The room was awesome, we did the Zodiac Killer and it was very intuitive. The puzzles were really good, and challenging. Our game guide was Max and they were awesome, very much recommend them! Overall a very good experience, and I would come back again.

Returnee here! Went with a group of 4 this time to take on the Cold War Bunker room at this location. The room itself was very fun and definitely challenging. Max was an AWESOME game master by keeping the room engaging while allowing our group the freedom to think through the puzzles. Will definitely be back again for the other rooms!

Had a wonderful time. We did S.A.S.H.A. and I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of detail that went into creating the room. I really believed for a moment I was in somebodys home! This escape room is appropriate for all families and friends. I highly recommend trying this escape room just to experience the detail that went into creating this room.Our game master Garret was friendly and was experienced to help us just enough so that we still felt we were able to solve the clues by ourselves.This location seems to house several escape rooms ranging from moderately challenging to extremely challenging.The only downside to our experience was the extra fee this place charges to switch time slots. We booked the last time slot for the evening (8:30pm) the previous night as it was the only one available. Yet this afternoon we noticed an earlier slot opened up. When we called to switch to an earlier time slot, they requested $35 extra. They should consider some flexibility for those customers who have booked reservations.

Had a great time. My partner and I did three of the four escape rooms at our location. Garrett ran our run through Sasha. Matt ran our run through Zombie. And Daniel ran us through Zodiac. They were all great. Special shout out to Daniel for making the atmosphere in Zodiac so great. Great rooms overall

Incredibly nice game masters, Max was the sweetest and helped us out a lot! The escape room “Cold War Bunker” was extremely entertaining and has a good level of difficulty, highly recommend! We were also given a few extra minutes to complete it at the end, honestly one of the best escape rooms I’ve ever been to and by far it has the nicest game masters. Thank you for making our experience very joyous and entertaining :)

We had the best time at Wild Goose in Fullerton. We have done quite a few of their rooms, so we knew we were in for a treat, but this time we did S.A.S.H.A. and we were blown away! The attention to detail in the decor and theme of the room was superb and really added to the experience. One of our new favorites! What also really stood this time was our amazing game master Garrett. His enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge of escape rooms was awesome. He really set the stage for an amazing experience and kept us engaged, so much that our group immediately booked a second room to play afterwards. He also gave us a bunch of recommendations for future plays. 10/10 and can’t wait to get back!

Last Sunday I visited this escape room with some friends and oh my goodness I was absolutely thrilled with the decorations and the way all the puzzles connected. The decorations were amazing and also terrifying at the same time (especially when the lights turned off)! Max was an amazing guide and was absolutely wonderful! I definitely recommend going!

We had such a great time! Did zodiac killer with 4 of us. It was challenging, tons of fun, and constantly had us thinking. Our Game Master Matt also made the experience exciting, setting the mood throughout which I feel like goes a long way! Can’t wait for their new room. Only complaint is that all their rooms are so addicting we are almost done with them all!

S.A.S.H.A was amazing. Was recommended the room by a previous GM and we finally made the trip to Fullerton today. The plot is based around a home AI that goes evil and you have to override her programming. The room is non-linear and there are lots of puzzles to work on so the room is good for big groups. S.A.S.H.A has lots of tech triggered reveals, for example, if you get a code right a drawer in another room pops open. Our GM, Max, was super fun and nice to our group. All of us are super impressed with this room!

Had a great overall experience here. I like to do rooms alone sometimes, which is out of the ordinary, and I’ll often have to talk GMs into “letting me” do a room alone. I get it for physically impossible rooms, but I like the challenge. I called up wild goose and Matt was nothing but accommodating. Upon arrival he even offered to come in the room and help if I got to a point where I felt like I wasn’t having a good time. Really great customer service that made me feel less insane.As for the room, I have nothing but great things to say. Top notch puzzles, fun concept, immersive, difficult, but most importantly the pacing/flow was awesome. I always knew what I was supposed to be doing, and the game didn’t rely on any random leaps in logic for game flow. I don’t care if you have a million dollar room, if it doesn’t flow then I don’t want to play. It just shows attention to detail and really sets some rooms apart. I’m still newish to escape rooms, but I’ll definitely be back here to check out the other rooms.

