Food is good. Customer service is horrible at night. The place was not even busy when I got my food. They gave me my soda cup. I go to put iced and there was none. I asked for iced. They said we dont have any. Ok cool no big deal. Then I heard the girl said to her coworkers they told me to fill it up at 11:30pm. So they did have iced but she didnt want to fill up the machine till 1130. 🙄 if the machine is out of iced you fill it up. Nobody wants to eat hot 🔥 wings with hot soda. SMH. Because superior wants to be lazy. BTW 4 crew members at the front doing nothing but chi chatting between each other.

Waited 8 minutes to move up to cashier to buy a gift card. Cashier didn’t know, they called another person, they didn’t know, got person that “knows” she couldn’t do it either. A drive, wait, all for them to say they don’t know how really?

The lemon pepper wings were DELICIOUS... We showed up when they had just opened so had the advantage of no crowd... What I disliked was that their drink machine was completely out of anything that was NOT soda and I didnt want soda!! Everything this early in the day should be well stocked!! Also the music they had blaring was so NOT customer friendly...

I order 43 dollars and some change worth of food which was two orders, I order 10 piece all flats 2 BBQ the rest mild I get home I have 2 BBQ 1 flat the other was a leg the rest of themiled order was legs with 2 flats go back up there for them to get the order right gave them the receipt and told them my order again this time they gave me all flats, but I had 5bbq and 5 mild wow still cant get it right I said could I get a couple of extra chicken no she said I can give you a ranch didnt need it I already order a large ranch. Sorry just wasnt good enough after they messed my order up twice.

The past two times I’ve ordered online they’ve completely f-ed up my order. Ordered a 40pc and was only given 20. I Wasn’t offered a refund the manager only gave me 30 days to pick up the other 20 wings. The last time I ordered online delivery I was given the wrong order. I called the store and they said my order was still in the store and that it was an error on their part because they handed the delivery driver the wrong order. The manager told me I could go pick up my original order that night but could not refund me the delivery charge ($10) because I was allowed to keep the food I was incorrectly delivered (which I was not planning on eating so it was going in the trash). Do yourself a favor and go to another store. The management here needs to be fired.

I dont know why I torture myself by going to the one on Alameda, being close doesnt mean quality. You try to support your area and they let anybody cook any kind of way. If all you do is chicken all day then you shouldve been an expert by now, it must come down to management. An ordering online isnt the best, we see one thing and get charged extra for it and they tell us they dont see it in the receipt, so whats the purpose of having online services if its not the same thing. IDK if you let them tell you. They need new management and new online services maybe it can link up correctly. They already had 3.8 stars before I added my two cents. Hope somebody listening to help them out.

They are very slow. Even when you call ahead of time they are still slow. The first time I went I ordered online around 1pm I didn’t get my food until almost 230. They even had to issue refunds because people been there longer than an hour. But I decided to come back again because last time I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were supposedly training someone. But anyway I go back again and I ordered my food online again at 2:57pm and it was suppose to be done by 315pm. I didn’t receive my food until 348pm. I knew it wasn’t ready because when I got there employees was playing and talking like they were on break or something. I would never go to that location again. Unless they hire more serious workers.

The only reason I give it a 4 star is because its kinda small on the inside. The service?? Great! The wait is about 15 minutes for every time I visited and the staff is friendly. Parking is plentiful. They tend to go light on the lemon and pepper,I dont know why. 3 times I ordered lemon pepper wings theyre light. I dont know about you,but I like a strong lemon and plenty of pepper on mine.

Usually we dont have any problems when eating at this Wingstop, but today, we got there and the only table available had a tray left behind by a previous customer. We had to walk the tray to the counter and clean off the table ourselves. The staff kept calling out orders for people who werent even there yet. It took us 30 minutes to get our food, and even then, the staff took back our bag because we were dining in and it took her about another 10 minutes for her to bring back our food on a tray. The food was good, but I did notice our order of regular fries did have more fries than our order of voodoo fries. Also, my order of Spicy Korean Q wings hardly had any sauce on them. I did see it was a busy night, just hope we wont have to wait 40 minutes for our order the next time around.

Cashier would rather talk to a fellow employee than to take my order, when a big line started to form. I honestly felt bad for the one cashier actually doing his work. Being a restaurant for wing, the wings were really bad. I asked for hot and mild, both came out very dry. They had little to no sauce, which gave the wing no taste. I had such a hard time eating the wings that couldn’t finish. Would not recommend.

Had placed an order a for 30 boneless wings combo that came with fries. They gave me all bone in and even left out the fries. I called immediately and spoke with a manager named Patty. She told me she was able to give me a whole new order to make up for their mistake. I get there about a month later to redeem it only for Patty to tell me that she never spoke to me on the phone and didn’t write my name anywhere. I was very upset and she didn’t seem to care one bit for the customer. Wing Stop did a terrible job in assigning their management roles in the Compton location. I urge everyone not to visit this wing stop because any of you could easily be in my position with the way Patty is running the store. Truly disappointed.

Worst wing stop ever!!! The wait time is ridiculous. The lemon pepper boneless wings were extremely salty that I ended up throwing them away, in addition to been soaking in oil in the box. I literally had to squeeze the oil out of each wing and try to remove the salt too. Never again buying at this location.

Went it and 10 50pm their chairs were already up. I placed my order they had me wait over 20 minutes and I thought it would be ok since I would think the wings would be good. They told me my order and I left thinking it was as the employee recited to me. I get home my wings were under cooked, and they gave me one original hot and 5 lemon pepper when I specifically asked for half and half. They also over cooked the fries and didnt add lemon pepper like I asked. I was so overwhelmed I would have rather have them tell me they didnt want to take my order and save me time and money.

Second time here in a long time ..Last night 12/17/17 I purchased the 30 wing deal with fries to go for the fam... while i was eating I tasted some was off and Man ooh man!.20-30 minutes later every single person in the house got sick...my kids started vomiting I rushed into nearest pharmacy with a stomachache asked whats good for like a bad meal..A curious person asked me what happenedI told him I had some Wingstop..never knew what this person told me ...THAT PLACE WAS SHUT DOWN AMONG 3 OTHER RESTAURANTS FOR A MONTH! DUE TO SOME DRAIN PROBLEMS...i got Sicker after that .so Im thinking did they used old food that was stored for that long or reuse the same old oils..i say this because my 2 year old boy got sick and he only eat the fries...whatever it was not cool they should double check inventory Very very disappointing...negative stars if possible
