Whole Foods Market in El Segundo

I stopped in for a beer at the Whole Foods market bar in El Segundo while I waited for my brother to do his shopping. The bartender let me try a couple before I decided on a red ale. They also mentioned an Oktoberfest that they are having which looks pretty cool. Good beer, good price, good vibes.

Huge store with lots of room to maneuver. Even a busy day doesnt feel too bad. Their prices are very comparable to the Ralphs down the street and some are actually lower. Great staff that are always willing to go out of their way to help me find things. I am very glad to have such a nice store so close.

Visited this Whole Foods while on a personal vacation and it was okay. Hot food bar - I wanted more healthy chicken selections personally. They had one option but I circled the bars like two times to find a better option then the thighs I got. They were a bit fatty but not horrible. I did pickup a healthy cracker and snack bars. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. I do think they need to clean the sitting area more frequently because it was dirty. Overall, it was not bad but opportunities to improve in comparison to other Whole Foods around the country.

Smaller selection they carry in this store. But they do have Tap room with games which is nice.

Their Joy of Juice bar is delicious!!!! I love their smoothies so much. As for the store- it’s overpriced groceries….. Unless you’re rich, you should know that by now. I go to Aldi. But I do enjoy my little smoothies from time to time.

I ordered something off of the online holiday catering menu and arrived at my designated time and date for pick up. The email instructed me to: “please look for the Holiday Catering Orders Check-In Sign and Table”There was no table. There was no sign in sheet.Some very nice person saw me walking around lost. I showed him my email and after some checking, he eventually walked me to the meat department.What I picked up looked nothing like the item pictured on the website.At any rate I wandered around the store trying to find a solution to my situation and a very lovely woman who worked there came up to me, unprompted—and asked if I need help.I explained my situation and she walked me over to catering where Craig (the department manager) listened to my story.He immediately jumped to action and offered to solve my problem with an exception to policy. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. To the woman who came over to help me and to Craig—many, many thanks.Thanks to you two, I was the hero of my office thanksgiving potluck.I am incredibly grateful for and impressed by the sincere customer care exhibited by every person I encounter at the Plaza El Segundo Whole Food today.This is a great store with a great team. Highly recommend.

I like this Whole Foods, but I wish they had more vegan options in the frozen and bakery areas. Prepared vegan pizza slices are pretty good co.pared to other locations.

Ive noticed in the last months your customer service is getting so bad, but after what I saw a few days ago it made me lose all respect for this Whole Foods. I was walking to the entrance of the store when I saw a female employee harassing and threatening a pregnant woman pushing a stroller with a toddler. It was dark and cars drive faster than they should so it was totally not safe for your employee to act in such way putting in danger the lives of an unborn child, a toddler and their mom, whats more valuable than that. Ive worked in retail for a long time and no where in the training book it says is okay for employees to go after customers in the parking lot. Totally unacceptable regardless of any suspicious activity. I went back to my car and left to Trader Joes instead where customer service is above and beyond expectations. Please do a better job training your staff. Showing kindness and compassion in a professional manner is not that hard.

This place is massive. I love the bar; wish my local WF had a bar!You have to go through or last the bar to get to the bathrooms, which is a little odd.Otherwise, great experience.

Very convenient location on the way to El Segundo or LAX. Their ready food bars have a great variety, they also have good options for vegan and gluten-free shoppers. I love the mashed yams and brownies by the bakery section too. Their tea and herbal drinks aisle is overpriced though. A good variety of cosmetics and skincare face and body lotions including oils.The seafood section has abundant options, however, the fruit and vegetable selection is limited in my opinion.I couldnt find what I was looking for in the supplement section.The Stars went off for previous experiences with customer service and a cashiers.?
