Took 42 minutes to get my 25 wing order just to find out this location knows NOTHING about how to make wings correctly. Had to smell them to tell which ones were lemon pepper and which was Louisiana rub even though I asked for extra seasoning. Looked like they put no seasoning and they were swimming in a half inch of oil. First and last time at this location that is half a mile from my house

Me and my partner went to order wings today and if I’m being honest, I wasn’t in the best of moods. Hungry, tired and just grumpy overall. We showed up, the gentlemen at the counter was soooo nice to us and recommended the best meals that would give us the best deals and was patient while we debated over what sauces to get. When it came time to grab our food, I requested two additional ranch and was advised it would be an extra charge. I can only imagine what my face looked like because I got the vibe that I scared everyone in the restaurant dead quiet. Poor guy just ended up giving me the ranch. Needless to say, I felt awful and needed to come here to at least give them a five star review and rave about the awesome service and delicious food.Sorry for the tude wingstop.

This wingstops employment process is completely unprofessional. My son got called in for a second interview and when he came in, he was told that thes position was filled.My family cut our weekend vacation short just so he can go to this interview. I will no longer recommend anyone go to this restaurant and I will never go to this restaurant again!

Wow cant believe they still open, ok chicken good, but who wants bad service 🤔 when there spending there hard earned money. If you call nobody answers, if they answer no one say hi please hold, they pick up and place you on hold. Rude. If you order online, drive to pick up your food they cant find your order. I ordered my food through their website and got my food delivered in a timely manner. When I pulled my food out, I did not get what I ordered which was original style wings with Ranch and a side of cheese fries. Instead, I got BONELESS wings with NO ranch and a side of fries. Im allergic to gluten, so i cant have the breading. So I called, and they had me on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on me. I called again and their line was busy. So I started driving over there with my order and I even called them on the way but all they did was put me on hold AGAIN. Upon arriving I was STILL on hold. So I went in and let the cashier know that my order was wrong then they took my food and said they will have it remade. I asked another staff member if I will be refunded my delivery fee for the inconvenience of driving down after getting my order delivered. Thats when a shift lead from another store was brought out and told me he is unable to process the refund, and all he can do is either remake the food or give me a full refund on my order. I asked for a full refund which he mentioned after that it would take 5-7 days. They did not even try offer a drink or a couple extra wings to make up for the inconvenience of driving down there. The worst customer experience I have had in my life and I will no longer bring my business here.

I love Wing Stop but this location is probably the worst one. I’ve been to this location on three separate occasions and they always managed to get something wrong. The first time I went they gave me bone-in wings instead of boneless wings, the second time my boneless wings barley had any sauce on them and they gave me the crumbs for fries, and the most recent time I decided to Doordash my food and I got no ranch nor did I receive my drink. I recommend going to any other location besides this one as they are not paying attention to what their customers order!

We ordered and they had a sit in the restaurant for 48 minutes before we got our food. We checked on the order twice and were told both times that they were waiting on the fries. Hello ! I’m one of very last clients to ever order from this location. Nonetheless, my order was incorrect om a Friday night. I got back to them on a Sunday, clearly it was my mistake on waiting until the last minute. I was directed to an unprofessional “manager” who cared less about what I said. If you order from this location, make sure your order is complete they like to mistaken, give attitude over the phone & be all over the place !!

The service was beyond awful they need new management and rehire all new staff. Im big on trying new flavors and mixing flavors. The people I have worked with here are awesome. It seems like every time I go in the have a new mix to try. They are fast and most of the time they are quick with phone calls. Happy with service here and they are close to home.

They take forever.... with that being said plan ahead order ahead. ALWAYS check your order. They are always mixing up orders or not giving complete orders or forgetting sauces. The food is good though so Im willing to go back. Order to go and they didnt give me my sauces that I paid for. Ordered dine in and they gave me only half of my order. 20 mins later they gave me the other half. Like other people said its a minimum of 20 mins to get your food so be aware. They did apologize but not really sincerely. But its a fast food place what can I say or its suppose to be a fast food restaurant.

