries. He waited another 15 mins and nothing. He had to leave, he had waited long enough. During this time, I attempted to cancel my check in (like Targets it lets you notify them you’ll be back later) I called the store over 10 times!! No answer at all! Almost 2 hrs later, I get an email that my 2 orders were picked up!! Another 8 attempted calls and it rings forever and automatically disconnects me! I sent a message through their online message center. The rep called me back. He said he called the store, they must have a number they answer. He came back to tell me the store will call me! I’m not holding my breath waiting for that call!! Their store management are a bunch of incompetents idiots!! Now I’m out over $130 for my 2 orders and not knowing if this will be resolved or not! I asked the rep on the phone, don’t they ask for ID? What ID did the person who got lucky with my stuff show??’ I mean REALLY!!!

I dont typically rate big box stores unless something out of the ordinary occurs and happily, something like that happened! The staff was AWESOME. From the gentleman wiping down carts to the staff in the aisles/cosmetics/electronics to the staff at the self-check, they were all so pleasant and actually helpful (unlike in many other Walmarts) - it made shopping there so nice. The only (slight) drawback was that some areas were low on stock but that happens at a grocery store. I still managed to get everything that I needed. The management in that store is obviously doing something very right!!

Today I went to Walmart to pick up a few cans of dog food, as usual I went on to spend $300. I got a new dog kennel, kennel mat, new leashes, dog supplies etc. Also got some shirts and a foldable chair. 3 bulky items and about 12 smaller items, all fit in my cart comfortably with lots of room to spare. SUSAN (a total Karen) in a yellow vest come up and offers me a basket to transfer my items into. I declined as it wasn’t needed, she responded with a smirk and an eye roll. She then proceeded to stand by my basket when there were 7 other registers with customers who could have used assistance. As I was scanning she was counting my items and kept looking at her TC scanner to see if I was actually scanning the items. Then she starting talking out all of my items and rescanning them to make sure they were correctly priced and I didn’t switch price tags. At this point all I could do is laugh and ask Susan if she need helping rescanning all on my items. Obviously she didn’t catch me stealing cause I’m not a thief, so then he stood there to watch me take the my hard earned $100 bills out of my wallet and put them in the machine. The best part was the machine didn’t dispense my change, I didn’t even want to stay around to ask for it. So actually Walmart ripped ME off for 52 cents LOL. I was totally racially profiled because I have tattoos and I am Mexican which I’m sure happens a lot with Ms. Susan the loss prevention queen.I do want to add that the kids who bring your online order to the cars are angels! They need to be the face of Walmart not Susan!!

Well most employees NOW seem to have the customer skills that are needed to perform Thier duties for customers questions properly.Years ago in Ca. Mt. And Tx.Id noticed a lack of customer service skills as far as helping customers with simple question in stores.I guess most got a pow-wow or a raise. But there are still some employees that can care less about customer service and milk there jobs and hide when they can (dont forget theft).When customers walk in with a heavy jacket in the spring or summer, something is very fishy especially if purchase might be a small priced item and have been in store for over an hour!!When I was in Tx (Palestine)Id applyed for employment in 2004-2005. All papers were in order and I had impeccable experience from previous employment thru retail industry management and supervisional experience. Went thru all interviews with flying colors but when it came to last interview I had many excuses the person that was going to welcome me on board. She was sick, vacation, taking a few of her free days off. Many other layme excuses Id received from employees pertaining to my employment with the retail giant.I soon gave up Walmart Corp. Won as far as Discrimanation!!I found out that plus that I knew TOO MUCH HOW RETAIL WORKS!!!

I went to your electronic sections to see if you had laptops available. I had a few simple questions that I wanted to ask. I walk to the counter and wanted to ask the three ladies that were chatting to one another. They did not greet it, no eye contact, not pleasant, and when I ask for help one gave me a one minute finger and the left to help someone else. I waited then I approach another lady that almost did not wanted to help. Are you paying them a minimum wages of 1970 ? I can not believe that unfriendlyness. I end up google the information. I am in the customer service business and to let you if they are unhappy working please tell them to find another job . Please have a meeting and let them know that be thankfully customer are coming to buy items. Unfortunately you were out of stock in all the laptop models. That is enbarest. But tonight July 24, 2021, 8:25 PM I encountered rudeness and very disrespectfullness from the lady who checks the receipts and items before you leave the building. So we see she treated other people with ease and when its our turn the approach is different, you know that feeling luke someone judge you right away because of your ethnicity? We gave her the receipts, she check them and claim she cannot find one of the item she was staring at and saying there something wrong. Like shes trying to tell that you stole something. We ask her which item is not in the receipt and when she pointed the item and we just we simply pointed it to her where the item in the receipt is. I mean what for you check the receipt and claim something that you make your customers uncomfortable. Next time better check carefully before claiming something. So, we walk away imimidiately and she yell wheres the patience man! That attitude is jsut out of this world and to think Im with my wife and little 2 kids and shes acting very unprofessional.

