I got raw chicken! I am very upset. I am about 8 months pregnant and to see this is really upsetting. I took a bite out of my wing to find a raw center. I wish I could give them a zero but unfortunately that is not possible so I give them a one.

Raw Chicken, horrible service and refused to provide a refund. If you eat here check your chicken before you leave. Unfortunately the manager must not be trained well in customer service. You dont blame the customer for the chicken being raw, come on people. Apologize and asked what you can do to fix it.

The food is great with a lot of options. I usually get the lemon pepper and lousiana rub. This is my favorite combination and I have them prepared well done.The atomic sauce is very hot, but lacks a lot of flavor, which is disappointing. I like spicy, but I like my spicy with flavor, not just to be hot for the sake of being hot.I think its unfortunate that a wing shop charges for ranch. I usually get it though.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The restaurant was absolutely disgusting and dirty. No one cleaned tables and there was trash everywhere. They were super understaffed and way too busy for the amount of orders coming in. After I received my food, thankfully I checked my bag because they forgot some items in my order. I waited more than 20 minutes for my order to be finished and when I went back for the rest of my order, I had to wait 10 minutes to be helped. I dont normally review like this but my experience was absolutely awful. Do better.

I get it you are understaffed but do you really have to put the rudest young lady at the register. Everyone that came in made comments about how rude she was. They have drastically decreased the items on their menu. No rolls, no beans just fries. Now dont get me wrong the food was really good but the service sucks. We were told 20 minutes so we waited, I told the lady we would wait inside. 20 minutes go by, 30 minutes go by. I try to get her attention and I get waved off. After 40 minutes I go up and ask how much longer. She says oh it ready, its been ready. Well you did not call our name. She says I know. Next time we are headed to Buffalo wild wings.

The fries were very soggy and not cooked all the way had okay flavor but mostly flavorless. The garlic wings are full of flavor but were not cooked all the way. The hot normal ones were good. They took too long to prep my order almost one hour and they didnt make it correctly and had missing item. Not to mention that some employees didnt used masks. The lady at the cash register didnt even used gloves nor she was washing her hands after completing the transactions. She was preparing the food, bagging and working the register. It was grossing me out! So I will not be going back anytime soon.👎

I would give it 0 stars if I could! ordered some bone in wings and drove all the way from Live Oak to pick them. When I got home, all of the wings were pink and raw on the inside. At first I thought it was only one of them but it turned out that all of them were raw so I drove all the way back to Yuba City and confronted them about it. They didn’t seem apologetic at all and when I asked if I could talk to the manager, they said he’s not in the store. I asked if I could talk to him on the phone and they said they couldn’t call him and said that he would be in the next day. They said they could remake the wings or give me a refund but that the refund would take several days. To me it seems like they are not taking accountability for there actions because they could’ve given me food poisoning. What would’ve happened if I ended up in the hospital? I feel like something needs to be done about this because it could happen to others as well!

I called in a order for a family of 3, when I got home which I live 25 minutes away and realized one of the orders was missing. Called the store and they told me they could remake the order that was missing or give me a credit for next time. I wanted to come back since this was our dinner but I asked if they could remake my order as well since by the time I would get back my dinner would be an hour and half old and she asked her district manager and they said no since they only messed up by not giving me all of my order. Very disappointed because of their mistake we were going to lose out!! Ive worked both in the food industry and customer service and I feel the right thing to do was remake the order, it would of been win win for everyone but unfortunately they wouldnt. If youre a chicken wing fanatic like I am a chicken wing fanatic then you will love this place! All the flavours are good but I usually stick to the standard hot buffalo. They will even cook them well done. The fries are addicting with ranch dip. They service is quick, efficient and overall a great place. Highly recommend!

Honestly have never tried wing stop just because I’ve never felt the need to. Stopped in today with my husband and I’ve never been treated so horribly by an employee and manager of an establishment . We told them we wanted the meal for 2 4 times at the register and they still didn’t hear what we told them so after checking the receipt it still wasn’t correct. And the manager then proceeded to question us and ask if we even ordered that to begin with and “are we sure?” I haven’t even gotten my food yet, and I don’t even want to be here . The floors are nasty, trash everywhere . Tables are sticky .Probably my first and only time at this location .

I ordered the crew pack, 30 wings and large fries, and i also ordered an another large fry, which is on the recipt, we drive all the way home and there is only one order of fries, a small amount I might add???? We are super hungry and no one is about to drive back over there and wait another 30 minutes for them to cook more! There was only four people in the store and no one staring them down,, i do not understand how they can do that to people when they are looking at the order as they are loading the bag,,,,unless they are doing this to everyone?? I do not know but it will make me think twice before I ever go back there.