Honestly I would leave zero stars if I could I am very very disappointed in the level of service courtesy and food quality. For starters I ordered online and after waiting 28 minutes I walked into that location only to be told I had to wait another eight minutes and I said that’s fine so I stepped outside and came back in after nine minutes only to be told I have to wait another five minutes for fries then I waited another four minutes after that until they asked me if I needed anything else while I was waiting for my drink and then I drive all the way home open my food to find out they gave me the wrong food so I got The wrong food after waiting over an hour I will never be going back here again they’ve lost my business and my family‘s business forever and I definitely didn’t appreciate the attitude I got when I asked why I had to wait another five minutes as a consumer I have the right to question the poor Service

So I place on order online at 2:16 pm on a Sunday. I then go pick up my order about 15 minutes after I get there with my toddler who surprisingly is behaving. I pay and wait for my order to be called. It then hits 3:10 and my toddler is starting to get frustrated. Honestly wouldve been less stars if possible, went there to order some wings and right away the atmosphere felt very negative and uncomfortable, the lady cooking was angry and giving attitude when she was messing up other peoples order, then slamming things while correcting her mistake. Mind you this is before we even order.When I had my order taken, the phone kept ringing and I kept being asked to hold, which the first few times was fine but after the 4th time started getting annoying. The young man swiped my card and the receipt didnt print, he stated I would need a manager to reprint it, so I still have no idea what I was truly charged for as when the manager came back on duty he didnt even know how to reprint a recepeit. We then waited 45 minutes for our food all the while I am hearing other customer constantly having to come check on their food items.You expect after having to wait 45 minutes for our food the items would be fresh and wonderful well complete opposite, the wings were super dry and the fries were stale and no seasoning. Oh and also they had no ketchup and that was after my girlfriend stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes to be acknowledged and they only acknowledged her after she spoke up and got their attention.And to top it all off really needed to use the restroom after eating and come to find out the toilet doesnt flush.Overall I wouldnt come here and feel like my money and time were wasted.

So sad... I tried calling in an order, and just kept being told to go to the website. My boyfriend decided hed just drive over and there and place the order. He left at 9:42 pm. I texted him at 10:15pm telling him to just forget it! He responded it shouldnt be much longer now! PLEASE TELL ME WHY HE TEXT ME AT 10:18pm saying, they screwed up the order! He ordered 2 different flavors and received just one flavor! Im super pissed! I read the reviews and thought, ok Im sure itll be ok! This is the WORST Winstop Ive ever been to. I normally go to one closer by my house but I made the mistake of ordering from this one, so I decided to call them and ask them to cancel or transfer my order, I paid online ($30) and after being put on hold for 10 min. I told one of the girls to cancel my order, she then transfered me to the manager, and I told him the same story, and his response was oh uh, theres some number you can call on your order sheet and see what they can do, we dont do refunds here. I told him why wouldnt you be able to cancel or refund it? he said no like, we dont handle the online stuff, its all done somewhere else, like we dont even get a ticket number so I said alright if I have to call I will, no issue. I look on the order sheet and the website and theres only locations numbers to call, so I call upland back, and was put on hold for 36 min. and I spoke with the manager and said theres no number to call, he said oh well you might want to avoid calling corporate, or something, but the best thing you can do is call up your bank and cancel it with them, I mean, I cant help you or do anything. I tell him, Ill drive back 25 miles to pick it up, so my order was supposed to be ready at 8:49, I get there at 920, and my order is not ready until 10:03, beyond ridiculous. However, Im beyond the point of annoyance and frustration, so she reads my order to me, and they gave me 20 wings of the wrong flavor. I was so upset, and told her no, the wings should be a different flavor, she puts the receipt in my face and says look, this says this flavor, I showed her my phone and the correct order, she said well lts gonna be another hour wait time. The girls at the counter gave me complete attitude and as much as I wanted to throw the wings in her face I kept my composure and not once did I raise my voice or give attitude back. I felt the need to include my patience even though it was beyond gone, but overall, I will never order/eat at this location again. I used to about 4 years ago but never will l make that mistake again. The staffs work duties is beyond their understanding and absolutely not worth the wait or the time. I would rather go out of my way to a different one 15 miles out even if Im right next to them.