We Escaped!!Had a great time escaping from S.A.S.H.A. The puzzles have been well cared for and all work as expected. Its obvious that the team cares about the experience of the room and the room had a great storyline. Love this place OVERALL!!This Fullerton location offers 5 rooms (the STARSHIP room is currentl under construction). I have done 4 of their rooms at 2 differeent locations so far, and let me tell you, all of them are worth it!!!I personally havent found any escape rooms that is better and trickier than Wild Goose. The Hungtinton beach location offer THE LAS VEGAS room, which was just finished bulding in October this year is SOOOOO brilliant 👏Tina helped me out in both locations. How coincident 😂P/S : any hidden magnetic in the room are all connected 😉

We had a lot of fun in the Zodiac Killer room, which I’m told is the most difficult of the rooms. Jared was very helpful with clues and encouragement when we hit dead ends. I found the puzzles to be very cleverly designed and the room appropriately creepy!

Had a really fun time with the SASHA room! Loved the puzzles and we had an awesome person running our game, thank you Jarrod! We also did the zombie room which was maybe slightly to immersive the extra zombie noises throughout the game definitely made me feel a lot of anxiety. We did the S.A.S.H.A. room and it was so fun! Reminded us of the Disney movie Smart House. Nick was a great game master and made our experience even better! We’re experienced and finished the room in 30 minutes. It’s a great room for all levels and ages! A little creepy if kids are under 10, but not a scary room whatsoever. We went with 5 people which was a good amount of players for this game. Highly recommend!

We did the S.A.S.H.A. room with only the two of us and it was fun!The person running our room, Garret, was also super friendly and helpful! He explained the rules and game well. Oh my gosh! This was SO much fun and we actually escaped with about 1 minute to spare! We played SASHA and there were 6 of us, 4 adults and my 2 grandkids ages 12 and 14. Super family friendly and the kids truly enjoyed it. The kids actually figured out many of the clues us old folks couldnt, ha! Wild Goose was clean, had really cool graphics, friendly staff, and the location was great with lots of places to grab a bite to eat. We all would 100% recommend Wild Goose and cant wait to go back!

I celebrated my 30th birthday at Wild Goose doing the Bunker escape. I have to say I was impressed with the quality of the puzzles and the uniqueness of the experience. My wife and I both enjoy spy movies and action (e.g, James Bond) and I was able to become truly immersed in the experience.Our Game Master Jarrod was also incredibly helpful. He is a natural storyteller who was able to immerse us in the experience. We also had 4 new people who had never done escape rooms and was able to take extra time to explain what we were looking for without giving anything away. All of my friends enjoyed the experience, and were allm aking plans on when to come back for another experience.

Omg this was so much fun! I’ve only been with these coworkers for 2 weeks but after today we freakn bonded! Ok, so we all encouraged each other, learned how to communicate, and realized that each one of us brings something amazing to the table!! Really enjoyed our experience here. Our group did the S.A.S.H.A. room, which was super fun. The room was pretty challenging and creative, and always kept us on our toes with its immersive atmosphere. As someone who’s done plenty of escape rooms before, the S.A.S.H.A. one was too simple, short, and I would not recommend it for $40 per person. I felt ripped off tbh.The employee touted the room as having “high tech” but the puzzles didn’t leverage the smart home aspect at all which was what drew me in the first place. 🤷‍♀️The puzzles were so uncreative and had hardly anything to do with the theme of the room at all. Very disappointing.Response to owner reply:Because it was so highly rated was why I was disappointed. I appreciate the work put into the aesthetics and indeed the finale was quite cool, but the puzzles were just too underwhelming.Of course “high tech” is subjective, but while there definitely were some high tech elements in the room, your assertion that every puzzle is high tech is very misleading. Almost half involve no tech in the solution, while most others are not anything special.I’d be happy to leave some more in depth feedback without spoiling anything on this page. Overall though, I think the room has a good foundation, but the puzzles seriously need more work. Maybe more time should be spent designing the puzzles and less on over-engineered things that don’t contribute much to the experience. Why do you need a fancy dynamic TTS system when prerecorded lines would work?

