I always check reviews before I try a place. This place has an overall rating of 3.7. Most of the bad reviews are for bad customer service or small portions but most were a year or more before. I tried them anyway and I will tell you I experienced none of those things. Customer service was great, pickup order was ready on time and the food was outstanding. If there was one knock it would be the condition of the restaurant inside which was dark, old and dingy. But I didn’t care about that my order was to go. Hopefully they’ve put their bad days behind them because I’ll be back for sure.

My grandson ordered this for my birthday. I thought at least I could have at least two small meals. These people are a rip off. He paid $52 for a very small amount. I ordered the Mongolian beef and these people had the nerve to put a filler under my meat to make it look like more. (Some type of tiny noodles). The food was delicious. If it had not been there would have been a serious problem. Actually I can say that the food was better than any Chinese food in Sacramento. They just need to at least be fair with the proportions.

Wings restaurant is such a great place to eat, I came in almost closing time and the young gentleman who took my order was such a good sport about taking my huge order ... For one,.. one person... He made me feel comfortable as well as welcoming to ask how many days will all this food last... One person? He chuckled and responded with alot of days. Thats the plan I said in return. Lol ... Great place to get some amazing mouth watering grub for the soul.. well and my thighs. Lol

We tried this restaurant tonight and found the food to be flavorful and of generous portions. The orange eggplant was really unique and delicious. The cashew chicken was also delicious with a variety of veggies such as mushrooms, zucchini and broccoli. My only complaints is that the service was not super friendly and the menu was not very descriptive as to what veggies are in each dish. Highly recommend if you are looking for quality Chinese food.

The food is the best Asian food in town. Always fresh, veggies, meets, great taste, just delicious! It’s true the guy that serves doesn’t show the greatest smile, but he is always very nice, and I was surprised he recognized us when we got some food after a break. Dining in is not the best experience due to furniture... but many places in the neighborhood are like this. Of course it would be great to make the place more vibrant as well. That is why I gave 4 stars. Once again food is excellent, and we tried multiple things from their menu.

Food is always delicious, ready exactly when they say it will be, and still piping hot when I get it home. I’ve had great experiences with their customer service. I am always polite and receive the same in return. Best Chinese food in Sacramento, hands down.

Honestly the food is decent, the prices are a little too expensive compared to the quality, but they’re good in a pinch. I decided to leave them two stars because honestly their customer service is the worst. I go there quite a bit because it’s convenient, but this rude person just did it for me. I suggest going to Ming palace on broadway or new happy garden on Stockton blvd. Don’t waste your time or money

Food is awesome. Taste so good!! Cant get enough of it. I order at least 1 time a week for sure sometimes 2X. The service is fantastic too. No complaints at all from me. Absolutely great all around 100%

Over the summer this was my go to delivery place, hands down. Sadly once I moved into my new apartment only 5 minutes away from my previous location, I am no longer within their delivery range. HOWEVER. I will still drive out there to pick up in person because that is how good the food is. Definitely a must try place if you have not already!

The hostess guy is very unwelcoming and unfriendly. Hell give you a dirty look and when ask a question he looks annoyed and very unwilling to respond and focus on his cellphone. They definitely used msg too.

To begin with, very hole in the wall surface. And also has been thru many possessions yet truthfully this is a substantial renovation from the previous ones. I really enjoyed the food. My dads favored Chinese restaurant closed so I just helped in attempting brand-new places with him. Theres a car park behind through a street by the pizza location but honestly it really felt like even more initiative getting in and out of there as well as I most likely would just park on the road. Its hard to detect out their car park places, however theyre method in the back left side. the old sign from the previous owners are there however its for the present restaurant. I wasnt expecting much for solution as the majority of the reviews were for distribution. Honestly we simply desired excellent food. Its not an incredibly family-Esque restaurant however there are a few booths available to eat at in the direction of the front. the backside though was extremely dark as well as practically tossed me off eating there. Theres a piano occupying a massive portion of space as well as theres no real role for that existing considering that it was so extraordinarily silent lol. It was empty when I can be found in so team was captured sort of off-guard, went away then placed 2 food selections on a table (there were 3 of us lol), left once more, as well as it was a bit unstable upon ordering and also obtaining the food yet service got a little as more people came in yet sadly for us we were nearly done consuming already. Perfect for takeout and also simply grabbing a bite! Otherwise most likely not the most effective household supper area.

I ordered from here after reading the reviews online. Me and my wife were really looking forward to some chinese food. We ordered dinner specials and got the orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken. The delivery came in decent time and the food smelt good, smelt good. We started eating and right away realized this was a huge miss for us. We didnt even finish a quarter of the food before we threw it away. It was so bland and tasteless, not to mention mushy to all hell. Sorry to say we will not be ordering from here again....correction, we are not sorry to say.

I was the only customer dining in on a Monday at 8 p.m.I was offering prompt solution when I got here however and was brought water right away. Absolutely nothing is labeled for vegans or vegetarians, but another Yelper has kept in mind that all of the meals on the Veggie area of the menu are vegan.I bought the Bok Choy with Double Mushroom for $9.95 as well as the Salt

I walked in for the first time and saw that there were no lights on but with an open sign on the door. A guy finally approached me and said how can I help you? I asked him was he hoping and he repeated the question how may I help you I told him I wanted to sit down and have lunch and he finally told me he know were closed for a break. I suggest putting a closed sign on the door when I brake is needed but rest assured you wont have to worry about me coming back.

This restaurant is an absolute disgrace. I ordered my food through grub hub at 6:36pm and I had to call the restaurant at 9:15pm after it said that it would be at my house at 7:15pm. The restaurant is only 2.5 miles away from my house. When i called the, manager Kevin he didnt even offer an apology. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS RESTAURANT. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN.

Like I said horrible service with a poor attitude, that is shown by the responses given by the owner in regards to customer complaints. If you dont make courier orders a priority ( which I dont know why you wouldnt because they too are also your customers) then dont accept them or at least let that be known. That also does not negate the fact that you were rude when I walked in. So if you were too busy to do courier orders then what were you doing being their were no customers in the restaurant. All of your responses have been negative and have in no way made a difference that your rude and your service sucks

The delivery person informed me that they were inside of the gate but they werent I looked everywhere in the middle of the night wasting my time to play hide and seek trying to find him, I then asked him to meet me at the gate when he then told me thats where he is . The order took over 1 1/2 hours. To be delivered to me. I got really sick from their food . I think that they dont make the food every day, and maybe the food was sitting outside on the counter but I felt really sick. The instructions that were given were not read, the reason of my one star rating is because:1. I had to call in twice just for someone to send someone to my place to give me the food I ordered who I had to look for in the middle of the night .2. Food caused me to throw up and make me have stomach cramps.3. Instructions that were given for the order were not complete.- I hope for the future that this restaurant does not let the food sit outside and go bad, and make the food freshly new each time . I wont be ordering from you again because it made me sick .

This is my favorite place to get Chinese food! Everything Ive tried here I like but I order the same thing every time. The sweet and sour chicken is amazing and the bbq rice had almost a smokey flavor. Plus they deliver!

Rude Worker. Went in to pick up a carryout order. Was never greeted or looked at. Was then told rudely that it would be 20mins for my food even though I had placed the order 45 minutes ago. The food and the service here sucks. Nobody is ever in there its always empty and now I know why

Cockoroaches found twice by health inspectors during this month of December in the prep and kitchen areas, both times closed down, but reopened within a couple of days after re inspection. Obviously the owner hastily cleaned up, for the sake of money, not customers health. Article is in the sacramento bee newspaper.