Tasty wings, but I was shocked that hair nets are not required for the long haired male employees. Sure enough I did find hair in my food. Luckily I do not get grossed out easily. Removed the hair and finished my food. Im no expert of food prep standards, so maybe this is common. His long red hair is gorgeous and shoulder length. I believe females have to put it up or wear a hair net, so I was surprised.I had the garlic parmesan and my husband had the Korean wings (if I remember right) along with the sweet habanero wings. All were delightful, but I preferred the garlic parmesan. Im not big on sweets like my husband.Oh and we love how late they stay open!

Really awful food. The flavor was way off and the mango habanero tasted like pure spice .... “Zero” flavor. I called to let the manger know and all I got was uh uh. Then I look at our other package of wings and they put the spicy wings In with my kids non spicy wings. It was a strange combination to include the really hot wings with the non hot wings. The fries didn’t taste good at all. Overall I have heard that Roseville was much. Better.

I absolutely love wings and normally I would give them a 5 start rating however, when I went here on Saturday and ordered 20 wings, 1 Large seasoned fry and 3 drinks for my family & I we did not receive and dipping sauce ie blue cheeses or ranch. I asked for the dipping sauce and was told it DID NOT come with my order and I would have to purchase them separate. That caught me by surprise because usually I am asked what sauce I want. She mentioned that the 20 piece did not come with sauce but when I read the board above the counter it stated that even a 4 piece came with 1 sauce. It didnt make sense to me. I felt like she was being extra. Needless to say I paid the 79 cents for each sauce I wanted (which is not the problem). Worst experience and customer service ever! If I could give no stars I would!. We came to the yuba city wingstop location for a celebration dinner after passing my state boards. Ordered our food at 8:21 PM and at 9pm we were unhappy about not getting our food on time. We asked the employee how long it would be for our food to come she ignores us and starts helping the next customer who is also complaining. We get a response eventually stating its being made so we ask the employee to charge us for the drinks we had and refund our money. She says she cannot the food is being made. We said we have been waiting since 8:21pm it is now 9 we want our money back. She pulls out the reciept and says the promise time for our food was 8:38pm and that the wait on top of that is 35 mins. We told her nobody conveyed these times to us we would like our money back and to charge us for the drinks. She walks away and I tell my husband this wait time thing is stupid and someone should have informed us. She comes running from the back saying you called me stupid Im not refunding your money back. I told her I didnt call her stupid I called this wait time system of having a promise time and then on top an additional 35 min wait time stupid. She then states no you called me stupid I could have returned your money back today but now Im not going to you have to come back in the morning. We said no we dont have time to come in the morning give it now. She calls her store manager off her cell phone and states we wont leave and informs us that her manager said to come in the morning. We ask for the managers contact number, to speak to him or her personally, which we are not given. We asked to speak off her cell phone then since the manager was on the line she refused to let us do that too but instead in front of all the other customers she puts the manager on speaker for everyone and the manager without asking any questions says come in the morning we cannot issue a refund right now. The girl then after hanging up says if you dont leave Im going to call the cops. So that annoyed us more the bad customer service, not getting our food and then being threatened of the cops so we said fine call the cops. We sat there and waited for the cops. While waiting the employees boyfriend came and spoke with us too. He was friendly and nice he even asked the girl to give us our refund after asking what happened and she pretty much told him no as well. The cops said they couldnt do much but they were able to get us our reciept back. I called customer service who seemed friendly but I will never go to a wingstop again. I still dont have my refund. Had no food and instead just bad customer service and mad attitude. We decided to take our business to buffalo wild wings and from the moment we entered to the moment we left it was nothing but smiley faces and good customer services. I work retail too I dont call my husband when I have issues with customers and if wing stop can immediately charge me they can refund me my money too especially when I didnt get my food!! There was never no apology. Just tons of attitude. On top having to deal with cops when all we wanted was a decent meal for a celebration! Never going back and would recommend you dont either!

Arrived at the store 15 minutes later, waited in line to pay, when I got up to pay I was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes many people in the store were complaining that they had already waited an hour, I told the clerk I could take back my order since I hadnt paid yet and didnt want to wait too long. She said no they aleady dropped my order, so I paid. 40 minutes later I finally got my food and it was cold. They were out of ice for the drinks and carrots as well. So Im giving it to out of five star rating because the chicken that I got was very tender and juicy but the Hawaiian sauce was more of an after thought it was very bland and flavorless the parmesan one was delicious like it was cooked on and had some seasoning.I got the Cajun corn but instead of Cajun I got parmesan on it the corn was cooked properly but it was flavorless absolutely no flavor no salt no nothing I suggest you guys salt and butter your corn when it comes out of the fryer and then season it I had to put salt on it myself heavily in order to have any flavor for this corn....the doordash people did an amazing job the food was hot it looks really good but it is lacking in flavor... Especially since Im paying $12 for basically popcorn chicken that is tasteless....but like I said the chicken was very moist and very tender so if you get the correct flavor then it was very good.
