Went here for lunch today. Something different as a tacos go. Personal favorite was the Korean taco. The flour taco made you think bun and had a good seasoning profile. Runner up was the shrimp taco with the flavor of the tortilla and the fresh slaw made for a nice bite.

This is a great taco bar! It isn’t the biggest restaurant, but it wasn’t packed on a Friday night either. There are some outside tables. The Bitchin Cali Burrito and the Dirty Diana tacos are amazing. The chicken taco was nothing special. This is definitely a place I want to come back to and try other items on the menu.

Here youll find lots of fusion tacos that are heavily dependent on the weird toppings and sauces as opposed to good meat, well done tortillas and complimentary simple ingredients.I tried 5 tacos. The Classic Asada, the Chicken Adobada (why chicken?), the Korean Seoul, the Anaheim Pig and the Sac Town Fire. Those are the five I tried- but I actually ordered the Dirty Diana and not the Aneheim Pig. However, its pretty hard for them to hear the orders because they decided to make it like a night club in there, crowded and loud. 🤦🏼‍♂️(Im starting so sound my age 🤣)The two GOOD tacos I had were the Korean Seoul and the Sac Town Fire. Both rely on the toppings as the meat is just ok. All the other tacos were just 3s, maybe a 4.Though the inside is crowded and loud, there are a few tables outside and even on a hot day, its beautiful and shaded.If youre not looking for authentic street tacos, this place is it. But if you want some good flavored slow cooked carnitas or delicious PORK Adobada, spicy & slightly crispy chorizo, head down EG Blvd another mile to La Favorita Taqueria.

Ill be back!! My husband ordered the Bitchin Cali burrito, and it was delicious/huge. I ordered the Bella Truffle taco (no meat), Classic asada taco, and the Sacramento Fire. The Sacramento fire is my favorite. Their tacos are full of flavor and reasonably priced. Im excited to know that they also cater. The restaurant is fairly small. Im excited to have a restaurant like this in Elk Grove. Im sure they will outgrow this location as they are serving (delicious) quality food that is reasonably priced.

You’ve found it! Your next favorite taco spot is right here so look no further. The small size but surprisingly modern decor of this establishment is a home run. The simplicity of the menu is reminiscent of In-N-Out. They can focus on a few menu items and insure consistency of flavor. Let’s be honest, the only thing that is of value is consistency of flavor. The only reason there is no fifth star is that I reserve those for places that are other worldly type. I wish I could give half stars because this taco spot is almost out of this world. Enjoy!!

Nice, small place. Friendly people, great good. Its a California fusion kinda taco place. Free chips and salsa if u eat in. Wait takes a little bit but tastes good.

I was raving to my sis about this place and how the food was so good. I was half right this time, maybe it was an off day for them? The asada fries and the watermelon bro drink (definitely get it with the chamoy and tajin) was super delicious! But my all time fav, the Bitchin Cali burrito was not good this time 😔... the shrimp was so salty that we couldnt taste the other flavors in the burrito. And the Korean Seoul taco, the meat tasted like straight up soy sauce. The service was great though and so was the chips and salsa. I love seeing this business thrive from their food truck to the restaurant. I will definitely be back but please dont let it be salty. The Bitchin Cali burrito was the best thing that happened to Sacramento lol.

Phenomenal. Since moving to the Sacramento area 8 years ago, I have been on the search for the perfect taco bar. In the Bay Area, we have a chain called Tacolishious and I never thought I would find anything as good. Enter west coast taco bar. I’ve had 3 different tacos and all were delicious. Their chips are fresh, salsa and hot sauce on point and prices are extremely reasonable. I found my new go to taco bar.

My wife and I have been enjoying their tacos since before they had a restaurant. We were always stoked to find their food truck around town. But now, we are able to visit whenever we want! The restaurant location is incredibly convenient. The food is fantastic, and the staff is friendly and helpful. My wife and I will continue to treat ourselves by coming here many more times in the future!

