Instant Favorite. Tried for the first time today. Excellent for certain. I tried my three favorites and all were very good.... beyond my expectations. Qaulity and freshness is excellent. Flavors are probably the best Ive had.The noise level when its crowded is the only down side to this place.You must try it for yourself.

I have done take out here for several years. We are several people and usually spend at least 70 dollars. The food tonight was not up to par. The orange chicken was pretty bad,not cooked quite right and the sauce was runny. The Mongolian beef was not up to par either. The other dishes where just OK. Time to try somewhere new.

I’m new to the area and have been trying different Asian food places. This is by far my favorite. I’m a young person who is a bit low on money upon moving here but this place is amazing! The prices are more than reasonable especially for the amount of food they give you. I had to take some home and was even able to afford an appetizer. The server was very friendly! I will definitely be coming here often as the food was so so delicious
Western Wok took the Chinese food to another level. I dont know what they are using to make food but it beats all other Chinese places I have tried. Plus, its priced the same as the others. Its my top place for Chinese. Good parking but the place is your typical Chinese tables and seats. Nothing fancy

Awful experience. Older lady at the front counter with fake contacts was unprofessional and condescending. She failed to handle our bad experience like a well establishment would. I placed an order that was never delivered after more than an hour wait. My husband and I had to literally drive to the restaurant because no one answered the phone. Not once did she acknowledge the situation, and offered no apology, even for the long wait. They’re not worthy of my dime. We canceled and will never return.How are they still running? Bad customer service.

Lady at front taking orders was a little unfriendly, and I got put on hold twice for several minutes only to walk in and not see them busy. Steamed dumplings were good. Food seemed to be good quality and it is comfortable inside. 3.5 stars*
Made a quick stop for some take-out. This is a pretty good spot. Theyre well established and have been around for almost a decade. Foods pretty good, very affordable and if you have a girlfriend who loves Chinese food, Id strongly recommend that you take here there for a bite. Shell love it!

Food is good, but I feel they undercook their chicken - not to the point where its raw, Ive never gotten sick, but its a little too soft. They also seem to glance over special requests on online orders, like extra packets. Theyll still give you them if you ask in person. Still, their fried rice is amazing and everything is flavorful. If neither are issues for you then youll love this place.

I returned to Western Wok following a long absence.The food has improved The chicken and mushrooms were excellent as was the chow mein.I didnt order the pot stickers which during my last visit were not good but during todays visit all the food I ordered was good.
One of the best local Chinese cuisine restaurant. Pot stickers and fried rice are delicious. Sweet and sour pork also a great choice. Staff are friendly and attentive. Worth every cent. I order on line and pickup is usually ready in minutes. Very clean dining area. Never had a bad experience, and once when the order was off, they fixed it right away. Very pleasant.
Usually I like traditional Chinese food. Not really a fan of big chains (like panda express) Service from staff was good and the place was clean. It looks good to Dine in too. Planning for a come back and eat in for sure.😋

We ordered delivery through either GrubHub or DoorDash. The food looked pretty good and we dont have a regular Chinese food restaurant yet. Unfortunately, we still dont have a go-to Chinese food spot.Ignoring the fact that it took almost 2 hours to get our food (after calling the restaurant multiple times), the food was average. Nothing terrible about it, but the sesame chicken was kind of soggy and the kung pao chicken didnt have much flavor other than spicy. The veggie mooshoo (sp?) was great, though. If we end up ordering from there again for some reason, Ill probably stick with just the mooshoo. It was also the only dish of the 3 that I enjoyed as leftovers.Maybe if you get it a little bit fresher or dine in, it would be better. It just wasnt for us, though.The staff were very kind and apologetic for the late food, which I appreciated!

This is a hidden place at a fork on the road. Just come try it for yourself. Try the soups and the cho mein, or whatever you have the cravings for. Good food at an affordable price.
Very good home made style Chinese food for a very affordable price. They have a huge menu with all the major dishes plus some. They offer dine in or take out along with delivery. They accept credit cards also. I always call for pickup and my food is ready within 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this place for the authentic Chinese food lovers.

