I would like to start off with the boys that are working there been extremely unprofessional and rude and disrespectful. I have never experienced some more disrespectful way from men then here at this Wingstop, the way they talk to you, the way the present food and the food being over, cooked and burnt and the sauce tasting better and gross is unexplainable. This Wingstop is definitely not recommended by me or anyone of my family who experienced these issues here at this Wingstop. I am currently going to speak to the main manager on Tuesday who is on vacation in regards to this order being so wrong and disgusting and the fries they give you heartburn and black and small like the end of the barrel fries and they don’t care to correct her issues them in there… Therefore, I will be talking to Adriana in regards to an issue, but I am no way going to hold onto this disgusting food for four days the way the guy on the phone told me to if I don’t bring my food back then they can accommodate. I did take pictures I do want to let you know that these pictures are not even close to how they taste and how disgusting they tasted. Me and my family did not eat the food. We ended up tossing it because we didn’t wanna waste to energy to go back in and take it in. I worked at a restaurant for 10 years and the experience that I know you should have when you go to a customer service type of restaurant or even fast food place is beyond except it here.

Just recieved my food not too long ago this is the 2 nd time I order from heir and my wings are hard and hardly any sauce won’t be ordering ever again at this location

Food was fresh, customer service was on time and they were patient! If you’re in Moreno Valley this is the location to visit. Def be back!

Olivia who I believe is the manager was able to give me a fresh batch of fresh cooked boneless wings! She took my order over the phone & I told her my complaint in regards to the reviews that I seen posted 1 day ago and she made sure my order was to my liking & that I can be grateful for 😊😊😊😊 Her customer service made me feel honored like she noticed my complaint and didn’t want it to happen to me!I would’ve rated 5 star if my fries was seasoned better it tasted like regular French fries and that’s not normal coming from Wingstop! 😏

Fries didn’t have any seasoning. Chicken tasted old. Customer service was horrible dude in the front asked for my name and looked at 2 out of the 8 bags that where on the shelf and said “I can’t find ur bag.” idk why you wouldn’t just take my order number as proof as it was me aswell I don’t want to share my card info infront of everyone in the store, thought that was weird.

First of all, let me start off by saying that my family and I enjoy Wingstop we order from Wingstop at least twice every three months. I ordered Wingstop online today as usual. There were no instructions on line that indicated that the credit card used to order online had to be present at the time of pick up. My husband used his debit card to order the food and I went and picked it up. I was totally unaware that My Husband ‘s debit card had to be present at the time that I picked up our dinner. however there were signs posted all over the place that this was the case. When I walked in, I noticed that the cashier was giving away online orders to those who had ordered online without asking them to see the debit card that they used to purchase the food online. Once they asked for my order, the manager Olivia immediately approached me when I said, I’m here to pick up for Kenneth. Who is my husband She said ma’am unfortunately due to our new policy I cannot let you pick up the food without the card that you ordered online with. She told me to have My Husband send a picture of the debit card that we used to order the food online. Which I found to be redundant . Trust me I totally get it. I am a victim of identity theft,so I totally can appreciate the security measures however, there were people in front of me that were able to pick up their online order without having to show their debit card that they ordered the food with. This really made me feel a certain kind of way, not only did it make me feel a certain kind away I was the only one that was asked to present proof . I was humiliated, and I just didn’t understand why I was the only one who had to present proof. I don’t know if I look less intimidating I don’t know it was because I was a woman of a certain color, a woman of a certain age. I had no idea why I was the only one that had to show this proof. I wonder what happens when DoorDash picks up your order or GrubHub picks up your order and we order it online are we to give them our debit cards to bring to Wingstop to show proof that we ordered it online. This policy just doesn’t make any sense. But again I understand the security measure. Just not that security measure. If you’re going to make one person, present proof, please make everyone present proof. Check the cameras and you’ll see and by the way, I am an African-American woman of a certain age. I didn’t feel like I was being discriminated against, but I felt like I was singled out for sure. Or was I being discriminated against? The managers name was Olivia.

As a dependable patron of this establishment, it disheartens me to leave such a review… Today I placed an order for 10pc all flats well done. Cashier let me know it may take up to 30 mins for the order. (No problem) After taking care of a few things I make it to Wingstop, where the shift lead greeted me with an attitude after I asked for a ranch to go with my order. This took place After she failed to check my order in-front of me to make sure it was the correct order. (Considering it was a specialty order - all flats well done) I asked if there was a survey or something I can fill-out to possibly compensate for the ($1.50) ranch. She oppressively said no, then hands me my receipt. I took my order home to discover that it was WRONG!!! I DID NOT receive all flats (which I paid extra for). I’m not sure which part of my order or the receipt says PLEASE BURN MY WING!!??? Cause they ACTUALLY BURNT MY WINGS!!! This is absolutely absurd!!! I will not be recommending anyone to this particular location!!!
