My dad and I went to get a futon for his RV and it was delivered here since Wednesday. They wont give it to us and they havent explained any reason why. Manager told us to keep coming back to see if they are able to give it to us. I dont recommend ordering pick up in the app cause it just doesnt work as easy as it sounds. It is better if you go to the store and just buy it.

One of the worst Wal Marts when it comes to customer service. The employees will avoid helping customers, at all costs, it seems. I waited at the Fabric area for over 10 minutes; several employees walked by and none asked if I needed help, I asked one employee for assistanceand they said theyd return and never did. When I was finally helped, the woman was very rude and curt and said she only did fabric if she had time and seemed overall annoyed that she had to assist me. Then when I asked if they carried felt she said I have no idea, youll have to go look yourself.They do not carry felt. In case youre wondering. I looked.

Whats an acceptable amount of time to wait for someone to open the glass cases for an item you want, before breaking through the glass?The staff doesnt care... no one answers the phone if you call... the people shopping for the home delivery orders are rude and push past you, no excuse me or sorry if they slam into your cart... everything is locked behind glass cases and ive waited almost 30 minutes in the past to get something because no where else had it... just a total garbage experience. The people who shop there are trashy, leaving carts everywhere in the parking lot, Ive watched people toss their fast food bags on the ground and then leave. Its eventually going to become a product of the environment and maybe even shut down if people keep trashing the place. And we wonder why we cant get a Target in our area. Lol, good luck.

One of the lead staff (lily) from pick up area was so rude ignoring me after I said excuse 3 times. Customers around us were just shaking heads.I can’t believe this rude people work here after passing assessment test which it’s important to give great customer service. Unbelievable

Most of the best!every department had a member.and assistance was quick. Managers are keeping the floors well attended and guiding and directing customers as for an example I asked for rotisserie chicken.FEA had a closed lane I went in and she was courteous and ring the items accordingly....

Wal-Marts can be different. Size, cleanliness, customer service.I would say this location has its game on.Good service reps.Good produce selection.And I love the extra security and check out associates. My favorite was the gentleman in the wheelchair. His happy, friendly attitude and his I Love Jesus ball cap made my day.Good to see a large business allowing freedom of expression.

I came here to get a curbside pick up and the kid who gave me my order was extremely complicated. I didn’t have a car so I don’t understand why I can’t just pick up my order at the front of the store if I’m not driving there and 90% of the time.I ask the guy who gave me my order if he could take a cup for garbage and he refused to sang his supervisor would get mad at him which made no sense at all because why are you going to have your customers litter and I’m sure there’s some kind of garbage can and their work area so it shouldn’t be a problem.They didn’t have my tank tops when it said they were available online so I don’t understand why it would say on the site that they were available and then they don’t bring them out. It also says on the site that if an item is not available, they would find, the closest thing that would be similar to the item that you ordered and then you would be paid or refunded the difference. So why was I shorted this item for my wife beaters when it’s Hella hot out and I need them?

Arrived with a return today and was told returns is closed today!! Come back another day. I refused to leave. A manager told me okay we will help you on register 7. Then comes another rude employee. The 1st shift staff is always willing to help and multitask, I dont like when employees give you the look oh Im busy working and they try looking away so you dont bother them (NONE OF THAT IS HERE), it doesnt matter what department, which age team member, or even race here, I always get a decent interaction or reaction. Now if you have to save your shopping last minute (with 7 days of the week) whether for groceries or miscellaneous, please bear with everyone as the checkouts get long after 6p.m., and if you dont like it then you forgot you live in CALIFORNIA! Everytime i shop at this location I try to avoid going inside at all cost. Reason being is that the staff are really rude and act like they have better things to do than answer your question or provide the basic skill of customer service. All kinds of walks of life go through this location and its best to avoid going inside unless its really important. I hope Target gets built close to here so I can go there instead.

I had a very poor shopping experience with the older white woman door greeter working the right side of the store on the way out. Now right in front of me was an older white male with a basket full of things and she barely looks at his receipt. Now comes the black woman on her way out and she spends about 60 seconds looking at the receipt and then my basket and then back at the receipt. Rinse and repeat. Obviously trying to count the items. To the point the line was backing up.Now I totally get they have theft and shrinkage problems. But doing this just makes it so your PAYING customers get mad and dont come back. You dont have time to match all the items on the receipt. And if you feel like you need to do that, DO IT FOR EVERYONE. Not just the black and Hispanic people. I will not be visiting this Walmart again. I will stick with the Moreno Valley or Canyon Springs location.