Max was our game master. she made it an interesting and fun experience. our group was both dumb and smart while completing the zombie apocalypse search for a cure. we needed help find the first clue (which was very obvious) but then we figured out 2 important puzzles without the full information and completed the room earlier than expected.

Wild Goose was an escape room we kept seeing advertised online and at other escape rooms, but it wasnt until their newest room S.A.S.H.A came out that we decided to try them out, and we could not have been happier. This room, while a bit on the easier side at 3/5 difficulty, was incredibly immersive, well thought out, and never felt like things slowed down. Tech based puzzles have been mixed with us in the past: when they work, its great, but too many times have we used faced rooms that just broke down because the tech didnt work; absolutely not the case here, and our game master Matt (with the Slowpoke Pokemon card) was wonderful at taking care of us before and after the game began. Well definitely make a return trip here to try out some of their other rooms.

Max and Matt gave us a great experience with the S.A.S.H.A. Room. It was lots of fun and I’m surprised we got it within the time limit. It’s the easiest room in their list but it was enough of a head scratcher for us that kept us going and not rage quit. Highly recommend for bonding and yelling (for bonding).

It was okay. We were 15 minutes late, which was 100% on us, so they took off time, 100% understandable. We were told last time that the grace period for being late was 15 minutes, but this time it was 10. Thought maybe policy changed, but upon arrival he said 15 but kept the timer going. We got in the store with 45 minutes on the timer, but our game master took a while longer than normal to say their intro so we got in the room with about 38 minutes left. We were told going into the room that we only get one clue every 10 minutes, so we waited 10 minutes to ask for a clue. Just after they gave us the clue they said “oh also you can ask whenever you’d like.” So it felt like we waited for nothing, just wasting time. I also felt like they weren’t paying attention to us. We asked for a clue and they told us our numbers we had were wrong. We redid the portion of the room just to find out we had the right numbers just in the wrong place, so more time wasted. Then they just left during our game. Asked us if we “wanted a quick clue before they left.” They were gone for last 5 minutes. So yea, could’ve been better.Edit: I do appreciate the response here and the call, but just so we’re on the same page it was still an awful experience. And just because we had a couple of good experiences before this doesn’t mean that makes this experience disappear. I would also recommend letting guest know that the grace period can fluctuate, because it makes things far more complicated when you find out the day of, let alone minutes before hand. Yes, our game master did ask if we wanted one, before he left. He still left our game unattended which shouldn’t have happened. He did apologize, but that doesn’t deter the fact that he still left. And it’s not the “attention I desired” it’s the attention I paid for.

My kids aged 14 & 10 have been enjoying these escape rooms for a little while. We have come to really enjoy Wild Goose Escape rooms. The storyline and the rooms are not nor do they feel fake and fabricated. The latest one we completed was the Zombie Apocalypse and I want to say that it has to be my favorite by far. With the exception of the Zodiac Killer, we have completed all the games in Fullerton, looks like we may be traveling to HB to complete those rooms. Thank you to ALL the GMs we have had. All have been very friendly, professional and fun to have interesting conversations with. Thanks again!In response to S.A.S.H.A, we have tried it and were able to escape it after the second try! That is why we are going back early next month to try and escape the Cold War Bunker.

An excellent way to spend time with others and performing a detailed puzzle. Fortunately the members in my group were detail sensitive and enjoyed the type of interactive puzzle that was given. Fortunately my team escaped and we didnt ask for many hints from the computer. As technology has vastly increased over the recent years, the SACHA puzzle did not seem too unrealistic.

There was something at the beginning that was not properly locked before the game which kind of gave something away. We had a great time. They had fun puzzles that were unique and challenging. The place was also easy to find, which is always a plus with escape rooms. The staff were friendly. However, the instructions were given so fast that had I not done several rooms before, I wouldnt have understood. Also, they track your teams score throughout the rooms you do with them, which is fun, but they originally posted we didnt make it out. We had to contact them to fix the problem. But they happily did. Still, those are minor issues that might change with games Masters and staff. All in all, it was a good experience. Newcomers and advanced should enjoy the room. I highly recommend it.

