I love chicken wings and wingstop id my go to spot for chicken wings. My favorite is the Korean BBQ wings but I also like to share the Hawaiian wings with my girlfriend l. Food is amazing and its even better with sauces. There are multiple drinks of your choice, though I recommend getting take out since theres limited tables in there

I was at the location (with my son and my husband after a movie) at 11: 20pm.When we entered the store, the floor was super wet and was recently mopped . There was no wet floor sign. Only an orange cone with a handwritten note with a sharpie that says wet floor.Upon ordering, we were told that we couldnt dine in because the server said by the time our food comes out the store will be closed.We waited for a good 20 minutes for 2 orders. There were 3 staff in the kitchen. They were chit chatting very loudly as we waited for our food.I come from a retail background so i find these rules not acceptable.At 11:44pm.there is about 5 people waiting for their orders.It was 11:54pm when we got our order. That is quite a wait. It didnt bother them that we were waiting. Not one of them said thank you for your patience.

Ordered in person. Order sat on shelf and got cold for 30 minutes. Was never called, had to go up and inquire. Guess they automatically assume your a door dasher and will hound them for your order. Boneless wings are the size of mcdonalds nuggets now. Save your money, cook at home!!!! Boneless are the old size chopped in half. No value.

My business getting very upset because of this store doesn’t care doordash orders. I picked 10 to 15 orders daily from here . They always pull me over and make me wait more then 10 minutes from pick up time and sometimes them doordash tab not working . Bathroom always closed. I work 10 hours everyday around this area . Most of thing there drug smell always in store . Everyone just playing each other and doesn’t look doordash orders tab . Manger also doing same thing and doesn’t care my complain

EDITED on 02-06-2020: Its been a while since I havent been there, and as the place showed up on my door dash page, I decided to place an order.The chicken was OK, but the fries... Wow... They were SO burned (see picture) and salted (when specifically I asked not seasoned at all), that it was impossible to eat them, and they went right to the trash. How could you think thats fine to sell fries that horrible to your customers, is beyond my understanding. Lesson learned now. Wing-stop NO MORE!-- Original review --The place used to go down hill with bad management and bad food quality, that I had to stop going there. Now, after giving them another try a year later, they seems to have improved a lot. Will definitely go again.

This location deserves 0 stars. Been coming here for over a decade and had the absolute worst experience today. After waiting for 40 minutes (after being told it would take 15 minutes) they printed out our order and took it to the kitchen. I had to ask the girl at the cash register if she was barely putting the order in and she told us yes that she had assumed that she had put the order in. Then she calls her manager Elijah to cancel the order because i wanted a refund. Nothing was given as a curtesy, they only told that phone orders take priority over phone calls. Worse customer service.

62 years old, brought my Grandson here for an early dinner. Tables and chairs everywhere to be sat on.Guess what, you cant sit on them until after 4:00 pm. What kind of stinkin service is that? Annnnnd its freezing outside.I may have to take this nonsens up with corporate.🤔

I never have any issues at this location. Food is always good, correct and hot. One time they forgot my veggie sticks but a worker came out and gave them to me. Even when they are busy they do their best and hustle.

Let me start with I have never had an issue with this place until today but it was huge. I went in to place an order to go. I had my dog with me and I’ve brought her in a few times in the past to place orders to go never an issue. Today a woman comes from behind the counter no hello, nothing she just says, “Your dog can’t be in here.” I state she’s a service dog. The woman ask to see her papers I pull it up in my phone. Now I can be honest I visibly looked annoyed, because for me the woman’s entire approach was rude, it’s not what you say it’s how you say it for most humans. She proceeded to say I was rude and if I continued I would not be served. Did I roll my eyes yes did I say anything to the woman no, quite frankly I was done with the discussion I wanted to order my food and go home. She continued with saying I’m rude and asked the guy at the counter to step away and not take my order. Again escalating a already strained situation, I asked her what was her problem. She said I was rude and acting like I’m two years old, she proceeded to say I can order but then have to wait outside. The woman made a already bad situation worse because then she walked away and told me to shut up. I told her to kiss my a$$ which wasn’t right but this woman escalated this entire situation. Was I upset she asked for the service papers, no. The side comments she made about my dog not having a vest and not looking like a service animal I will be reporting. I know I am not perfect today was already stressful for me and this lady made it way worse. I felt as a black woman someone trying to tell me my facial expression was rude was a step too far. It came off as racist and she was trying to pull rank in an establishment that is not her own. I hope the owner addresses his employee

