I visited Wingstop on July 7th of 2023 I arrived early before my pickup was due to be don. My mistake for not checking my food before leaving home. my food was very cold dry and there was missing food Wingstop has completely changed from when they first open. I called the store to complain about my order I was told that the managers just went out to lunch. To come back in 30. I called back in 30 minutes and still no manager at the store then I was told that there was a family emergency and they were not able to return back to work if they could take a message and I said yes Im a customer and Im wanting to complain about my order because I had missing food my food was cold, dry some food wasnt given to me at all. Im missing pieces of chicken wings. I was told I was so sorry theres a lot going on tonight and to fix this we will complete your order again if you can come back because. I could not return I had to go for a later date, and when I did they said they could not honor what was told to me because they dont do. This is so sad because I Will not be given them my business.

Pretty clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Chicken was cooked well and was as expected. Knocked off two points for the staff letting one of their kids put his sneakers on the front service counter. I had no idea where this kids shoes had been. Other than that, place was nice, took about 15 minutes for my order, and it was delicious.

I like the place and all but I have been calling for 1 hour straight no one answered and it was open until 11pm and I finally got a call but then the lady on the phone said give me a minute and I was fine with that I waited on the call for a while she said something but I did not hear and said excuse me and she went completely dead silent and tried talking she did not say a word and I was waiting for 18 minutes and she hung up still trying still no one answers and it’s been a hour

Takes forever to get your order and when its ready it just sits there no one calls your name to let you know by the time you ask for an update your food has been sitting the whole time and is cold. This place needs to retrain there employees for the price paid here the service sucks. We wont be going back.

I ordered online and had my wife pick up. When I spoke to the manager she was very rude and didn’t apologize for getting our order wrong. We had to drive 20 miles back to get the correct order but after getting poor customer service we decided to ask for a refund. The manager never apologized for getting our order incorrect and at the end blamed us for it. I would not recommend this WingStop.

Picture this: 11pm 7/20/22, store is empty. Order 8 wings and fries to eat there, and sit near the fountain drinks by the register. 30 mins pass, and I get up to ask how much longer, and the lady working hands me a bag that has been sitting on their shelf. Apparently she called my name and I didnt hear it. Instead of getting my attention, or I dont know, bringing my food out, they let me sit there. I was the ONLY customer in there and they have a long window from the kitchen into the dining room and can obviously see me waiting - I wasnt sitting there just cuz I was vibing to the music.Awful service but she gave me new fries when I asked her to replace my cold, sweaty fries, so 2-stars for not being awful about that.

Place is an absolute nightmare, will never be returning here and will be sure to let others know of the incompetency and disrespect. Manager Jeremy and Cashier refused to complete my order because they “didn’t have enough cash” for a $100 bill, instead they suggested I go elsewhere to break it and return to place my order. I have worked in the industry food before, and it’s unbelievable that at 6:00PM the restaurant has not more than $70 in the entire store. It’s late, it’s dark, and all I wanted was to order my food but they were so quick to just dismiss me and have me go elsewhere, return when I had the cash they wanted, what is this?Unfortunately, this isn’t even the most infuriating part, after another customer, a complete stranger, stepped in to offer his assistance and help, the Clerk and Manager magically had cash! They had the nerve to offer to break my bill in order for me to payback the man who saw the absurdity and payed. We were both shocked, where was this cash when I was placing my order? This was not a matter of not having money, I was happy and willing to pay!Frankly this was a matter of terrible customer service and a restaurant who has no common sense. These individuals act like no one has paid with a $100 bill. I cannot stress this enough, this is about incompetency and absurdity, will never be returning.

I have never experienced such service at a fast food joint. Very poor customer service. We ordered 15 classic wings/10 boneless with 2 large fries. We waited over an hour for this order. The order could have taken longer if we didnt ask what was taking so long. Their excuse was that it takes longer to cook classic wings. Ive never heard such a thing. Its meat and it shouldnt take that long. People who ordered after we walked in received their order way before us. It took them 20 minutes for their order. They placed the wings in the bag where it spilled. They did not apologize for anything. I would not recommend eating here AT ALL. You could get better and faster tasty wings at 7/11. Very disappointing.

Ordered at 5:30 for pickup at 8. Got there at 8:01, was told 5 minutes. 10 minutes later, was told 10 minutes. I ended up getting my food at 8:35. The workers were rude and when I told them I tried calling at 7:55 to see if it would be ready at 8, their line was busy (I called 14 times), the worker threw her hands up and said oh well, were short staffed so we turned the phone off. Terrible experience.

Im not the type to complain or leave bad reviews but I work in the industry and this is out of line. I’ve never had a bad experience here until today. The front cashier didn’t have a good attitude since we walked in I brushed it off as we all have bad days but as I handed her the cash she sighed and under her breath said “ I can’t stand these people”. I confronted her about it and of course she denied it. As soon as people of another race came in her She needs a different job if she don’t like ‘these’ people.

The employees were as slow as molasses and they walked around as if in a stupor and dumbfounded as if they didnt know what to do. The cashier didnt know what she was doing, and she had to call the only fast person (Maria) to help her because she couldnt take an order by herself. I got there at 7:55 pm, and was told my order would be 10 minutes, when it said that the order would be ready by 8pm. It took 25 minutes total and they would have forgotten the drink if I hadnt asked for it.

I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with this wing stop. I have been a customer with wingstop for years and have eaten at many different wingstop locations but this one seems to disappoint me the most... Never have I ever had a problem or had to pay $1.25 per ranch on the side of my order at any other wingstop. Mind you, the ranch is the size of a salsa container! I can understand if I’m asking for extra ranches but for a 20 piece I think it’s fair to at least give your customer a side or two of sauce for their order that they are already paying for. I have never had this problem at any other wingstop. They are usually very generous at other locations but this one is very greedy... Will not be returning again..

Every time i order extra well done and extra seasoning my order is never what i ordered. This time there is no seasoning on the fries. Everytime i walk into the restaurant, the seating area and soda area is nasty. The floors are sticky and the counters are sticky. The bathroom looks like it belongs to a run down gas station. I dont go in there when its busy either.

The hair was very small Maybe an inch long. Mine is down to my waist. I will not be going back there horrible service and very rude employees! Weave eaten at many different Wingstops across the country, Im a big Wingstop fan. The wings were pretty good and cooked as requested. The order was correct and the staff was very friendly. My fries could have been a little hotter but they were good. No complaints on the food. My 3 stars comes from the bathroom needing to be cleaned and restocked. There was only one restroom open and it seriously needed cleaning especially since the employees that are cooking have to use the same restroom. I was surprised, most Wingstops have clean bathroom facilities so it may have been just a busy Sunday for them as the were crowded. Just a word to the wise, stay on top of the cleanliness in the restrooms please.

Awful. When they first opened and started heating up the oil. The whole place stunk like bad, old oil. My son asked to wait outside because the smell. Against my better judgement, he ate some chicken. 1 hour later my 6 year old was vomiting on the side of the road. He now always says he will never eat Wing Stop again

I asked for a DoorDash order of 43 dollars, and when my order arrived they only gave me an order of 10 wings that was nothing like what I had ordered, I had to go personally to the store, and when I arrived they told me that my order was list and that they had given the delivery man the wrong order, because they dont pay attention to the name and what one asks for so they dont have mistakes. They didnt even offer me an apology, one is supposed to pay for the service, and I ended up going to the store spending more money.