The owner is extremely rude and will try to gaslight you if you leave a bad review because it hurts his reputation. Take a look at all the bad reviews and his nasty responses. “Sorry you didn’t get the attention you desired” “I’m surprised you would leave us a bad review after you said how good our other rooms are!” Is this guy crazy? Both of those reviews had had previous games that were “good” and the owner thinks that’s a reason for them to NOT write about the bad experience they had? Honestly the owner needs to learn how to talk like a professional because he sounds like a kid who gets upset when he doesn’t get the good reviews he wants.

Fox in a Box was my first escape room, and it did NOT disappoint! From beginning to end, our group had a blast. It made our friends birthday truly special. So much so we want to make it a monthly thing and do all of Foxs rooms. (We did the Zodiac one, to start!) Steven also played a key role in making this experience super fun and memorable. He did a fantastic job of not only explaining all the formalities and how things will work, but by being extremely personable and giving us lots of laughs. We had 5 adult family members as a team in the zodiac room. We had a blast working together to find our escape. What was so great about this experience was that only by working together were we able to solve the clues with 6 1/2 minutes to spare! We have done 12+ escape rooms. We also did their zodiac killer and it was great. The BUNKER WAS POORLY MANAGED. We started off with the gamemaster speaking very fast so it was hard to understand her (which felt rushed). This was our first time doing an escape room and something NOT work in the room and delayed us several minutes. One of the phones we picked up nothing happened (it was supposed to say something) so when we asked for a clue, it seemed like the gamemaster wasnt paying attention to the camera and later figured out the phone was working. (We should have been given more time for thwir error or even let us finish at the end since we were practically done). Another one of the puzzles the color of an item was supposed to match another item. It threw me off because they were clearly 2 different colors one being ORANGE and the other item was RED, but I guess they are the same color? After the escape room was over. We reminded the game master the phone didnt work and she basically said that seems to be an electrical problem and was basically not her area of expertise (basically giving the impression its not her problem.) I asked about the color discrepancy and she just said the color looks red to me ( when others in my group agreed it was orange) Long story short we lost the escape room because of an electrical issue that delayed us. Poor customer service.Update: Manager called me, apologized, offer discount for next escape room.

Myself and a group of friends decided to do an escape room, and a quick google maps search gave us Fox in a Box. The bank heist (the room we did) was fun, creative, and just the right amount of challenging. We finished with 5 minutes to spare, and they claim the room has about a 25% success rate. The 10 minute cool down on hints is a good/fair rule. Really enjoyed myself, as did the entire group. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and downright fun people. It was clear these guys love coming into work every day. Booking the room was easy over the phone/online.Helpful tips: the rooms operate one step at a time. Communicate with your group, and dont try to work on too many things at once. Leave your pride at the door, dont be ashamed to ask for a hint. Beware: parking lots are crowded, especially in the evening.Definitely want to come back to try the other rooms.

Wow, this escape room was so great. I love that Fox in a Box is open late and that the rooms are all so immersive. We came to the Fox in a Box for a company event. From the check-in process to the final clue, we had a blast! Everyone in our group, about 20 of us, talked about the excitement of the game and the fun in solving the clues. The best part was working together and learning more about each other in the process. Kendall was our game master and she was so great about giving us clues and helping us along. She even offered to take our picture for us at the end! Having tried 5 or 6 different escape game companies and all of the rooms at both Huntington and Fullerton, I can say without a doubt that Wild Goose is fantastic! The rooms all have an incredibly fun, unique, and cohesive theme. The puzzles range from easy to extremely difficult, but always remain interesting - its never simply opening a lock to get a key to open another lock, as weve encountered with many other companies. The staff is amazing, and went above and beyond to make our last escape room extremely special. My only complaint is that we dont have any more rooms to escape from. Well miss you Wild Goose!

