This restaurant is located in the Home Depot Shopping Center. I had a great experience at this location. I ordered online and my wings were ready when I walked in the door. The restaurant is clean, the staff was super friendly and ready to help. I ordered Mango Habanero and Hickory Smoked BBQ as sauce on Boneless Wings and Crispy Tenders. On Classic wings, I ordered Original Hot and Spicy Korean sauces. I also tried their Louisiana Voodoo Fries, all delicious! My entire order was right. I am really satisfied with the service here.

The food was good but the lady at the till taking orders was on her phone the whole time. Even while accepting card payments which has sensitive information on it. The Man packing the orders was not wearing gloves and even touched his face before food.

First time here and surprised how fast they got me in and out. Girl at the counter took the orders, answered the phone and filled the ice on the coke machine and did it effortlessly, although I think she should have had some help but thats just my opinion. Ill certainly return. .

Absolute worst service by the Woman in charge. Shes very rude when someone ask her a simple question. She has way too much attitude for someone whos dealing with the customers. Its like she doesnt want to be there. The guys cooking the food are very respectful but the manager I think her name is Story or something like that is a problem.

Terrible customer service. Tried ordering online at 10pm when it states the restaurant closes at 11. It wouldnt let me place the order online so I got there at 10:30 and I was rudely told they were closed. So I cant place an order online an hour before closing and I cant order 30 mins before closing? Not only that but the lady up front was extremely rude. either change your hours online or fix your terrible online ordering system so you can avoid issues like this. Will not be ordering here again terrible customer service.

Food always good here...orders accurate. Staff is friendly enough....just takes a LONG time to get your food. On busy days/nights they really need to beef up staff. Managers/owners should be onsite helping at those times (all hands on deck situations). They need a crew to constantly clean...sticky/wet countertops, trash from straws all over beverage station, crumbs on table and floor, etc. I always order pick up, never dine in, even though they have plenty of parking and are in a large shopping center (which would make it nice to dine there).

I placed a order online and waited for 1 hour and when I picked up my food it was cold and there was no one eating inside or in the line my question is why 1 hour if I don’t see any costumers or a line I just threw it away it was to cold to eat

I attempted to order my food on the app around 1015pm, the app was not allowing me to so I decided to just drive to the location. I got there at 1030pm went inside and was quicky told were closed. The hours on the door state that it closes at 11:00pm.

Went here on my lunch break and what a great experience. The staff literally makes this place. They were so upbeat and positive. Its so nice to see a group of kids enjoying their time at work for a change. Businesses need to focus on hiring more employees of this nature. They messed up on my order and the employee chased me in the parking lot to let me know. They fixed it quickly, and still were very positive. It’s one thing to mess up on orders, but the way it’s handled after is the most important part, and they did an exceptional job. I will definitely be back here on my lunch breaks.

Placed an order online and ran errands then went to pick up the food. They had me wait another 20 minutes on top of the 30 mins it took me to get there. 50 minutes later the lady offers me an extra dipping sauce for the wait. Told her it wasn’t needed. Be prepared to wait a long time. Even you show up and place on order be prepared to wait even longer

Boneless chicken was delicious and large pieces. For me, way too much sauce on the wings. A coating is good, swimming in sauce bad. Monday and Tuesday are discount days for .60 each wing but I didnt know until I saw the sign in the restaurant. That was lucky. I did not see it on the website and I scanned it thoroughly. Also confusing is how many boneless you can buy on Monday and Tuesday at a time. The FF are salted and sweetened it seemed. They are tasty. The workers are very nice. The order taker cleans up after youre done, as there is no trash. I feel better cleaning up after myself.

They seriously need new and better staff they AWAYS get the order completely mixed up or missing wings or wrong flavor. One time they forgot to put the other half of the wings in the box but managed to put the parchment paper there empty. Lol One of the bottoms of the cups completely fell off so the drink spilled out from the bottom and the other had a hole in it lol How? Check your order if you get food from this location

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS EMPLOYER/ FRANCHISE(Was fired for being a trainee)None of the staff are organized to know their responsibilities properly. By the first day I was a cook and the second I was a cashier, none of the management was helpful in showing me the proper steps in doing my job and helping with any questions I had. After my 2nd day as cashier figuring out what I was even supposed to do with no complaints or problems thankfully but with no help from higher ups. My last and 4th day was....less than appropriate from management and staff.. I arrived to work and the manager for the day was nowhere to be found and two women who don’t even work at the establishment (Ashley and Bri) explained “we don’t work here we just show up when people run late”. Furthermore after expressing my uneasy feeling of the management by saying “you guys make me nervous” it was seen as rude and as insubordinate. Another incident occurred after I corrected a simple mistake of a copy ticket Ashley asked if I was “high at work” to which I replied “no” and “I don’t want to talk about that” (I’m a medical cannabis user) which I found highly rude and inappropriate. Lastly by the end of my shift before being fired I had taken my 30 min break for 30 min and one of the “managers” told the owner of the franchise (Aliyah) I had left for an extra amount of time. Finally as I walked through the door for my last shift the owner pulled me to the side and stated “this back and forth won’t work we are going to have to let you go” before asking “what was your name again?” To which I responded my name but was dumbfounded by the fact that I didn’t think she knew who she was releasing. To anyone looking for Fair work and treatment from your employer and staff AVOID THIS PLACE

I would have given it a 5 star if they didn’t start turning off the TVs and music at 11pm. The chairs were already flipped over in every table. I felt rush to dine in. Why advertise that it’s open until midnight? I understand employees want to leave early, but come on. At least wait 15 minutes before midnight not 1 hour before. What a disappointment.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. They not only gave me the smallest wings possible but the staff was incredibly rude. I called about they way my food looked and tasted (dry and over cooked) and they were unwilling to give me any kind of refund or compensation. DO NOT buy from this location.

Wingstop is pretty good for some people but if you try some of the spicy or more risky items on the menu watch out for your bowels. I normally dont have stomach problems but I ate the atomic wings and had horrible digestive problems for a couple days. The wings still taste great so eat at your own risk!

I never tried WingStop.Mention this in conversation to a co-worker and offered to buy me lunch at WingStop. Why? I was missing out on the best Buffalo Wings according to him. I took him up on his offer.Had BBQ, Lemon Pepper & Plain Buffalo Wings. In my opinion, the taste was average.Buffalo Wings at Wood Ranch are tastier in my opinion.

First time at this place. Very polite young man at the register, but I ended up not ordering and left the place.The minimum order is 10 pieces and frankly I can not eat 10 wings at lunchtime.Conclusion:THEY SHOULD ATTEMPT TO FIGHT OBESITY AND NOT FORCE CUSTOMERS TO OVER EAT. My first visit today 01/03/2018. I used to frequent the location on De Soto/Vanowen. Never again. This location is waaaaay better. Why? Has new floorplan, there are several actual smaller tables allowing greater sitting options, two completely separate bathrooms, the AC isnt set to make you feel like youre in a meat locker, the music isnt booming thru the loudspeakers and the surrounding neighborhood isnt as seedy. I wish they had a loyalty program like BWW but they dont. Oh well.....

I dont know why I ended up coming here from the last time they made me wait 30 mins because the kid went on break and didnt give me the food. Manager ends up calling me sayin sorry. Second time I call and still wait the twenty mins for food ?? Everyone else comes in forms a line and waits on tables instead of eating. i come when they tell me itll be ready but still wait 20+ mins.