Delicious! This is my second time having the food. Tbh I didnt want to come here because I had delivery when they first came in and wasnt very impressed. I thought it was kind of meh. Im sitting here now and the atmosphere is wonderful! Its small but the tables arent crowded together. I had the spicy garlic pork and it was awesome. Has a bit of a bite to it. The food was in front of it in a flash and was streaming hot! Im really glad I came in again and Ill be eating here more often. The service was stellar!
Hungry for some really good Chinese dine in/take out? Go to this place. The spicy sour soup will warm you right up and the honey walnut shrimp is made just right. This is a place to chill and dine. The atmosphere is very much old times western-y. No super frills, just a nice, clean place to eat. If youre taking out, they have generous portions for your order. It is truly family style eating.
Absolutely hands down great chinese dishes and delivery is lightning fast.Food always arrives steaming hot and anything Ive ordered so far has been fantastic and with the right amounts of salt and spices.I would definitely recommend this place for anyone thats looking for a solid Chinese food spot.
Horrible food! The steamed dumplings were so thick and the meat was dry. The ribs sauce was watered down and flavorless. My 1st and last time going there. Only thing good was shrimp chowmain.

American style Chinese food. Served in a efficient clean pleasant setting. That also do soda refills which is getting more rarer nowadays. $9-$12 entrees so you can take your kids and order different plates.

I ordered cashew chicken. What I received was a sloppy mess of chicken, broccoli and zucchini with NO cashews! It was doused in a copious amount of brown sauce fortified with a sickeningly sweet amount of sugar! Disgusting. I will never purchase food from them again.

Came here for lunch after long time passing by. Tried the lunch specials. First huge red flag was the food came out in less than 2 mins tops. I had a gorden ramsay moment when the food came so fast. The rice was meh, the egg roll was the best thing of the whole meal. Egg drop soup was way too thick. Teriyaki chicken didnt even taste like chicken it was more like egg flavor. The broccoli beef was overcooked and flavorless. The sweet sour pork tasted like soap according to my mom. After reading all the reviews I can only assume they changed cooks or something. This to me is no way a 4.3 more like a 2 at best and thats stretching it. Do not waste your time or money.

Ordered delivery online and when it arrived I signed for my credit card and then the delivery man asked me for $1.65 more?! I asked why and he said because I asked for rice on the side of our soup (which has always been complimentary) I tried to explain that I was only asking for this complimentary rice and he refused to hear me out. I wasnt prepared for this so I handed him the tip I had in my hand to pay for it and before I could say give me a second to get more for the tip HE GOT MAD! He gave me attitude for using the tip to pay for the random side charge. Then on top of this when I checked my order our side rice was there and there was another order large rice that I hadnt asked for. Im done with this place, bad attitude, bad customer service.

My family ordered from this place online and then was asked for extra money for a side rice order! On top of that when my relative gave the delivery guy the two extra dollars he was asking for he got mad because he thought we were taking out of his tip and gave her attitude! What a bunch of jerks! 1st and last time at Western Wok. I ordered wonton soup. It was filled with carrots, snow peas, American broccoli, and 3 tiny pieces of old, rotting, brown- spotted bok choy. The wontons noodles tasted like they were made 5days ago, pure mush.They wouldnt make beff w/ broccoli (chinese) so I ordered beff with stringbeans. The flavor was fine but nearly any sauce. So, no need 4the rice.The couldnt even cook an egg roll. The outside was nicely browned and crunchy but inside there were layers of uncooked dough...yuck.

Treat yourself to worship at the church of MSG-zus. They have a decent delivery time, plus all the usual suspects: orange chicken, lo mein, spicy beef. Their mushu and fried rice are great, but the fry battered stuff is hit and miss. Sometimes its really stringy and theres hardly any meat, just giant globs of fry batter.

2023-06-17 04:05:27The pan fried noddles were a shame to our ancestors.Everything else lacked flavor. I order string bean chicken, pork chop with Chile and garlic and walnut shrimp:String bean chicken has zero flavor.Pork chop with Chile had a lot of bone i felt like every bite I took I might hurt my tooth.The walnut shrimp not bad but the slurry it’s in was just all at the bottom of the plate. Very runny.Anywho very disappointed.

Everyone left full and there was some left over for the doggy bag to enjoy later. Also you can call in or go on line to order for pick up. The to go orders are filled promptly no long wait. There is a paved parking g lot.

2018-08-08 04:29:31Western Wok has been on my list for a great while but it seriously disappointed but it was 110 degrees outside and hotter inside. The food was good and prices were reasonable. I only hope is they make there dinning experience more comfortable.

I called and got a respond if you want your money back you need to be bring back the food. It was 7:40pm and I took it back. That is how awful it was. For a mother of 2 kids under 10 to leave her home it was truly upsetting 😡. When I get there they didnt want to refund me and after asking them over 5 times to taste the food, one older man tasted it and you can see on his face how bad it was. Then from a bill of $66 they only refunded me $35. What a shame they lost a customer forever. Not just awful food but awful customer service. Very disappointed because I ordered from Western Wok many times. Beware maybe they lost there cook and now plain with no flavor.