My boyfriend and I booked the Zodiac room for my birthday yesterday and had an absolute BLAST! It was immersive, exciting, and very detailed. We had never done an escape room before and didn’t know what to expect. Our game master helped us out a lot but still let us take the lead. This was my first time playing through an escape room. The room had great detail and was challenging, better than I could ever have expected. The room speaks for itself and the staff here made the experience even better. It’s difficult for most businesses to find an awesome crew. My wife and I decided to do the Cold War Bunker #1. It was just us two, so we always ask for clues and dont necessarily expect to escape. We also dont think that not escaping ruins the fun because thats just how it goes sometimes.However, we were having fun going through the room until we got stuck on a certain puzzle that we spent 10+ minutes on even though we knew what we needed to do to get the next clue. Therefore, we asked our game master if we could skip this clue because, again, we knew what to do, but because of the design of the puzzle, we were unable to complete it despite spending 10+ minutes on it. So, our fun time quickly went away because of this particular puzzle.We were told that company policy disallowed us to learn the clue. We were also told that other groups take 10-15 minutes on this puzzle. To me, its not a very fun experience if a particular puzzle takes that long even though the solution was obvious. That particular puzzle should be redesigned or the company policy needs to change to put the players fun first. Obviously other groups have completed the puzzle, but we were told it usually takes 10-15 minutes for other groups too. Game masters should be allowed to read the room and bypass certain clues if its ruining the fun for the players. (Edit) The game master even told us how to solve the puzzle, but we still couldnt because of its design.This was our first bad experience with an escape room and this company has always done well before this, so my wife and I will most likely be back, but probably not for a while.

The staff was extremely friendly and was really in character! We went as a group of five on Christmas Day. The game master was extremely helpful but still made sure the hints didn’t give too much away. He still made us all think a lot and searched carefully! Hopefully I put my true perspective into words here. So Ive done over 30 escape rooms to date. I wouldnt call myself an expert. But at the least somewhat well versed in the escape room industry. Though this room Zodiac had certain aspects that I can say I enjoyed. That alone makes it a 2 star experience. There were definitely some that make no sense. Those particular clues an average person would not be able to be put together unless told directly. At that point what is the purpose. Shouldnt the flow of the game be an experience of being able to put clues together other than being told directly what to do because a + b should naturally flow than a + d is your answer? If you enjoy the actual experience of actually being able to escape with sensible clues. Then this isnt your spot. Its a waste of money. If you like being told how to put these clues that make no sense & possible have no business being in the game together. Than this is your perfect spot for ya. As for me I wouldnt consider doing any more of their rooms with this underwhelming experience. I shall take my business & great experiences elsewhere. Hopefully this helps some of you out there.

This place was fantastic. I wish Id gotten pictures of the waiting area because they were a testament to the quality of the rooms. There were plenty of rooms to choose from and a friendly staff to help us choose. It was completely last minute and they were still willing to accommodate. The building is right in the heart of downtown Fullerton so there wouldve been plenty of stuff for us to do if we had to wait. Our game master was extremely patient as well. Overall an amazing experience. I look forward to returning.

Great escape room experience! We had six family members and did the central bank room, where you sneak through a bank in the dark to steal the diamonds in the vault before the police get there. The hosts were very generous with extra hints when they saw us going off course, always carefully asking us first to make sure we wanted the help. This was a fun/challenging escape room. We went with a group of 3 people to do the Zombie lab. Some of the escape rooms I have done have not gone into detail on the back story. But this one was a little different and provided a fun little background and story throughout the whole 60 mins. Unfortunately we did we feel short of one last clue and couldn’t not finish it. I would recommend at least 4-6 in a group just so you have for minds to really think outside the box. Overall very happy with our experience we had a good time and the staff was very friendly. Will be returning.

Fox in a Box has great escape rooms! Staff was super friendly and took interest in the stories of the rooms. My boyfriend, my friend, and I were in the Zodiac Killer room and it was absolutely chilling and demented. We needed to kill some time because we were going to attend an Anaheim Ducks hockey game later that evening. It was great because we were celebrating our friends birthday and it was his first escape room. He is now hooked and wants to do more. Very inexpensive way to have some fun. It definitely challenged us, but not too difficult. Cant wait to try the Zombie room and the Bunker

Fox in a Box has a very fun and very accessible feel. They have smaller and linear rooms which are perfect for couples or smaller groups when you cant find a huge team or just want not plan out a large outing.As for the rooms themselves they had a couple puzzles that I havent seen anywhere else and I have played over 100 rooms. I was thoroughly engaged the whole time.The manager, Laura, was always extremely helpful and accommodating. I had a chance to talk to her after my games which was both fun an informative.If you are looking for something fun to do in area this is definitely something you need to check out.