Absolutely horrible shopping experience and customer service.The lady checking receipts 6/10 @9:45pm was on her phone(older white lady with). I stood there for 30 seconds and she was in her phone texting and walked away. So i asked her if she needed my receipt, she said I have to wait. Wow! Obviously not ok and she gave ME an attitude after that. I would have complained to a manager for how disrespectful the lady at the door was but no one seems to care and do anything about anything. Back at the register, I purchased a few items they would not price match off their own site; Sold by Walmart, it was a $3 difference, the other item $9. Wow!!! Target does this without batting an eye. I spent almost $500. What garbage service. I understand guidelines and policy, but what is the excuse for the garbage service? I will happily taking myself elsewhere, somewhere where I am treated with dignity and respect where pricing is consistent. I would recommend Walmart take a hard look at your customer service accountability on your employees, because the poor service trickles down from the top.

Do NOT get your nails done at the nail salon here. Yes, their prices are pretty cheap, however they are very careless when doing your nails. I got both a full set and pedicure done and had the worst experience! Both of the nail techs, the one doing my full set and the other doing my feet, made me BLEED! I bled from SEVEN different fingers and bled from TWO different toes. I’m also pretty sure she made me get a ingrown on my big toe. Never have I ever had anyone make me bleed and I’ve always tipped no less than $15 anywhere I go. But due to this, I simply paid for my services and DID NOT tip. I was just happy it was finally over. And they knew they were hurting me due to me pulling back a few times and did not care nor apologize. Definitely will not be returning. Stay away!

The worst retail experience on the planet. If you want to see what overpopulation can do to a community just go see how low things can get. This is the first time Ive seen a line of 500 people stringing around the interior of a store waiting to get to check out. Empty shelves everywhere. Large areas of locked up products because of theft. Lighting in the entire location is missing or turned off its actually dark inside the super Walmart. Extreme disarray. 50 minutes to check out. Its really beyond words. Ive never seen a national retailer have a location that is simply out of control and degraded to the point that alll you could do is close it down. Some departments literally look like they went through a tornado and everything is just gone, The pet food section theres simply nothing left except a few very expensive brands that nobody would touch in small quantity. Human beings are capable of destroying anything they touch its disgusting. This is a perfect example of why Chicago had all of its locations closed down. This place looks like something from a dystopian movie, this is not right.

Do your liquor help buttons work? Asking 2 employees within 15 min for help, they said theyll let someone with keys, know...and that got nowhere. All the other employees are just putting away go backs, avoiding the aisle like a plague. This is the 2nd time Ive experienced this.Do the employees flip a coin and sigh if they actually have to stop their snails pace of working, and help?This is not far fetched...it took 26 minutes to get someone to open the liquor doors.Two people who were also waiting, decided to go to Food 4 Less, or a Liquor Store after 20 minutes. Avoid if youre buying alcohol (liquor).The ONLY reason I didnt leave, was because I already had half a cart of randoms/groceries that I needed.

Just a bigger version of the old Walmart that was 2 blocks up. Narrow isles. Crowded inside. Not enough checkers open. All kinds of stupid stuff locked up behind glass. Not enuf parking, have to hike to the entrance. Only 1 self-checkout area and the line goes almost to the back of the store. No one answers the call for assist buttons. Standing in line at least 20 minutes for a return. A little bit cleaner parking lot becuz they dont have to share so much in this location.

This walmart is great. Good deals, eye exam office, pharmacy and now the convenience of a nail shop . I met Leni a nail tech, she was so nice and did a beautiful job..I love how my nails came out for the design I chose was $45 plus tip.. the tip is optional but when they do a good job they deserve it., I was am a satisfied customer this is going to be my new nail shop all the ladies were nice. And I like that I can get my nails done and then go shopping win win all the way. And they also do pedicures they have reasonable prices .

Worse Walmart and Management ever! I asked a checker if I can purchase gift cards with my other things through self-ceckout. Yes, you can. So after halfway checking out another checker tells us we have to go to Customer Service to buy them. We go there...nope, you need to go through the checkout. Waiting in line and checker says, the McDonald gift cards arent working. Supervisor comes and says, those only work at the McDonalds checkout. I said, maybe you should put a sign on them. Oh no, we cant do that, thats the reps job. I go to McDonalds in the store and they cant do it either, but we have Christmas Giftcards. No, Im sending these for Easter. Finally, were going out the door after waiting in the exit line of over 20 people and the woman says, I dont see your dog food on the receipt. Go back to the checker. I didnt have my glasses to see receipt. Go back to checker, yes its on receipt. Go back out and had to prove its on there. Sams Clubs has a better system. Not sure why they dont implement the same system instead of putting a 70 year old at the door. Totally, inefficient!