As I was waiting I observed the employees one in particular named Aundrea was being horribly rude to the customers. She was rolling her eyes,swearing and on her phone. Also she talking about wanting to use drugs multiple times to customers. At one point all the employees went to the back room and came out a few minutes later. They all seemed to be on drugs. The kitchen was so dirty it made you almost no want to eat there. People who ordered online were waiting for the longest of time. This is by far the worst wingtop Ive ever been to. The manager seriously needs to check in often. Im also going to make a few calls to the department of health and shut them down.

I was honestly surprised by the quality of food at this location. First off, I ordered online, got to the establishment (I arrived a few minutes after the estimated time it would be done in anticipation of them finishing the order late) and still had to wait another 15 minutes for them to finish preparing my order. But the real kicker was when I had finally got home to “enjoy” my meal. I’ve never been to a wing stop with such poor quality food. A lot of the wings had pieces that I couldn’t even chew (imagine old fried chicken) and the fires were all burnt and nasty which was really a bummer cause the fries are why I opt for wing stop over other establishments. I was craving wings for a couple weeks prior to this visit, won’t be making this mistake again because especially for the price point the service and quality are not dependable.Oh and their drink machine always has drinks that are basically just carbonated water. At all locations I’ve been too.

The most disgusting restroom I have seen in a while. This is worst then a gas station or truck stop restroom. Then, these young kids are so concerned with helping the next person they couldnt get our order correct. We ordered 15 wings total. 5 boneless 5 bone-in and 5 on the side bone-in. All lemon pepper. We had 4 boneless 7 bone-in and nothing on the side. I go back to the counter and ask them where is the other wings? They say theyll fix it and yet again they mix our order with someone else that person leaves and now we wait another 20-25 minutes for the correct order. The last time I ever stop here.

The worst wings I’ve ever had from any Wingstop. I got a 10 piece which turned out to be all drums (I guess you have to request mixed) and no flats. The skins were soggy and I even found a feather in 1. Not well seasoned with Louisiana Rub. 2 stars because it was near closing time and the server was very nice.

This place is terrible. Only referring to the one in upland. They will not answer the phone, so no phone orders. Web ordering id incomplete. You have to literally wait an hour for your order even for a 5 piece. When you get the order, it is completely incorrect. The excuse they gave was that theres only one cook. 4 months ago the exact same thing happened and they gave the exact same excuse, like wth!!

Literally about a quarter inch of grease at the bottom of the container and since we took them to go that hot grease spilled all over me and the car. If your trying to pay any way outside of cash this is the wrong establishment for you. I recived a coupon in my e-mail for a free 6 piece combo. Im thinking dope run it. So I go into the store to redeem it and they are looking at me funny because I am using a coupon. They then tell me its not valid which it is clear as day that it is. The shift lead named yasime or something like that then comes over and tries to change the value of the coupon to a side instead of a combo. After that I left and placed the order online with the coupon with no problems and no employee acting like Im taking money out they paycheck by paying with a coupon.I come back later to pick up my online order because they couldnt get my order right. Then these people give me dusty frozen wings from my old order i placed 40 min ago, instead of the new one I just placed. Easily the worst customer service experience of my life. Far overpriced for food volume and quality. A combo with 5 wings costs over 10$. The quality has never wowed me, and I feel the price would be more fairly set at $7.50. Often out of napkins, or one or more of the soda fountain options is out of order. The eating area doesnt feel particularly clean. Overall, a below average eating experience.
