I ordered 10 PCS combo. I ordered spicy Korean and garlic Parmesan and fries. I love their fries got home to find the fries were burnt, cold and dry and my wings were boneless. I live 3 1/2 miles away. I was not going to go back to get them to replace them. This happens every time. The garlic Parmesan were so salty I couldn’t even eat them.

On Monday 12-4 I placed an online order to be picked up at 230 pm. 6 wings and fries. Easy and simple. Arrived on time and the food was not ready, spoke to the young lady working the cash Register and she said another 10 minutes. Food was ready at 2:57pm. After taking my food with me as I was pressed for time and had to be somewhere at a specific time I started eating my food.The food was horrible. Cold, not cooked to perfection and just a complete waste as I couldnt eat it.How can something be 30mins late and cold and under and over cooked. It doesnt make sense. I said to myself atleast my food will be fresh and hot!!!!! Not the case here!!!!!I threw the food away. I understand the adversity that comes with food services, however someone is going to get sick and possibly sue. If we spend money we deserve good food.This is my second time experiencing something like this. I didnt complain the first time as I felt every restaurant has good and bad days. I will never eat here againEither switch out the cooks and management entirely!!!!!!!! Nobody has a sense of care or urgency either. Walked in to place an order for take out. I just ordered a 10 piece combo. I was told it would take 20-25 minutes. I waited for over 35+ minutes. Once I arrive home I see that. I was given the wrong flavored wings. I ordered Mango Habanero. I received BBQ. I also ordered well done fries and instead it was soggy. I also ordered Voodoo Fries and it was a mess and hardly any ranch on the fries. I want a refund. I’m currently on the phone trying to speak to a team member of this establishment. I called about 20 times and I am also trying to stay on the line and wait 10 minutes at a time. AND STILL NO ANSWER. It’s unfortunate that this is happening and not sure why they have a phone if they don’t answer? So, I have to physically come back to the store to explain their mistakes instead of doing it over the phone. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. I don’t have a problem with the one in Manteca. Very frustrated with this Wingstop Location in Tracy. STILL waiting on the phone. I guess I have to go in physically!

Consistently shorting me on wings. Everytime I order from this establishment, it is always 20+ wings and for the last 3 orders I have been shorted on my wings by at least 3 or 4. I always check to make sure the seasoning is correct but I do not count my wings at the establishment. I now know that is something I have to do. I love their wings but paying for things not given is unacceptable. Please do better.

Went into wingstop about an hour and a half ago and was unfortunately told that my food was given to someone else. They told me that they were sorry and within 10 minutes had given me my food and more. I love wingstop and wont hesitate to go back. Only reason for 4 stars is because of the mishap. But they took it in stride and corrected the issue. They were working hard and still had time to make my food again and come and explain the issue. I appreciate you guys.

Always love the food, just not the wait times. This location is extremely slow for ordering. It normally takes 40+ minutes to get your food. NEVER GO ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK you wont make it back to work in time.The staff is very friendly and apologetic about the waiting though.

Man this place sucks, they are really slow here in Tracy, CA. Managements either need to hire more people to cook or something. I’ve been since 8:52 pm, and it’s already 9:25pm. I keep Asking them what’s happening with my Order. All they keep saying is 5-10 minutes. Sucks!

The food is good! I love their wings!!!However, there is room for improvement on service!! The online order showed it was complete and ready for pickup. When we arrived, we still needed to wait for 25 more minutes for the food with no apology and bad attitude from the staff!The app should provide a better estimate pickup time and the order status so that the customers do not need to wait outside in a crowd during COVID! And the management should have a better training on their staff!!!

Absolutely beyond putrid service. They claimed they couldnt answer their phones for OVER AN HOUR because they were understaffed with 2 people in an entirely empty building. They completely disregarded the fact that my food had sat for over an hour and offered no recompense for any of it other than cancelling the order, which they couldnt even be sure if the refund would be issued within the next 2 weeks or not. This is disgusting behavior from the chain claiming to be at the top of the wing game. I will absolutely be following up with both the store and district manager.