They don’t answer their phones I tried for two days calling for the deli department at various times. This morning I finally got through to the deli department but the boy who answered was rude and All I asked if I would be able to order a large party tray of sliders for Sunday and in a rude tone he said hold on placed me on hold for over 15 minutes and you can hear everything going on in the background talking to a coworker or customer not sure laughing having a long conversation. I don’t think it takes over 15 minutes to give me a answer . I hung up and tried calling back no one answers for that department or the customer service.I called the San Dimas location and they picked up very quickly and was able to place an order I rather drive a little out of my way but the service is a lot better at that location and was able to order my sliders.

Ever since Walmart updated their app and change contract from DoorDash to UberEATS its been a total mess!!! They just ruined our Thanksgiving. I ordered a ham since the 20th to be delivered today on 11/24 a day before Thanksgiving. I received an alert saying Sophia is on her way with your order then a couple of minutes later I get another message saying that the driver came to deliver and that I rejected my order. This is so ridiculous. Its not the first time this happens and something needs to be done about it. Ive sent an e-mail letting them know about my issues and nobody every replied to my complaints. I have to admit, I like coming to Walmart. Its quick and convenient. I can usually find most of what I need without having to go to multiple markets. Early morning or right after work. Lines arent too long, and they move quickly. I do prefer the self check out. One thing I still need to get used to is when visiting, the items are moved frequently. Also, all locations do not necessarily organize items the same. Other than that, it is a one-stop shop.

The service at Walmart is good and their variety of food and other items is wonderful. It is also well organized. You can easily find what you need at this place. So I am a bit annoyed... on the self check out there is a staff member that stands behind you if he thinks you are going to steal. Idk why he hones on people but Ive been targeted. Ive never stolen anything. So last time I went there was an incident where a lady paid $300 worth of stuff and he stopped her and accused her of stealing. The older lady in a wheelchair stated she paid for everything. He was in her space.. too close to comfort due to covid... and he continue to accuse her. The lady got ready mad and started yelling. The manager gets there .. the lady began telling her the issue and the manager just smiled and nodded. Seems like she didnt care and brushed it off. It was nice but one of your employee was rude hit my basket and didnt even say Sorry or anything what kind of manner do they have and he was pulling a empty pallet not paying attention and hit the cart and kept on going not saying a word. He was a African American Male pulling empty pallets to the back of the store on the grocerie side approx 23:30 hours. On 10/29/2018

I arrived & waited 20min.The car next to me was parked there for 30min. There was only 1person working doing all the orders by himself & i dont know why. In my opinion i think that if i receive an email saying my order is ready come & pick up, then it should b ready when i arrive..i should not have to wait no more than 5min. & there should b at least 4-5people working at once so that there is no waiting..especially if u got kids in the car. They wont sit calm for too long.

I depend on Wal-Mart for many products at reasonable prices.The employees are friendly and helpful. I love their pet section with a large variety of products.Since the lines at the checkout are often too long, I use the self-checkout. It has improved greatly, usually with a short wait.

Often times there are so many people and hardly any registers open. Also their fish tanks are absolutely horrendous. Tried to buy fish a couple times just so theyd have a chance to survive but nobody ever shows up to help you..... And the workers never know where anything is I will usually interject and let people know which aisle has the product theyre looking for. I love Walmart I used to come here all the time when it was 24 hours but its become such a hassle Im starting to go to Target now

TERRIBLE ONLINE PICKUP!! from 3:38 to 3:56pm I could not get anyone to pickup the phone that is listed on the pickup stalls. I had to get out and flag down an associate.Clearly theyre understaffed and the workers arent to blame. Thats just bad management. Shame on you guys!

