Willits shopping center is always busy, and I had difficulty finding parking. Then I spent a long time in the check out line. And I can never find anyone in the aisles in case I have a question. 3 star
Visited the Safeway there for picnic supplies to take to the beach. Great deli, friendly, helpful staff willing to offer assistance and suggestions according to your needs.
Convenient stop and go shopping center and plenty of room for temporary rv/trailer parking(not permanent!) Just a pit stop.I guess this isnt a fair posting for the justification of the shopping center seeing as we only used it as a pit stop...It was clean and fuel/grocery store available if needed.
We visited the Safeway grocery store here. Use the exit with the traffic light for safety because the traffic flow is at well over the speed limit. I estimate traffic is moving at 20+ mph over the speed limit. So, getting out of the parking lot can be extremely dangerous at the exits that do not have the signal light. The Safeway was nice and clean, well stocked and the staff was friendly.
There is a nice clean Rite Aide, Dollar Store and Grocery Outlet, amongst other things...plenty of parking, laundromat and a few restaurants. If youre on your way in/out of town or going camping, this would be a good place to stop before going further for any last minute items you may have forgotten to bring.
The parking lot is horrible strange layout. Small old Safeway store often overcrowded. Customer service often not open and a problem. The print shop gets the one star they are very good..
Way to small for rv parking. You can get in for fuel but dont try to park your rv unless you are hauling a tent trailer.
Most businesses here are good but Safeway just always sux, even before covid. Long lines and slow but very friendly cashiers and baggers. There is a mail place here that is just absolutely outstanding. They scan, fax, mail and sell retail items too.
I shop at the Grocery Outlet in this center. They have the best price on large avacados. I can always find parking.
Great stores, the restrooms in the main Safeway store could improve a little. You get to see many hippies around this one. The Starbucks ladies in here were fenomenal. One barista was busy serving coffee and a soon as The other one (which was outside in front of the booth) Saw me heading to order asked me whats your favorite coffee? And She raced in there to serve my caffeine loaded favorite drink.The deli people didnt make me wait a bit. Great place overall.
Safeway is horrid. Aweful staff especially the customer service counter lady. She was aweful. Do not shop here unless its the zombie apocalypse. Even then i wouldnt recommend. Its been like this for the 7 years ive been shopping here. No staff at the registers no staff to help on the isles and poor help when you can find staff. I wish this store was audited by corporate as management is to blame. I just got out of neurosurgery and they couldnt help me at all. I am going to contact corporate. NOT RECOMMENDED. You will regret it.
Great location with multiple services. I stop there on most of my trips. Always a good safe stop.
Yeah theyve got to Safeway big deal. Its just kind of a regular run-of-the-mill selection seriously not having a lot of quality organic real natural food stuff here the place thinks its in Kansas I guess.

The shopping center consists of Safeway (Starbucks inside) & Safeway Gas Station (also a small convinience store), a Home store (use to be ER Energy), Fitness Center, Salon 707, Papa Murphys, and a Copy & Shipping Center. Lots of parking, even for RVs, large trucks, and trailers.

Small shopping center dominated by Safeway. I love that the take and bake pizza is next to the store, so you can order pizza, grocery shop, and then take completed pizza home, with minimal fuss.
Its safeway and its gas station and papa murphys pizza. All good places. The other business between are always coming and going.
Good location just off the highway and a range of stores to chose from. The grocery store is convenient to pick up anything you forgot as you head further north in California.
The people at Safeway in Willits are like characters from a 70s cult classic movie.I was amazed to see so many colorful characters in one place. Well worth a peak.

Willits is struggling.its like a ghost town after the bypass. but local traffic still jams up the town during peak rush hours
The people working are happy, friendly and fun even if its two minutes to closing.
Fun little town (gate way to the red wood giants) I recommend stopping here to gather any last minute items.
