Shopping center with many stores such as Ralphs, the UPS store, CVS. Ace Hardware, and more. Conveniently located for errands. Gets very busy right after school hours due to the proximity of many schools.
Good shopping experience and civil human beings.There service desk Senior Bus Passes or M.O or Stamps open at 8 am. Not like Vons which open at 10 or whenever they FEEL like.They lost a value customer.Thee Counselor
I went to Ace Hardware there at Westcliff. Ace Hardware has very helpful salespeople, and the fact that they donate to various charitable organizations is fantastic. The parking lots at Westcliff there a bit small. As for handicapped parking its kind of limited. I wish that they would put in more available spaces for the handicapped

I love the shopping center theres a great variety of eateries and Supermarket drug store CVS and Bank of America the only trouble I find with a shopping center is at the parking doesnt seem to quite make it doesnt quite fit the infrastructure making it a little bit more inconvenient. And the only other thing that really didnt make me feel comfortable is that its constantly filled with kids either going two were coming from the schools Newport Harbor High or the local elementary schools they say its like eating in a high school cafeteria unless you hit it at the right time and for the most part most of the kids are well-behaved but theres always those random goofballs that have a point to prove and can really be disruptive to the nice quiet or intimate lunch that you were hoping to have. My best piece of advice? Order your food in advance and get it to go unless you can hit it spot on to where you can sit outside and really enjoy a nice cup of hot coffee or a slice of pizza without a lot of kids discussing their social life and talking at the top of their lungs to where you get to hear about all the things that are going on in their lives at this time. It pretty much caters to the higher end or the other side of the track type people however even the normal, person can casually blend in amongst the animals!
CVS is open 24hours and there is Crown Ace Hardware next door and a Ralphs Market. Easy parking. Oh, and a Bank of America.

Fresh and garlicky and hot. Among the best Ive ever had. Caesar salad was mediocre only because wasnt a whole lot of tear Romaine in there and the dressing was from a bottle. The chicken tenders I had asked for sauce on the side which they were happy to accommodate and for take out by the way the presentation was decent but they just were average or less than. Chicken tenders that use panko flakes are always number one in my book and those that just use frozen share buy a third-party especially when youre calling them fresh are completely misleading. It took us 20 to 25 minutes to get the food and have them bring it out to our table outside the front door but oh no for 35 bucks oh, I will give them three out of five. If you disagree please let me know.
I love this shopping center! There is a Ralphs Market, a CVS Pharmacy and a Crown Ace Hardware. The CVS is great because it is open 24/7! Easy parking and good location.
Very convenient corner shopping center with Ralphs supermarket, CVS drug store, Orange Theory Fitness, and some fast casual dining options (including some healthy choices).Parking is usually not difficult here.It is flanked on two sides by smaller shopping centers with good fast casual food and coffee options.

It is nice that it has a Ralphs and CVS here. I can pick up some groceries and general supplies from around the house. There are many other shops here including a pet store, multiple exercise facilities, and a strip of different restaurants.
They have an ACE hardware here. Great BBQs but very pricey . You know how newport beach is . Then over to ralphs for lunch on the patio before going back to work. Great shopping Center. VERY $$ high end.
The CVS here is a place I have gone to the most often it is very pricey and there is a Ralphs in this lot which is okay but still have to watch the prices. I dont like that you have to bother the pharmacist and get his attention to open the door to the bathroom if you need the restroom that seems ridiculous to me to make him stop his work just so you can have a place to use the facilities especially when youre waiting and waiting for a prescription to be filled
Westcliff Plaza how do I like thee let me count the ways 1) the produce at the Ralphs supermarket is much fresher and have a higher quality than the other Ralphs down the street 2) the Ace Hardware has expanded and has far more non-hardware stthan It did before. (you can get your Miele vacuum bags there now) oh and when the cops stop you and ask.. you stop them dead in their tracks and say Im going to the CVS, Im sick and they will let you go (they dont want to risk it). Unfortunately the BofA has a new manager, nothing wrong with them, its just not same without whats-her-name (who was was there for, it must have been, 30 years)...PS whats with all the people working out in the parking lot?
Bank Of America, CVS and Ace Hardware are on one corner of the shopping center, Chase Bank stands solo near the intersection of 17th St & Irvine Blvd, meanwhile Ralphs sits on the other corner attracting more day visitors then the other stores combined.In between the corners sits a half dozen moderately priced, great places to grab a higher quality lunch with friends. Some of my favorite places to grab lunch here include Chronic Tacos, Counter Burgers, Pick-Up-Stix and Z Pizza.I like Westcliff Plaza because theres always plenty of parking and plenty of outdoor seating which makes this a happening place in the springtime!
Great place to stroll through and find eclectic, little shops. Originally designed by holistic architect Robert Neutra, the buildings are a historical site.
Went around 2pm, Smoke shop didnt know the products. Parking lot felt unsafe.
Well, I was just strolling when I noticed this nice big shopping place. Know what was missing? An institute of higher level plan! So I helped out.
The Staff at Starbucks get 5 stars but the Ralphs employees? 3 is being kind u r on the border of Costa mesa and Newport Beach, act accordingly ...please thank you !
A little bit of everything! Get Coffee at Coffee Bean then get your fitness in at Orange Theory, go next door to GNC to get nutritional supplements, then CVS for pharmacy needs, over to many restaurants for lunch like pizza🍕, tacos🌮 or burgers🍔. If you still have time you can get your nails done here to and finish it of with so grocery shopping for dinner at Ralphs. Yes pretty much everything and when you get home and you have a lightbulb💡burned out theres also a ACE Hardware. And much more.

Ok this is really strange.. All these places I have never been. Next! But I can tell you that the Boeing 737 max is a wonderful aircraft. I been flying and designing planes for fifty years and the only thing wrong with this aircraft is the pilots. The Airbus do this all the time and usually kill everyone. In 2008 a QF72 nosedive. Twice and almost killed everyone. If not for the skilled American pilot everyone would have died. But there have been many Airbus crashes that killed everyone. And do you know what? On a Airbus the pilot cant take control of the aircraft because the computer is higher than the pilot.

This busy plaza on 17th street and Irvine Avenue in Newport Beach is operated by the Irvine company. Its anchor stores are Ralphs, CVS Pharmacy, GNC, Crown Ace, Bank of America, and Chase Bank. Eateries like Chronic Tacos, the Counter, Pressed Juicery, the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Zpizza, Fresh brothers, etc makes this place a go to stop for many of the local area residences and workers.

It has a bank, grocery store, bakery, coffee, hardware store, restaurant, ice cream place and a gym to burn all of the eaten calories :) I don’t go any further then this plaza, because here I find everything I need. Its always clean. Its never overwhelming. Huge parking lot. Nice people. Nice weather. I love this plaza. I was going here for many many many years. Thank you for keeping it alive and beautiful!

2022-11-30 08:03:13There is a bakery in this plaza that has incredible Fresh baked bread, freshly baked sweets of all kind, carrot cake so delicious and assortments of homemade fresh made to order food menu to much for me to list. Lots of different drink made to order also, like coffees, lattes, juices an more. Please try it out you will be soooo happy you did. Happy eating 😋😋😉

2022-11-19 23:29:40Westcliff plaza is such a convenient little strip mall with its staple stores as well as its food spots (those tend to change often..but it’s nice to swap out different types of quick food places in my opinion) I love having Ralphs, cvs, ace hardware, the ups store, & of course the pet store is my pups absolute fav spot 🐾 I can’t wait to go make my appointment over at massage envy ..im due for a good massage!
