The inside of the store looked more like the BART subway station than a restaurant. Wouldnt be surprised if a rat popped up underneath the counter. It took the night shift like an hour to give us our wings. What were they doing to the chicken back there??? Anyways food was meh, but overall fun experience. The Atomic Wings made me run my fastest 40 yard sprint in my life.

I ordered from this location thinking it was going to save time but boy was I wrong the order is 10 classic bone in original mild and another 10 classic bone in original mild wet now I had wing stop before and I have never been given mild* as in eze lite sauce its confusing to me to ask for wet and receive plain and wet in fry oil and be told that this is how its suppose to be order at your own risk I ended it by getting a refund in the end.

Well that was a weird experience. Tonight we got a dinner and a show. The staff did not seem to care that we could hear them arguing in the kitchen. One staff member in particular was yelling quite a bit at a colleague. The same staff member who was doing the yelling was also not wearing his mask. I don’t know if the staff can realize that we can see the reflection of what they’re doing from the windows as we’re waiting for our food. We did not feel safe enough to speak up and say anything given the attitude the staff had. It was uncomfortable to witness this happening. Our fries were in edible. They were so salty that I could only have two or three which sucked because we had upgraded to loaded fries. The rest of our food was okay. I really don’t understand the good reviews for this place. We all know restaurants are struggling during this pandemic, but this was a really terrible experience and not worth the money.

My daughter ordered a cajun chicken online and somehow it ended up Hawaiian chicken which she didn’t eat obviously and I took it back to the store and explained it to the store manager and her response was there very cold saying there is nothing she can do and that was it. This is the last time I am stepping foot in this store. Wing stop you lost a regular customer forever.

The food was what you’d expect. Greasy, but pretty tasty. Everything else was weird and just bad. The place doesn’t have tables (removed for Covid?), they won’t let you use their bathroom, the floors are dirty, they seem to be annoyed they have to serve you, and they sprinkled sugar on our soggy fries. Just a really strange vibe and we won’t be going back.

Order never ready on time. Wingstop app marks my order as complete and then I arrive at store and they tell me 5 mins. I come back in 5 mins still not ready. Bad experience. Also what’s the deal with no tables and chairs and the restrooms always being blocked by trash cans. If I can’t eat there or use the restroom while waiting I’m less likely to come to this store.

OMG this place is jacked up! Three people working (one of them a manager but all tables covered in bones, food wrapper trash. Homeless man was convulsing in the back while pretending to eat someones food that was left at the table. Food total was $44 and some change. I handed the kid behind the counter a $50, and he said we cant take that....really? Where are we, Venezuela? Let me talk to your manager. A goofy voiced man spoke from the fries area and said to the cashier its ok. Be sure and give him the right change.--Which was a perplexing response to someone who handles cash.Food was 5/10. Edible. Veggies were starting to go bad, some crunchy and fresh, some soft and bland.Restaurant 1/10. It had chairs.Staff 1/10. They had a pulse.Just goes to show you how management can make or break a successful business. I sure hope someone wakes up and fixes this place. Its truly a disaster.

I was told to go to Wingstop from a friend because he had said that the wings were amazing. I must say, I absolutely agree. The wings here were fantastic. Make sure to get the fries well done for an even better meal.

Been wanting to write an update for a while ever since they stopped serving that delicious Korean Spicy flavor. (Boo!!! That was a great flavor yall made a mistake)Problems:-The area is always riddled with stinky homeless people especially at night. Sometimes they come inside smelling like pee and body odor begging for money or asking if weve finished our food. Cant even enjoy my meal...-Bathroom is always really dirty/things are clogged or broken-Another price increase yet again. From $16.21 to $19.51 in less than 6 mo. I can buy 2 MOD pizzas with UNLIMITED TOPPINGS across the street for less than $19.51.-Soda is sometimes flat-Way too expensive for 1 meal

So the food is good, but this location was super shady. If you like your wing experience, to feel like you are making a shady drug deal at an abandoned crack house. This is it. The space was just an empty room with a bunch of people pacing around waiting for their wing fix. They even created a barricade around the bathrooms with trash cans. so you felt very unwelcome.

I enjoy Wingstop food usually however, both times I have tried this particular location have been a terrible experience. First time was a takeout order and they took over 20 minutes longer than expected to complete my order and the staff was handling money and then handling food without gloves. Disgusting. I decided never to go back to this location again. Never had problems at the location in Richmond and chose to go there.Unfortunately, when I placed a delivery order months later, my order was routed to this location. Even more unfortunate, they gave my order to my delivery driver missing over half of the order. When I tried calling, they were extremely rude on the phone and told me to contact DoorDash (even though I placed my order directly through the app) and hung up on me. Tried calling back and was hung up on again and again.The staff are disrespectful, unhygienic, and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

Its a Friday night and they have one rude girl running the front . Not sure if she is rude because she was overwhelmed with the high traffic but regardless she handled herself poorly. There is no communicating with the customers and the Doordash people need a different spot to pick up orders.

Food is okay. Service is terrible. Interior is terrible. Hospitality is terrible (barricade of trash cans blocking the bathroom). And in general this place is just bad, go to any of other wingstop and it will be better.