Was doing some shopping for a microwave found one I liked that was in stock at this location. When I got there wasnt any on the shelf. Had to ask three different Walmart employees before I got help, when someone did help me they said the microwave was in stock but they were in the back and couldnt get them. On my way out I ask customer service to make sure this is how things are done here and not just lazy employees. They told me to wait until they are restocked on the shelf but wasnt exactly told when that would be. so I decide to use Walmarts online service to order it and pick it up next day. The next day I received the message that it was delayed and they would message me when it was ready. That was 3 days ago each day I tried calling Walmart a few times and when I dial to talk to pickup services the line rings for a while until someone denies the call and the call ends. Terrible service all around as one would expect from Walmart. Now Im just waiting for a message telling me my order could not be completed so I can spend my money at target instead.

The worst customer service Ive ever had. Every single time I go and try to get a bottle of liquor, I wait over 15 minutes and have to go get someone, to get someone, to help me. Every employee walks around not acknowledging customers and you have to chase them down just to have someone help you out. Ive already had a couple of incidents with careless employees. Once I got hit by an employee driving a motorized shopping cart. I saw when he saw me in front of him, he turned his head as if talking with his coworker and continued right into me hitting me on my ankle. I was hurt and should have talked to a lawyer.

The pick-up department is very sloppy and unorganized. I deliver for Uber eats and Ive called their pick up number when Ive been waiting for almost 2 hours for a customers order and the pick up message says if you are a door dash driver come in to get your order. 90% of the time, I have to cancel my delivery due to the slowness of these walmart associates. Ive tried calling customer service to see if that pick-up message applies to Uber eats deliveries also, but they never answer the phones. I wish walmart would hire managers who actually give two cents about the poor service their employees are providing to their customers. 😒

I will never shop at this walmart again. I came here today to grab a few things for dinner after being checked out the (greeter/ Receipt highlighter) let 3 familys walk by with out actually looking at their receipts, then as I walk forward he stood in front of my cart and rudely said Do you have a receipt? Worst customer service Ive had at any Walmart Ive been to. I WAITED FOR 45 MINUTES on a Sunday late afternoon to pick up a very small order Id placed online. After waiting 20 minutes I was told (after calling the supervisor for the second time) that there were 3 cars ahead of me. After waiting another 25 minutes, and seeing 5 more cars get their orders fulfilled before mine, I knocked on the pickup order door and spoke to the supervisor in person. Im not sure what was going on behind closed doors but I wasnt too impressed by management. My order (which was so small it didnt even fill half a Walmart shopping bag) was hanging on a peg by the door. Any one of the employees (including the supervisor) working that day could have just grabbed it on the way out while fulfilling the large grocery orders they had. One of the worst managed Walmart stores around.

I have to admit that I have not been inside this store much but I use their pick up service a lot. It is awesome. I place my order with a time to be ready. I can check in as I leave my house. Once I get there and let them know what stall I am in, my stuff is usually in my trunk and I am ready to go within 5 minutes. Kudos to the workers and management who run this pick up.

We just moved into the area and this was our first time here. It is one of the nicer Walmart weve been to. Our wait time was atleast 20 minutes of no moving at the checkout line. The transaction in front of me was a more difficult and special transaction that added to our wait time but the cashier shouldve requested the needed manager assistance sooner when needed. Being a cashier myself, I know some things, you just need a manager to step in and takeover due to the type transaction that needs manager approval. But other than that, its a fine store to shop at!

There was some chain missing from the battery section and an employee telling and asking about it, even gave small response like, I know. Not my problem I left a note. Dont ask the staff inside the store for help, they will either ignore you or tell you a general area of where something might be 🙄. My first bad experience with pickup was last month I went to the pickup stall and checked in on the app after waiting for 4 hours they tried to say that my order was for the next day until it was shown to them that it was for that day which they then went inside and got the order and brought it out😑. Todays encounter takes the cake, I went to pickup to get my order, checked in at the stall. A few minutes later I received a phone call from one of the pickup staff telling me that my order had to be picked up inside because the new policy they only do pickup in the stalls for groceries which is news to me. Mind you today is a rainy day nobody wants to get out of their car on a rainy day thats why you do pick up. I asked when they made that change and the lady told me that I was notified of the change ( meaning the handwritten note that was placed on the stall numbers) this was their way of informing people of this new policy change. When I went inside to pick up my order there was a lady sitting at a table about 2 feet from the door. She proceeded to ask me if I was there for a pickup order and then told me I had to knock on the door and tell the people inside that I was there for my order. They had everything in stock but no service, I was trying to get some paint and nobody came. I pressed the button for assistance and asked 3 employees for assistance, they all said they would ask someone else to help but nobody came. I wasted about 25 minutes of my time.