We did the Cold War bunker room with 5 people. Good room and good puzzles. Enough puzzles that we were all pretty active. I wasn’t super pleased that we were there early (25 minutes ahead), and they didn’t do the orientation until the start time, and then put us into the room late. Also was a little disappointed that they didn’t do a wrap-up afterwards, which several escape rooms we’ve been to have done and is always fun. Would recommend, was a fun room and experience, but there are other pretty good spots that might be better.

It was so much fun. It was my sisters and I first experience so we took a little while to understand how everything worked once inside the room. But overall we had a blast. The Gamemaster Steven was cool. We definitely are going back with the whole family this time.

Over Easter weekend we went to Fox in a Box to do their Zodiac killer escape room. All of us except for one person in our group of 5 were doing an escape room for the first time.I am so pleased that we picked this place and this room to be our first experience . It was very well put together and we had a wonderful time trying to escape ! We went back that evening and did the zombie lab room as well. Both were great rooms and challenging for us . I would recommend both of them.But for me personally zodiac was awesome!Highly recommend Fox in a Box and will be doing their bunker escape room in the future!

My first time participating in an “Escape room” and it was so much fun! Went for my friends birthday and we had only planned to do 1 room but ended up doing 2! My group did the zombie lab escape room and we loved it! We escaped with a little under 10 minutes left, this escape room being our 10th escape room together. The room was very logical and had good flow. We will definitely be back to try the other rooms! I went with 5 other friends to try out my first escape room experience here and it was great. We participated in 2 different escape rooms and they were both challenging and engaging while still being very fun. The staff is very friendly as well. Fox In A Box was actually really fun! Me and my group did the hardest City Bank room, and we made it out with 4 minutes to spare. I liked the puzzles because they seemed to be well balanced and despite the difficulty, actually not that complicated. We didnt end up frustrated at any point. The room does have lots of puzzles, though, so a group of six actually was a great idea.

Fox in a Box was awesome. My group did the Mr. Foxs Study room. He had so much fun working as a team and deciphering the clues. The time you are there goes by fast because it is so fun and goal-oriented. We went with a group of 5 ages 16-26 and escaped our room with success after hard work. The last few comments I will leave for you is that the staff here was also friendly and helpful. There are even good food places to visit before or after your room with your group.

S.A.S.H.A. was one of the best rooms I have been to. The setup was very modern and puzzles were great and fun to solve. The new AI setup was great. It was fun for sure.

Went here for the first time and i must say, it was pretty fun. My group tried the bank heist themed room and we didnt even manage to get half way. Despite our failure we had a lot of fun. Our room did not feel too small for a group of 4 in my opinion. So anyone worried about getting claustrophobic I think they would be fine. Also you are never actually locked in so players can step out whenever they like.

Wild Goose was mediocre. I have completed many escape rooms and the puzzles were not that great. The zombie room is pretty confusing to start out, and the room was not even completely set up prior to us starting (a lock was not set and there was a key that was accidently left out by the staff that was not suppose to be there). Of course we still had fun, but for we felt it was way over priced for what we got.

My family and I have done every room at this Fullerton location...some of them twice...and we love it! After doing so many escape rooms in the OC and LA county areas, I can say, this is one of the best locations. Great for beginners and still challenging for your team of experts. The staff is friendly and will answer any questions you have. If you are a chicken like me, none of the escape rooms are overly terrifying. Just a creep factor in the Zodiac room. Go! Make a date night, family night, friends night...whatever! You will have a blast!

Weve done every room Fox in a Box Fullerton has to offer - and I have to say that Zodiac Killer was the best one! So glad we saved the best for last! No spoilers, the puzzles and experiences were unique and really fun to do. Steven was an awesome game master; we really enjoyed chatting with him after our game. It was very obvious that hes passionate about escape rooms. The Zodiac Killer room is definitely not a beginner room, so try one or two of their other rooms first, then do that one. Totally worth it!

