Delicious, authentic, good service, reasonably priced. Loved the salted duck and bamboo soup, the smoked fish appetizer, and the lions head meatballs. Great for our family dinner.

This place is a MUST TRY for authentic Shanghainese food!!!!! And it’s VERY affordable. It’s around 25$ per person after tip! Waaaay cheaper than other Chinese food places nowadays.WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK

It is not an exaggeration to say that this restaurant has the best and most traditional Shanghai foods in the United States. Each of the eight dishes we ordered were beyond our expectations. The service was so friendly that you would feel at home.

Classic Shanghai restaurant with excellent food. The restaurant is well decorated and clean with a sort of classic European setting. The staff is nice and greet you with a smile. The food is very good. Shanghai style food is usually a bit on the sweet side, which I really like a lot. The prices are reasonable, $10-$20 and you get a good size portion, which comes with rice and tea, like most Chinese restaurants. I ordered this fatty pork dish with sweet brown sauce with some stringy mushrooms. I have no idea what its called but it was freaking delicious and came in this really crazy looking vase. Parking is kind of hard, so you might have to park on the street and walk a little.

This place is an authentic Shanghai restaurant. Some dishes are a bit greasy, but thats how some Shanghai food tends to be. All the flavors were legit, and the Shanghai noodles were even a bit Al dente which is the right way to do it.

I brought my out of town friend who is from Shanghai to this restaurant, and he attested that the food here is authentic Shanghai cuisine. Food taste excellent and staff is super friendly. Best dish were Braised pig knuckle in brown sauce, three meat and veggie soup three fresh casserole, pan-fried buns, shepherds purse fried rice cakes, chestnut eel stew.

My friend from Changzhou said it was delicious. It was really delicious. It may be the only restaurant in Los Angeles that can cook braised pork. The owner’s son and waiter and I are also dangerous hairline brothers. Uh uh
