My meal was the tender combo meal.> tenders good (as to be expected), served crispy and hot> dips, ranch - very good and hawaiian good> fries good (some had a little sog), but good seasoning> disappointed that the chicken sandwich did not have pickles on it> dining area messy with trash, large group of noisy diners (college girls ?), glad I didn’t dine in> counter service friendly

Id like to give some recognition to the two employees during my visit to this location on March 6th around 8:15 pm. I was greeted by this very friendly young gentleman whose guest service was on point. Noticed this lady hard at work in the back who Im sure made my food which came out PERFECT. Literally full coverage on every single wing 🙌. All flats Hot Honey 10 of them 🥹 and the fries were seasoned to perfection 🥲. Thats what Im talking about! Wingstop at the highest quality. Those two deserve a raise and all the praise. This location has become my primary Wingstop after the noticeable degradation in quality from the Pomona store which I live right next to. Keep up the great work at this location 🫡👏🎊🎉

The manager, Ralph, is a great guy! Really cares about his work and the people he helps feed. The company forgot our drinks for a to go last time and not only did corporate refund us for the drinks but Ralph gave us complimentary drinks the next time we ordered. Thank you Ralph for your kindness and great service.

This is my local favorite restaurant for a late night dinner. The wings are always great, and they are usually ready on time. I like their Hawiian, Hot Honey Rub, and the Garlic Parmesian Rub. Their classic wings and/or strips are better than the boneless wings, in my opinion. I really wish they would bring back that limited time Carolina Gold sauce, it was amazing!

The wings here are absolutely delicious and plump sauced perfectly. I ordered spicy Korean BBQ and mango habanero, and they came out quickly and were so delicious. We also got the voodoo fries, which were amazing. Love this place, and it will be my go-to for wings.

My boyfriend and I did carryout. Upon entering the restaurant. The woman cashier looked as if she was bored and never said hello, no eye contact. We didn’t feel welcomed. She said 19 min itTook about 25 min for our food, I understand it was busy. Even the ones that were putting the orders out on the bakers rack behind cashier area didn’t look welcoming either. No communication from them at all. My bf and I are huge on customer service. Overall the wings we ordered were delicious. We ordered the Honey bbq and lemon pepper bone-in wings. No complaints on the wings. More customer service is needed at this location! We won’t be returning to this wing stop!

This Wingstop is always a pleasure to go to. The manager and employees are always friendly and have good conversation. Food is always out on time, which is a good change of pace from other Winstons. Very clean restaurant.

This is one of the best Wingstop locations Ive been to. Theyre consistent with orders, usually taking 20-25 minutes to make, and Ive never had a bad order. Personally, I find boneless wings to be a comfort food and to go great with a movie. So, if you find the same to be true, then be sure to order from this location!As a side note, the staff is really nice!

Over $48 for over cooked, dry wings and I did the feed back to them on line but no answer or call back at all. We had to toss most of the wings due to way over cooked. Not my place for quick dinner anymore

Great, just like every other wingstop. Those sweet fries are the best with ranch. Wings are obviosuly tasty. My only gripe is that they add very little to basically no sauce on medium heat wings specifically. On three occasions Ive had to ask for it in a container to add to them.

I have to give this place 1 star due to poor management. I purchased a gift card as a gift and it never worked. I called the manager to try to resolve the issue and he was very unhelpful. He barely seemed to want to hear about the problem and made me feel like I was somehow trying to be shady.He said he would return my call and never did.This says a whole lot about how he views his customers and makes Wingstop as franchise look REALLY BAD. I called the main line and I am still waiting for their call.... sigh.

I ordered in at this restaurant and it was very low quality. My chicken wings were more like nuggets. For fries I received half a basket of fry crumbs. I also suspect my food was reheated not freshly cooked because I was served in less than 5 minutes which is extremely unusual for any wingstop.

Aloha! Great Wings and relaxed atmosphere on weeknights. You can come by with your buddies on a week night and kick it. They play music all night so you wont here whats on the tv which is ok. Staff friendly and helpful. Service is fast. To go orders always done right r or me so far. Overall a good spot for wings.

The workers here are terrible one of the workers were to busy on the phone almost dropped her phone into the food. Before getting here I called to put in an order guy asked me to hold as I did and he wasnt even doing a thing and still had me on hold and I drove up he and a female were working this shift and were doing absolutely nothing !

I love wing stop but my past experiences with this location have been bad the reason im leaving a bad review is because i showed up at 10:50 and the doors were locked i knocked and the lady said they were closed when on the door it clearly showed they closed at 11 you have lost a valued customer.