On multiple instances has the wait time been egregiously bad and unacceptable. I’ve had to wait over an hour delay on top of the 50 minute expected wait time. The chicken sandwich is awful and stale, and the bread is hard. Trying so hard to make an exception for the longer wait because the wings are still good but the poor experience is just unbearable.

So tired of paying for sauces that I dont get. Ordered with their app for delivery and the two extra sauces didnt come. It was delivered by Doordash through the Wingstop app but Wingstop said Doordash had to refund me even though Wingstop packed and sealed the order. Good luck trying to get hold of Doordash for the refund. When I order in person I always have to remind them to put in the right sauces since they default to ranch but when you get doordash you are out of luck. Lesson learned.

The Cashier that I was trying to place an order with had a additude and kept on shooting down my request for the 79cent boneless wings on Tuesday because if I order 6 it has to be ordered as a combo and will be charged as such. As a religious person i feel everyone deserves second chances but with caution and alittle strictness.Food is great. I wish there were beyond meat options or something vegan. I love wingstop so much. The tenders, the fries, the ranch! but this particular location in Tracy needs some improvement with the cleanliness and especially time management which impacts the customer experience.Today, I waited an entire hour for a few combos which is kind of ridiculous. Amongst other irate customers waiting, I would say I was pretty patient for the most part until I realized it had been one whole hour since I placed the order at the store with a dude named Antonio. It didn’t seem like there was a lead or a supervisor present for quality and damage control.In conclusion, I got my food. Cold. But I still enjoyed my food. There won’t be a next for me at this location.If you absolutely need to satisfy your wing stop cravings, I recommend placing an order way ahead of desired time for pick up. Maybe a year ahead since Tracy is a slow paced kind of town. Lol! Use doordash or call. And ask for wait times for orders because they don’t seem to keep it 100 with customers.

I was picking up an online order, it stated the food was ready, waited an hour after they said it was ready. During my wait, I noticed they were taking walk in orders, and prioritizing them first. When I spoke up about this, the rude girl said, they had ordered online. What a LIAR, I was sitting right on the bench! Wingstop should mystery shop these employees, and see it for themselves! For the past few trips to wing stop I have been severely disappointed with the results. The timer I get from my app of OVER AN HOUR is completed and I walk in to a reply of “ten more minutes” which is the most infuriating thing to receive after an hour long wait. The quality of the food has gone down significantly over the past year. Some orders are great, cooked correctly, good amount of seasoning, etc. Our most recent order was sitting in a pool of oil. So much so that it removed most of the seasoning. This has become more frequent with the most recent orders.Previously they had issues with order time, but I have not experienced that recently. I dont like the new policy on in-house dining I understand We are in a pandemic currently but I dont like using the tables outside because theres many flies and other bugs that constantly bother you when trying to enjoy your meal. I commute from SF and somedays I like to order food when I get off work so that all I have to do when I get to Tracy is pick it up and go home. The past couple of times Ive done this, the food isnt hot. Granted, its not cold but just seems like its been sitting out for a few minutes. This past Monday on 6/17 I ordered for pick up after getting off work. I got there about 20 minutes before my pickup time so I figured Id go in, get my drink and wait inside instead of in my car. Tell them my name and they say my food is ready. Um what? Im here 20 minutes before my pickup time... now I know why my food is never hot. I was too tired to fight it so I took my food and left. But I wont be ordering ahead of time from this wingstop anymore. The only reason this isnt getting 1 star is because I still like wingstop and its super close to my house. Wingstop is one of my favorite places to go for munchies. I love the boneless wings because you dont have to mess with the bones. All you have to do is pop tasty nuggets right in your mouth. They have so many different flavors to choose from it will blow your mind. And dipping sauce too. Give them a try. They will definitely help you with your munchie cravings.

If you want to spend less than 45 min waiting for your chicken wings, then I suggest going to Buffalo Wild Wings. This place is horrible and the employees served their friends before people that had been waiting for 30 min. When approached about the long wait and serving other people, they gave some lame excuse. Dont go here if you expect good service or speedy food.