Over all this place isnt the cleanest. They dont restock until all or most of the items from certain sections are sold out. At least in the case of the oil and auto parts. Some employees are kind of rude when asked for help. But they got most the stuff we need. Cant really complain with that one.

I havent been to a Walmart in a while not sure when the got rid of the price checkers.. so when I ask salesperson she said I can download the app. I would rather not. Can you please check the price for me I found this item randomly laying around...which seemed to have bothered here. The I proceeded to the self checkout, I noticed the price on one item I had 12 of was 20cents more than the shelf it was on. I read the tag description as I usually do. So I let the cashier know the price is incorrect. He said we can only mark down one of the items to the price I was saying....I asked if he could have someone please confirm the tag I saw did not specify a flavor. He then said I will mark it down this time, just so you know with a perturbedvoice... my main reason I went to Walmart was to shop the garden area. Once again there was no cashier over there which seems to be the thing with all other Walmarts surrounding the 91744 area. And last the bathroom had urine all over 1 stall, 2nd stall was clogged, 4th stall was occupied for at lease 10min and the 3rd stall was the only one moving steadily. Everytime I go it is always something 🙄 upsetting

One stop shop for everyday items. The only thing negative and somewhat amusing I have to say about it is that every Walmart that Ive ever been in, it is the only store where I have to test drive the cart to see if it makes a knocking sound with the wheels. Whats up with that? Sometimes it doesnt even make a noise until youre well inside the store and or when you put several items in it. (Well played Walmart cart, well played. Fooled me again!!) At that point I get too lazy exchanging it to a different cart. (I hope its not just me) But sometimes when I see an empty cart in the isle with no one near it, I look around to see if it belongs to someone. I test drive it. When it doesnt make a noise, I sneakily commandeer it and transfer everything I have in the old cart. Shhhhhhh....

From the moment I asked where I could specifically find something, to getting into line, wading through lots of shoppers just to find 3 lanes open with the ones going out into the merchandise, it was a complete disaster. Then waited 20 minutes to shop. There was a moment when the checkout person went to get a supervisor or something but took her about 4 minutes! Then, after finishing with that client there was a change of checkout personnel. That person took her incredibly sweet time in moving around. Scanning the same item I had, one... can.... at... a... time.... I mean, its called efficiency no? So yeah, if I could give a zero to this walmart center I would. Unfortunately that feature doesnt exist yet.

When it comes to having long lines they need to come back with their all backup cashiers to the front to diminish the long lines and the next time an associate answers back only if we have time when they are asked are you not wiping down the registers anymore ? Management will be involved

Went for just a few things and almost forgot the main reason I went. A box of gloves. After getting bananas, eggs, and some pork n beans I went for the gloves which were hard to find, so I stopped and asked one of the ladies where they were and she walked me over to where they were supposed to be but they were out. So I went back to my cart and noticed that I was right next to a box of 100 gloves. .. duh, so I went to check out and they announced that the self check out was down, so I headed to a register, then they announced that all the registers were down and they were closing the store. So I left empty handed. But things happen.

I hate to vent but here I go there is times I need something from the material department and I have to wait press the button and still call the store multiple times to get someone to go help me after 30 mins but everyone walks by and says no it’s not my department fine I know how it is I guess not everyone can be qualified to use scissorsBut okay I wait I have had to get use to that but now today I just wanted to get a bike lock saw a lady helping right there asked if she could she said yes I waited 5 mins to the side no problem then notice she isn’t helping then to get an item or unlock something it’s her family picking out a bike for a little girl and she is even helping them teach her how to ride a bike no problem I wait to the side don’t complain I get it is family she then looks at me and gets another worker who looked like was also part of the family (also there is in total 3 workers playing with this girl) to help me okay he helps and says my item will be at the fishing license department okay I walk over someone was paying first okay I’m next then the lady I originally asked for help comes with the bike they got for the kid puts it in front of me and says charge them I ask wasn’t there a line the guy who just got my item and it now charging people rings up the bike and says yes but tells me to move I told him I was next and ignored me completely I get it family but that is a job right so they do have to wait in line tried to speak to manager nope sorry so John who rung me up should get at least told to at least make his family wait there turn not asking for tooo much so come on I am trying to reach management right now been on hold for over 40 mins but I guess it’s okay last time I go to this Walmart San Dimas is so much better

This store does nothing to keep shoppers safe. They have the so called sanitizing team members walking around doing absolutely nothing. This store stopped the wipe downs of shopping carts and lack doing wipe down of scan check out areas after every customer purchase. Rude employees who are careless and do not follow rules towards standing distance. This store lacks stock in groceries and many supplies. This store needs become evaluated by upper and district general management ASAP ...