Very bad service - I ordered 10 chicken wings for a scheduled time. It`s good that I checked it before I left, as there were only nine pieces of the chicken on the box. The chicken wings were also very dry. When I complained, I was told I would need to wait 7 minutes for 1 piece of chicken that is missing. I was also told they`re very busy but I didn`t buy that excuse. I don`t remember being offered any apology. don`t plan to come back - their chicken used to be very good but there`s gradual deterioration of the quality of their chicken over the years, I honestly don`t think it`s worth it. This experience literally and figuratively left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope the owner pays attention to this review.

My overall experience with this wingstop spot has been great. No issues with service being slow/late, 80 percent of the time the wings are great, a few times weve received wings that seemed watered down, the flavor wasnt there like all the other times but overall great food, if I want wings I never hesitate to order here.

I use the app to pay ahead and pick up my food. I usually come after work so I look professional but I decided to go Saturday night after the gym and I was treated differently.When I walked in I was instantly questioned “Pick up!?” No greeting or anything like I usually receive picking up my food after work. I said yes told them my name and they just said 10 minutes. I walked away to wait—came back 10 minutes later there was a woman in front of me. The same person who questioned me greeted this woman with enthusiasm and waited for her to tell them she had a pick up. Then a woman took me next and asked what I wanted I told her pickup she grabbed my order and gave me a receipt then asked for my card that I used to pay on the app.I was confused because I have NEVER been asked for my card and at the same time the woman next to me got her pickup order and left without showing her card.I was very disappointed. Whoever is in charge of this team should retrain the employees on consistent policies. Always check the card no matter who it is and treat everyone the same regardless of how they may appear.

This wingstop has always been completely efficient from their customer service to the cleanliness of the restaurant. The managers after a few times remember our names and orders. Every experience has a very personal family type energy which stands out. Also, when they do make a mistake, which rarely ever happens, they own it and are more than happy to correct any mishaps. 5 stars baby

I have found the Louisiana rub to be my favorite. Ive been here a couple times. Both times they seem to be a little disorganized getting orders. My first visit they completely lost my order even though it was in queue and paid for. So, I waited for about 40 minutes before everyone before and after me was taken care of and left. I would go again, but I just make sure I check up on my order.

Unseasoned fries. Unbuttered rolls that took 20 minutes to get cause they forgotten the rolls and then they were cold rolls. Over seasoned and over cooked lemon pepper boneless. Garlic parm was not tossed in flavor rather than drenched like some snow on my food and couldnt taste the garlic. At least there was one girl who kept it clean and engaged with guest. Because of her they at least had customer service.

There is one at the riteaid, she said! Also the wife of the owner was pushing me to live when i was trying to find another place No plugs at all by this spot... Do not think that its a part of the whole franchise policy in sense of customers comfort and satisfaction. And on top of everything the wife of the owner was pushing me to live when i was trying to find another place to charge my phone and stomach... Wingstop is by far the best hot wing place in the bay area. I grew up by Buffalo, NY the home town to buffalo wings and I can honestly say wing stop is better than any other place. Wingstop actually deep fries their wings, unlike most places that bake them and leaves a slippery skin/chicken wing. This makes a huge difference in the texture of the wings.If you dont have patience or like soggy wings than go to a place that makes mass quantities of wings and lets them sit out until people order them. If you enjoy friendly staff, great flavor combinations, and a true buffalo wing experience then go to Wingstop.

It depends on the timing but usually you have to wait a while even if you call it in 15-20 mins early.Messed up my order and got very frustrated. I said the order three times and they still didnt get it right.I would not recommend this WingStop at all.