Our experience with Wild Goose Escape room was EXCELLENT!! We scheduled the Zodiac room last minute as we were looking to do something on our honeymoon. As soon as we went to our room Andrew ( I think) immediately went into character and told us the back story and what we will need to escape. We had a blast!! We definitely recommend!!!

I have used this as a work team building event for the past two years with great success. We did the central bank and cold war bunker and both were challenging but a lot of fun and needed a good amount of teamwork. The staff were fantastic and we had a great time. The location in downtown Fullerton is great with lots of dining options. I also plan to do this again soon with my family. Overall a great experience. Thank you.

The lobby is very cramped, but the challenge that we did was amazing! I love puzzles, and this was my first escape room experience. I fell in love with it after trying it out at Fox In A Box, and I cant wait to try it again.Our group of four tackled the jewelry-stealing one (I forget the actual name of the room), and I felt it was the perfectly sized group for that challenge: enough numbers (and heads) to work through multiple puzzles at a time, but not too many that it felt cramped in the room. The price is quite up there, but it was worth it, at least for trying it out for the first time.The guide was funny, and was very helpful. I liked his enthusiasm despite probably having helped many groups through the same challenge over and over. He made the experience even better!

I’ve been to great escape rooms and I’ve been to awful escape rooms - this one was fantastic. Set design and immersion was well done and well thought out but not so overdone that it was distracting. The puzzles, defined by the staff as “semi-linear”, were quite well done and just difficult enough to call challenging but not impossible.My friends and I did the head-to-head Cold War Bunker room. One group succeeded and one group failed, which showed that the claimed 25% success rating was pretty on-point. The idea of two identical rooms in a head-to-head capacity was quite genius, and they implemented a way to vaguely track the other group’s progress that was just incredible. Their hint system was easy to understand and the communication of those hints was clear and concise. Yes... we used hints... but unlike other places they did not penalize us for doing so. Rather, there was a 10-minute cooldown for hints instead that was unique and fun.Everything was smooth and streamlined. We walked in, we signed in, we chatted with the friendly staff, we got briefed with rules and the story, and we went right in. No delays, no confusion. At the end we got a complimentary picture and all-in-all I will 100% be coming back to try their other rooms. Good thing I live close!

The venue is really laid back and relaxed, witb the employees very friendly and happy to teach and help.It was my first escape room experience and Id say it was a very exciting and pleasant one. Room is nicely decorated, with straightforward and clear signs of do not touch so you know what is a potential clue and what is just a prop (so no need to destroy a whole room)

I have been to about 7 escape rooms now and the bank center robbery was a very unique experience! They have very unique ideas here so dont worry, youll have a great time whether youre a long time escaper or a first time player! Great fun! And clearly marked. Also they let you keep your personal belongings with you in your room! Thats a first for me! It was kinda nice to know we had them right there!

This place was awesome!! It was themed inside and out. Did not disappoint. This was my first time to this one, I have done escape rooms before. They were kind, courteous, and very helpful. It was a lot of fun and would go back again soon to try one of the other rooms. I went with 6 people in our group which was good for the room we had. They even take a complementary picture they email to you after you are done. I would recommend trying it if you are in the area!

This was good stuff. Having never done an escape room before I have little to judge what my experience should be. That said, my experience with Fox In A Box OC was fantastic. Our group did the Central Bank Heist and it was SO FUN! Our guide, Bunny was fantastic. We got out with only 15 ticks left on the clock but a win is a WIN!Now I have an escape room bug that I need to scratch over and over again. I wanna do the Zodiac Room next. This place has several other rooms to feed my itch. I will be back! :)

Two more rooms done, now 9/9! The currently unnamed team and myself (a total of three players, average of 8 rooms finished) went up to Fullerton to try out the Zombie Lab and stayed for their Zodiac Killer. Zombie was one of the most challenging rooms Ive done to date, but it was a fun challenge. Some of the most fun puzzles Ive done for sure. Zodiac immediately put itself as my favorite of all time from a special start (Thanks again Steven, I think that was your name). Both rooms were a ton of fun and we cant wait to come back for their others.
