Are you j/k with my fries? I got the 10 piece combo. Online order, pick up in store. I took my fries out and seems like they gave me whatever was left over of fries. 9:20 PM today. And come inside the store and wait in line than I see all around order online for faster pick up, so I move to the pick up side. And no one even says anything. Until finally a guy approached and asked “here for pick up”. While the other two at the cashier don’t even bother to ask. I don’t want to talk over them so I just wait. The dude in the cashier is finally free and doesn’t even bother just says next. Ugh ZERO stars to whoever was working this shift!

Cooks, please dont be lazy. I waited 23 minutes to get cold food. I saw your cooked chicken on the fryer ready to sauce for future orders. Dont rely on the fryer to keep your food hot, the fryer is not a heat lamp. I saw cooks prepping, one was putting ranch in to go plastic cups. Im very disappointed. There were only 4 people inside eating and you guys decided to cook in advance and not to order? Please dont be lazy guys, you see an empty restaurant and you guys dont cook your food to order. Please be better next time, you guys are lucky the health department wasnt there at that moment.

The young woman who greeted me was not very nice she was clearly not knowledgeable about her job or what she was supposed to do and she gave incorrect time frames. Then she decided to get the manager involved to do a job that she could not do herself. This was not a grand experience in fact I dont plan on coming back to this location ever in my life for as long as I live I will make sure I go to a different location no matter how far I have to drive to get there. It shouldnt take that long to get an order especially when you order through the app 30 minutes beforehand and if its going to be more than an hour or whatever then the app should specify that its not my fault its their fault and they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation Im done with this location Wingstop has filled for South Gate goodbye.

Their was a bug stuck to my wing automatically had to post it. Disgusting manager still had the nerve to tell me that their isn’t any bugs in their store. Disappointed in the food temperature. I ordered the chicken sandwich and not only was the bread cold but the chicken filet as well. The buffalo sauce was also cold. The fries were soggy and cold even after I requested that they be well done.

Highly recommend the manager drug test the employees, they where all acting really weird and kept constantly studdering and having to restart what they were saying to us.. I asked for a side of carrot sticks and literally got a full plate of carrots way more than I could ever eat. I asked for 2 forks and plates the guy handed me like 6 plates and 4 forks.. this is very unprofessional

Went there 2 nights ago and I didnt have an actual CC on me. But I did have it through my phone. Since it was a temporary one pretty much nobody was accepting it even when I asked if they could enter the CC #s info manually. Of course it was a.....Oh no we cant do that here & Im like yeah right of course you can its just that nobody actually wants to spare the time to help and provide a good customer service. So I asked again can someone please help me, its not like I dont have any money. When then suddenly, it was like that song (turn around...) JACKIE turns and offers to help. She was so patient, attentive, focused and made sure she hade met my expectations. Jackie handled everything in such a professional and kind caring matter. My daughter and I were very fortunate to have met Jackie that night. Hopefully there would be more people like her. Just wanted to make sure she gets recognized for her amazing customer skills and service provided. Thank you Jackie!!!

Ordered my food I sat on the bench, then I and 2 other people was asked to wait out side in the heat. As I go in to pick up my food I see at least 5 people waiting inside l, and 2 of those people were in the bench area. I would recommend better communication throughout the staff and consistency. This one of my favorite Wingstops because it has a big tv to catch the game. They serve some of the coldest beer and well the wings are just as good if you like wing stop wings. Came with a big group and they all loved it.

The service was good and the staff, albeit young, were as professional and courteous as they could be. My friends and I ordered our 30-piece wing meal and beer and were served in about 10 minutes... pretty quick for a busy night on 10-25-2019 @ approx 9:15 PM. I liked how the underage waitress followed the alcoholic beverage laws and informed my group that she could not inform or serve us alcohol unless an of-age staff executed our order. The staff was always diligently keeping up with all the orders and keeping the restaurant clean, organized and running like a well-oiled machine.

When placing my order, the cashier kept cutting me off and gave me attitude. I was the only one in line and she wanted to get rid of me in less than 10 seconds. Not so great customer service. After getting my receipt, I sat down waiting patiently and after waiting for about 35minutes, in between the manager made eye contact with me and didnt bother asking if I needed help just quickly looked away. Turns out it had been sitting there but no one bothered to hand me my order, instead all the employees are too busy having conversations. I get it, its okay when theres downtime but still the customer should always go first.

This is the largest and friendliest Wing Stop I have ever patronized. Upon walking in the door I was not greeted by one but three staff members. The restaurant was clean, no food on the tables or floor. Their are several televisions to watch various games and the food was hot and fresh. For a game night or lunch you’re in good hands.

I love going to this wing stop on Fridays with my family and normally visit this location because I meet with family once a month but this Friday was really a bad experience and I have been thinking bout it I dont know if its the holidays or they just hired really bad girls to work there they dont have any manners or customer service knowledge at all. This Friday I meet my family in the same table we always sit with kids and all which is the middle long table with high chairs and my husband sat in the end side if the table because there was no more space this girl comes by and said you can sit there you are in the way you need to move so my husband ignored her rudeness and we continue then she decided to have the security ask my husband to move so he did because the security said please. But I was so mad I asked for the rest manager she never came. Ill i have to say is please dont hire people in the holidays if they are unhappy or dont know anything about being polite. Other than that I love the food. And Im still waiting on the manager 😒

Went last night to pick up some wings to find out they would take a bit longer than promised. A gentleman at the register assured me the wings are on their way out. My husband and I use to drop by this Wingstop when we shop our groceries at the Azalea mall. We like the food and the ambiance. Staff turns around a lot, so we never saw the same guys. Some are polite, other ones dont (as today, Anthony,) looking at us arrogantly when they hear our English with foreign accent. Dear Anthony, as I said to you when you reluctantly took our order, I wont apologize to anyone because I was born in another place.

Wingstop is my favorite place to get wings. they have amazing flavors. this location is also really large so its cool to catch a game and grab a beer and some fire chicken wings. So I have order Wingstop for quite a while, Wings are delicious with out a doubt but recently, Wingstop has become lazy and have lowered there food standards. Twice my fries came burnt. What perplexed me is that the french fries are not hot, just luke warm and there burnt why?So my guess is that Wingstop reheats food for the client when there is extra food or they dont change there oil or the workers you have are lazy. I will no longer be ordering Wingstop from my local city. Thank you.