Although the associates are mostly friendly today I had a Bad customer service experience. Just Asked associate for help and said it wasn’t his department while clearly he was stocking the area. Asked him to see if he could get help for me. Pretty much told me to get it yourself. Not very helpful. Not worth saving an extra dollar, and rather shop at Target. Hopefully this chain store works more on training ALL OF their staff on good customer service

Here I am almost a month later trying to get the training wheels I put on layaway for Christmas. I got my receipt and I’m being told there’s nothing we can do because our employees are supposed to verify with you your items. I said they did not verify and made sure to hand me the items on camera.. they gave me 4 bikes and no training wheels. But here I am still waiting for a CSM to tell me no? I want a refund, the wheels, or I’m suing the store plain and simple.. it’s so stupid I’m gonna be denied a $20 piece of equipment that I paid for that they most likely put back in their stock!? Bump that mess.

We were waiting to check out in lane 6, the cashier kept looking back at the long line. He decided to turn off his light, and had the people who were already checking out put a white plastic cover on the handle. We all looked at each other, like wait a minute. The lane is closed? Weve been waiting. The woman in front of me went to customer service. They reopened the line. Im sure he had to go on break, just get another cashier to take over.

Why do they stop allowing customers to use the Fitting rooms at 10pm? If the store is open, they should let people use them, or they should stop selling clothing too. It would make more sense. PLUS the lady at that department, she cant even handle a simple question without showing you a bad attitude. Typical Walmart experience, I guess.

Look on the top shelf..I see this as posing a serious safety issue.. Customers reaching top shelves for stock.. No wonder online sales are growing.. This place has gone downhill over the years. I went there today to buy a new trash can for my new place I am moving into. The trash can I wanted was a stainless steel half round. They only had one in stock, but the lid was ripped off. I should have taken a picture of it. Not only do they not maintain the quality of the product, but I feel the customers here are of the not so bright kind and are rude to one another. As I am walking towards Wal-Mart, I see some pedestrians driving their cart in the middle of the road and ignoring the cars behind them as they slowly drove 2mph. They should have honked to get their attention, but you know.... feelings.

What an amazing store came in at 10:10 p.m. Friday August 10th. Really great friendly helpful Associates all the ones that took the time to answer questions I needed and direct me to items that I came in for they all made my shopping experience fast and friendly. Hooper I believe was his name had took the time from stocking to show me where the Ultra Soft Kleenex and Scott brand toilet paper 20 rolls whereabouts. I have greatly appreciate that so much you saved me time and when I come back I know who to go to if Im looking for an item!

Its a really big stote, really hard to find things. But it worked out ok. I dont know how many driveable carts N the store but they couldnt find any when I was there. I found one just left N the store a unattended. The battery was very low.

My experience at walmart is so-so, in good days shopping is done ok. But when you are going to return something is hard, you can buy until they close but to return an item they are open until 6pm. Another issue i had was with delivery into those lockers, they also have hours. You would think that while the store is open you would be able to access your mailed packages, but no no. And one time i used their coin machine and it took 45 minutes to get someone to get me paid for the change. I guess they are busy.

They treat every customer as if they were going to steal by that I mean anything people are known to steal is locked up and you have to find an associate to get out of the case then you still cant be trusted with the item they take it to a designated cash register. Its ridiculous when youre trying to buy a $2 bottle of shaving cream. Then when youve gone through all that they again treat you like a criminal and not a paying customer by forcing you to show your receipt and then scanning items from your basket to further prove you havent stolen anything from their store. Its very excessive and can be frustrating when you want to make a quick purchase.

As a former employee of this business, I will do my best to be unbiased, answering as honestly as is humanly possible. This is the greatest Walmart ever. Not because I used to work here, but because it runs just as smoothly as when I did. Looking around, I see that not much has changed. New managers, department managers, assistant managers, associates... Same old How may I help? energy.
