A small noodle spot that really hits the spot! Friendly staff and quick service. Theres like 4 tiny tables inside. I got the minced meat and eggplant noodles—very greasy but absolutely delicious, and a fantastic price as well. It was cash only last time I was here (they accepted Venmo). Perfect hole-in-the-wall spot for a quick lunch. Definitely recommend.

Small little hole-in-the-wall with 5 small tables to dine in. From what I can tell, they do mostly take out. I ordered the Cumin Lamb Noodles. The noodles are handmade, and they were fantastic. The dish was flavorful and spicy, yet balanced. The cost was $13.99. Service was attentive and friendly.

This unassuming tiny hole-in-the-wall shop serves Xian dishes and delicious fresh chewy homemade noodles. They have my favorite Cumin Lamb over handmade noodles, and a stir fry version as well. Ill be coming back often!

This place is amazing, my girlfriend and I have been here few times dining in and for take out, never disappointed, all the noodles we have tried are the best, the ones with eggplant always tasty, the bok choy with garlic sauce, dumplings are so good, definitely and highly recommend this place, and we will be back to try the rest of the dishes if there are more stars Id give more

As a natively Chinese person I rarely eat Chinese food that actually tastes authentic with good portions. I ordered the beef noodles and beef momos and they were both excellent. The noodles were wide and there were so many! The sauce in the noodles was excellent too, although the dish could have used some more beef.I would definitely recommend this place to get a refreshing taste on Chinese food, and dont forget to bring cash as this place is cash-only. Or just use Venmo/other payment app.

Definitely the best Shannxi food in LA, and one of the top two places in the US (the other one in Phoenix). I ordered the cold noodle with chili oil, pork burger, and the rice noodle soup. The flavor is super authentic for every dish I had. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality. It reminds me of my hometown—shannxi. If you’ve never tried shannxi food, just try what I ordered; that’s a good start. Shannxi food is definitely one of the most under-rated cuisine across the board.

Amazing pulled noodles from this hole in the wall gem. The service is spectacular considering it is one kind Chinese lady running the front of house by herself. Prices are extremely reasonable and everything Ive tried there is delicious.

They have a lot of outside seating. I feel like the food is good and the price is good. Im not going to say the food is fantastic, but its pretty good. I eat here pretty often because its convenient. I saw they got a B on their health score, and looking at the kitchen, I feel like they could do better to keep it clean.

This place is “F” ing good👍definitely you want go back. as a Chinese was grow up in china, I can say this place really legit, the lady doesn’t speak much even in Chinese, but you can tell they’re decent people and nice. The menu looks simple and forgot mark which is spicy (cause I don’t like spicy) but food is really yum, I’m not mean a lot seasoning “tasty” not like enjoy at the moment but want a lot water later, it’s flavorful and well seasoned in a good standard, no matter U want “ homie” or “restaurant” them food consider really good for me. I don’t know west part of Chinese food that good to tell if them food is “authentic”! But pretty much and it’s 👍 “good”. I can eat it every day that level good😄

Its so outrageous. The tomato and egg noodles are not freshly made, what can I say.Because the noodles at this handmade noodle restaurant are delicious, we didn’t say anything even if we had diarrhea after eating the Roujiamo many times. After all, the meat must be marinated in a big pot.I had just given birth to a baby and thought my husband was working too hard. He went out for a snack. I was afraid that my own food would be stale and I ordered tomato and egg noodles.This restaurant only has oil on it. I said no oil, just tomato and egg noodles, less salt.It turned out that the noodles were hot and the tomatoes and eggs were cold. Brothers... Ju Xian... And we were the only customers at the table. The boss saw that I was so weak that I was wearing a confinement hat and pushing a stroller... What happened? Something that kills ones conscience.........You have children at home, are they healthy? ? ? ? ? ?

It’s real traditional Xi’an food. Noodle is the best! Authentic Xi’an noodle restaurant 👍 Pulled noodles, cold skin, and roujiamo are all authentic Xi’an flavors, so delicious! The store is small, opened by an old couple, and the service is good!

I came to this restaurant to eat noodles a year ago. The taste was very authentic and the portions were big. Now I have a portion of chicken noodles and the tax is almost 16. I give five or six pieces of chicken noodles and they are still very small and taste bad. It turns out that the owner has changed and the previous owner has changed. They said you don’t need to tip if you give cash, but now it’s no longer possible and it will be included in the meal bill directly.