Wingstop in its current state is alright, but not great. I enjoy their fries a good bit, although some may not like them as they are highly seasoned. Their fried chicken is pretty standard, along with their pricing. This location is understaffed, the staff seem new, and the wait times for food are very long. This is understandable given the current state of the world, but in the meantime Id suggest to go somewhere else.

Seems like a family-owned and operated franchise location, and it is even sweeter for it; you may have to wait 15 minutes for the best wings of your life, but that really isnt a problem when its because theyre made fresh just for you! The texture is so crisp, and tight, that it really makes this particular wing a standout. I loved it, and cant wait to get me some more -- I usually order the cajun (Louisiana-this, Creole-that), but nothing beats that Original Hot with blue cheese.

The woman working today 6/3/2020 at about 4pm clearly hates her job, her employer, the customers, or all of the above. When I called in my order I asked for 30 wings, and the three dips that go with them. She told me they did not come with dips. I was puzzled because thats what it says on the menu online, but I assumed that the menu must have changed. When I got there I asked for my order and was told that the price was about $2 less than I was expecting I looked up and saw that indeed the menu did have the dips included with the wings I was trying to order. I asked her about it and she said I did not say that I wanted the 30-wing deal, I only said that I wanted the wings. I asked where the just wings were on the menu, and she said they are not on the menu. Clearly she knew what I intended and was just messing with me. I didnt want to sit there for another 20 minutes arguing with her so I just took my wings and left. Then I got home and realized that she had not given me my entire order and had left out one of the two flavors of wings that I was supposed to get. The wings are tasty but the employees hate you.

Wings are usually good. But there is no point in ever requesting for well done fries. In all the many times I have been to this Wingstop they have never cooked the fries well done. They barely even ever get the dry seasoning right or even season them at all.

It is a very bad management shop. Time to pick up food Never been on time. And employees never care So many lots when calling to order food or order online. The staff said 20 minutes ... but I went after 20 A minute will have to wait another ten minutes. In some cases, employees are not interested in picking up items for customers. Things made me rate this place ZERO star: 1. I ordered online and got my confirmation email but when I got there they said they didnt receive my order. 2. After I showed the cashier the email, she still insisted that there was no record of my order in their system. Its okay the system might have some problem then and it was not your fault, but that didnt mean you should act like it was none of your business. Not to mention hoe she checked my phone using her unwashed and greasy hands and left my phone screen with full of cooking oil. Whats funny was that later another customer walked in and told them they gave him the wrong order and he didnt found that out until he got home. So turned out they messed up our orders by giving him mine and it was THEIR FAULT. 3. I was told it would be a 10 min wait if I decided to re-order, but eventually waited for another 15 min. I mean 5 min was really nothing to me, but breaking your promise twice? I dont know. 4. The food. I ordered garlic parmesan wings, but there was barely any parmesan cheese on the wings, and they tasted nothing different than plain wings. I guessed cooking oil was the new flavor? Based on my experience with wing stop, the food was way below average.Seriously I didnt have much expectation for wing stop, but how they still managed to mess things up not even in busy hours was just unbelievable. So avoid this place at any cost. Even if you really feel like some wing stop, go for other stores until they could hire someone reliable here.

Took 20 minutes to make 10 wings. There is water on the floor from what Im assuming are holes in the roof. I changed 5 of my wings to another flavor right after I ordered and was standing right at the register and the cashier had to ask me 20 minutes later what flavor I had changed. Terrible.

This review is not for the business itself but for a certain employee, i order food from here every week and never had an issue. But last night I ordered online and came in well before closing time. As soon as I approached the register the employee Britney was automatically rude with a sour face, did not greet me or ask my name she waited for me to talk while she looked at me with a mean mug. I processed to brush attitude off because it was near closing time. I told her it was an online order, and just gave me a price without asking my name or anything about my order. I assumed the amount was fine. My total was about 18$ and i had a 50$ bill. She claims to say she has no change to give me in her register, i then saw a register behind her with 20$ and 5$ so i asked her if she can change the bill for me so i can give her something smaller. She then says she cannot take money out of someone else’s register, THAT MAKES NO SENSE. Finally she calls over the manger, and she approves it, then this young lady takes out the change from her drawer. THE SAME MONEY SHE CLAIMED SHE DID NOT HAVE. i would prefer for her to simply say she did not want to serve me. After i paid and she threw the change on the counter when i had my hand extended to grab my change, she kept mumbling very rude and mean comments of the customers in the store, then graba her drawer for the register and throws it on the table behind her. This was the WORST experience ever. I will not go but food here again with people like that working there. Disgusting service

Have eaten here several times, its always good. Staff is courteous, my order is always correct, hot and ready when I get there (I order by internet) and I have yet to be disappointed by the quality of the food. Not gourmet by any means, but always satisfying.

The casher ( veronica ) was super helpful and friendly even when dealingn with a long line. Alone, the cook however is either high, or to slow for the job i waited 20min to be told they hadnt even started frying the wings and it would be another 7-10min yet the place was empty and the others who where waiting seemed to be just as irritated as me.