A few weeks ago our office ordered lunch. It was a busy Friday and there was a good number of people in line to order. After I picked up my order, I lost my grip on a drink and it spilled all over the ground at the main entrance. They immediately got me a new glass and didnt make me feel bad at all even though they had many other things demanding their attention. In addition to their great service they have some of the best tacos I have ever had. Thank you West Coast Taco Bar!

We had West Coast Tacos cater our wedding and we were THRILLED with how they did! The food was incredible and the set up and communication was great. Would recommend stopping by their restaurant any time AND having them cater events! They’re amazing!

Best Cali Burrito in town hands down 👍🏼 We saw this small taco Bar and people are lining up. Food is excellent. It’s very tasty and portions are good. Now I have my favorite Taco/Burrito place. Waiting is worth it. Owner is very nice. We need more local restaurants like this.

Just stopped into this newly opened taco bar. Absolutely phenomenal if you’re looking for authentic/fresh tacos with more flare than your standard street taco. Service was amazing and both of the owners are super nice! Definitely coming back soon and telling everyone I know about this place!

First time visiting this establishment. Its small but nice. I ordered 2 chicken and 2 steak tacos. They were small but delicious and filling. 😋 Wait time was a bit long. The prices are somewhat higher but Ive learned it cost more to get better things in life and food is no different.🤗

We ordered for pickup a couple hours later and they accidentally put it in for next day. When we went in to pick it up and discovered the mistake, the kitchen made our order immediately and gave us 10% off. Great customer service and the food is excellent! I recommend the Sac town fire and Korean Seoul tacos!

The food truck its phenomenal oh, so we were really excited to see a restaurant opening near our house. Of course, we have not been disappointed at all. These are some of the best tacos you will find in Northern California. Really, I would put them up against any tacos Ive had, even in Mexico. My favorite is the Dirty Diana, but the Anaheim pig is also excellent. Really, you cant miss on this menu.

Employees were cold and off putting. One tried to tell me they were closed but it was 7:30 and they closed at 8. I felt unwelcomed. I wouldnt recommend if you are looking for a pleasant atmosphere.

This place was absolutely delicious. The Cali Burrito was to die for. Super flavorful. Every taco we tried was amazing. Cant wait to come back and try the Asada Fries.Its not a super traditional taco place, but they do have more traditional items like asada tacos and the standard burrito. They even have a kids burrito and both of my monsters liked it.Ill definitely be back and Im so glad theyre in my neighborhood.

I love this place, Ive been going since the truck. This time around wasnt so good ugh. Me and my husband came in about 130ish today 2/28/23 and ordered 2 potato tacos and 1 dirty Diana. My husband ordered the Cali burrito. The tacos were ready first and they had them sitting on the counter waiting for the burrito without letting us know. My husband went to go get it and the girl said oh were just waiting on your burrito and she proceeded to call the person that had a takeout order. Now this is where I have the problem, she bagged and handed the girl her food OVER my open tray of food instead of just letting my husband take the tray. My tacos were not as hot as they could have been because we were waiting on burrito. Also the tortillas for the potato tacos are not fried...bummer.

Ordered the three taco plate. Dirty diana, Korean Seoul and the shrimp burrito. Ill start from the least favorite to the most. The Koran Seoul is not that great. It taste fine but its nothing special. The shrimp taco was really good. I see why it won awards. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the accompanying sauce that came with it fits well with the dirty diana was the best taco. Its essentially a queso birria taco so you cant go wrong with that. I would come again. Try out the burrito

First off, Ivan seems like an absolute gentleman, and his wife an absolute trooper. You can tell theyve both seen a rush or two in their life given their pedigree from online bio, as it got a bit busy while we were there. Plus Ivan is a Marine Corps veteran and I fully support veterans and local business. Even with it being their first day open since the holiday (kudos btw on closing during the holiday season being in hospitality), the items were very fresh. I got the cali burrito and my son three mixed tacos (forget the flavors), and we nibbled on them all.. All were great! Will be returning. Good stuff!

Cochinta: My fav, crispy on the outside shell, deep slow cooked meat flavor, just wow, I could eat 10!3.