Ordering groceries on line and then going to the pickup spot was wonderful especially if your disabled. Great experience and good if you have limited time or kids with you. A store clerk comes out and loads your car you dont have to do a thing.

Wow this store is well stocked. Some items are still not in stock because of Covid19. BUT!! Fall clothing on the racks and their grocery area is great! I heard a loud speaker in the parking lot advising us of safety masks, sanitizer & distancing. Employees there were busy stocking shelves & assisting customers. Thank you ❤👍✌😊

I went groceries shopping with my son, I needed coffee but couldnt make up my mind when I seen the bakerys cakes and pies and the cupcakes 1, 4, 6 ok I couldnt make up my mind, so I vouldñt get anything.. but what I came in for. The best part was McDonalds at the end, I didnt have to cook after all.

Photo gave me wrong information on a wireless printer I purchased, I returned it the next day, was irritated on the long line. I do not like the fact that you have to wait for someone to open up the locked cabinets for simple items like $1.00 head phones or or certain hair products even toothbrushes then they take it to the cosmetics counter to Wait in line to either pay for your item or put your items in a lock box, then when you pay for your item you have to wait in another line so you they can check your receipts and your purchases. I understand people do steal ! But it seems we are all being punished . I rather pay for those items somewhere else and not be treated like a criminal and have to ask for items you are going to pay for.

I love the new no contact pick up. Order online, choose a pick up time, they text you when its ready, you get there you check in and let them know what spot your in and the description of your car. They bring your order out and load it for you. The only downside is that sometimes there is a bit of a wait (20 - 30 min)

Just about everything I buy here ends up breaking. Bought an expensive Bluetooth speaker and it is not loud at all plus the battery dies quickly even though it advertises that the battery will last 20 hours. Not even close. Spent $15 on a flashlight here, stopped working within 2 weeks. Bought a bike tube here, it popped before I made it around the block. You get what you paid for at the store, cheaply made junk.

Ordered online the night b4. Got there and went inside, no order, wait 4 Mgr she says I have to go around bldg to side 4 pick up, I walk there, 20 + parking spaces 4 pick up. Sign says call us & we will come out 2 you. I call, mailbox full....goodbye! I walk around 2 find help, they cant find my order. I go inside to pick it myself....the craft items are all LOCKED UP. Didn’t even deserve 1. I waited in line for 30 minutes before getting to the register. I walked up to a manager who was standing around with 3 other employees and asked if they could open another line and her reply was to go to try another line because they had all the people that they had to cashier. I told her there was 10 or more buggies in each of the 4 lanes that were open and self checkout was all the way down the main aisle when you walk in on the food side. I understand it gets busy but when you see 4 workers standing around laughing and chatting and having attitude because you are asking them to do their job which is providing courteous customer service. Or you know take it upon yourself and get out there and help run a cash register to help out to and prevent upset customers and people leaving buggies full and walking out the door because they don’t feel appreciated. There was even one woman who was going to each register that was closed to take cash out of each drawer. Why didn’t she open one and help out. She was not making eye contact with anyone knowing they were going to ask her if she was opening. She went to 4 registers doing this and not even offered to help with the lines. I know I could word this better but I am so aggravated at the poor excuse for managers here at Perris Super Walmart. They don’t deserve their jobs if they cannot run things correctly when it gets that busy. There seriously needs to be some productive managers that can execute things better. This place is a JOKE!

Totally unbelievable !I went to the bicycle section to buy 2 tubes for my bicycle and out of stock. Everywhere I looked...empty shelves.I just turned around and left.Not a good experience tonight.

The deli appears to not have management. Today it appeared shut down. Laundry pods locked up and nobody around with a key. Returns system down. Last visit the restrooms were not available. A disaster. I will do my best to avoid this location in the future.

There were only 3 cashiers open while the lines including self service extended back more than halfway through the store. Not sure why they have so many checkout areas when they are only going to have 3 open. Frozen stuff was thawed before getting to check out. So much is locked up that I didnt even bother getting ibuprofen that I needed. Dont go unless you need a lot of stuff to make waiting in the lines worth it.

I used the Pickup service that Walmart is offering and I loved it. It was easy to use and convenient plus their Pickup service is free. An employee came out with my things and I got a free little gift bag for trying it out. She was super nice and helped me load my trunk. She also informed me about the service and said that if they don’t have an item you pick you can choose to have them substitute the item. If the item they choose cost more it is at no charge to you and if the item is less or you decide you don’t want to substitute it then they will refund you. This service is especially handy when you don’t want to wait in long lines or bring all the kids along with you. I highly recommend the Pickup service and hope they keep it!
