2023-09-24 04:42:58My dad and I went to get a futon for his RV and it was delivered here since Wednesday. They wont give it to us and they havent explained any reason why. Manager told us to keep coming back to see if they are able to give it to us. I dont recommend ordering pick up in the app cause it just doesnt work as easy as it sounds. It is better if you go to the store and just buy it.

2023-12-09 22:12:23No one to help you, batteries are locked up, so someone has to help you! There is no one anywhere to help!Finally, find someone, and they cant open the case!30+ registers 8 cashiers so long lines even self checkout was a mile long.Shop online

2023-11-03 04:31:32One of the worst Wal Marts when it comes to customer service. The employees will avoid helping customers, at all costs, it seems. I waited at the Fabric area for over 10 minutes; several employees walked by and none asked if I needed help, I asked one employee for assistanceand they said theyd return and never did. When I was finally helped, the woman was very rude and curt and said she only did fabric if she had time and seemed overall annoyed that she had to assist me. Then when I asked if they carried felt she said I have no idea, youll have to go look yourself.They do not carry felt. In case youre wondering. I looked.

2023-08-18 21:08:49Whats an acceptable amount of time to wait for someone to open the glass cases for an item you want, before breaking through the glass?The staff doesnt care... no one answers the phone if you call... the people shopping for the home delivery orders are rude and push past you, no excuse me or sorry if they slam into your cart... everything is locked behind glass cases and ive waited almost 30 minutes in the past to get something because no where else had it... just a total garbage experience. The people who shop there are trashy, leaving carts everywhere in the parking lot, Ive watched people toss their fast food bags on the ground and then leave. Its eventually going to become a product of the environment and maybe even shut down if people keep trashing the place. And we wonder why we cant get a Target in our area. Lol, good luck.

2023-08-26 19:36:20One of the lead staff (lily) from pick up area was so rude ignoring me after I said excuse 3 times. Customers around us were just shaking heads.I can’t believe this rude people work here after passing assessment test which it’s important to give great customer service. Unbelievable

2023-09-30 17:42:38Most of the best!every department had a member.and assistance was quick. Managers are keeping the floors well attended and guiding and directing customers as for an example I asked for rotisserie chicken.FEA had a closed lane I went in and she was courteous and ring the items accordingly....

2023-07-08 23:46:15Wal-Marts can be different. Size, cleanliness, customer service.I would say this location has its game on.Good service reps.Good produce selection.And I love the extra security and check out associates. My favorite was the gentleman in the wheelchair. His happy, friendly attitude and his I Love Jesus ball cap made my day.Good to see a large business allowing freedom of expression.

2023-08-08 19:30:37I came here to get a curbside pick up and the kid who gave me my order was extremely complicated. I didn’t have a car so I don’t understand why I can’t just pick up my order at the front of the store if I’m not driving there and 90% of the time.I ask the guy who gave me my order if he could take a cup for garbage and he refused to sang his supervisor would get mad at him which made no sense at all because why are you going to have your customers litter and I’m sure there’s some kind of garbage can and their work area so it shouldn’t be a problem.They didn’t have my tank tops when it said they were available online so I don’t understand why it would say on the site that they were available and then they don’t bring them out. It also says on the site that if an item is not available, they would find, the closest thing that would be similar to the item that you ordered and then you would be paid or refunded the difference. So why was I shorted this item for my wife beaters when it’s Hella hot out and I need them?
