2023-05-23 21:02:05Wokcano food and drinks are amazing! We have been going to this restaurant for ever now, this is our favorite spot with my classmates to go to - especially before our tests and exams bc we can chill, enjoy really good food, and amazing drinks and relax right before the tests. Their staff has been super welcoming to us. They’re always there for you if you have questions or need to place another order and they’re always willing to answer all the questions you have about their menu items whether its food or drink related. I have never experienced any delays with the service or brining the food/drinks to us. Very happy with the their staff. What I love the most with them are the spicy tuna hand rolls, the Purple Caddy drink, the crab wontons AND OF COURSE their signature and most loved Love Boat. Its got so many delicious, colorful and mouthwatering options.I’m going back and taking my mom with me to this restaurant some time next week. Can’t wait to try other items off of their menu.Parking: there is a lot of street parking available around the restaurant and they also have a (free for 2 hours) pubic parking structure right in the back.

2023-10-15 05:08:08The skin of the fish is not fried, the inside of the shrimp is not peeled and you can’t even feel the taste, the shrimp is so small. Only rice and oil are felt. It is spicy, as I understand it, so that not everyone can feel how poorly cooked it is. But the whole point is in the cook, he cooks without wanting to make it tasty. They also told me it was baked sushi, but it was served cold. When I said that it was not tasty, they just said “I’m sorry”, and I’m so sorry that I came here

2023-03-22 17:56:33This was a great experience! We arrived late in town and chose to come her from the hotel. It had great vibes and great food! Staff was a little scarce but they were super busy. The food is prepared very elegantly and the presentation was incredible. They have tons of options for all aisan fusion lovers out there.

2022-11-02 01:52:29Food was amazing. Staff is friendly. Nice ambiance inside. Big shareable portions to feed about 3 people each. Sweet tea was the best I’ve had by far. Highly recommended. They have an early and closing happy hour.

2023-02-26 08:43:40Asked 3 different people for utensils to eat. Food was on table for 10 minutes. Got it myself. Another server asked what I was doing then I explained we had asked 3 different people to assist us and then she just turned away and walked off.Was told to split bill for her (server). I’m sorry, what?Had to ask multiple times for refills for the same time asked previously. On 1 occasion for a refill, had to ask 3 times within a 10-15 minute span.Never had such a bad experience anywhere. Was so excited to eat here since I was coming to Burbank. Always had good experience here.Food was delicious as always but this server, literally, made the worst experience ever and I doubt I’ll be back because of her.

2023-09-29 04:52:12The food was unspectacular, and largely overpriced, but the real issue was how they tried to sneak extra charges in.Twice.The first time, they said the sake we ordered wasnt chilled, so they offered us a better sake, quoted at the same price as the one we initially ordered. Turns out, the replacement sake actually costs less, but they charged us the price of the one we ordered (the higher price). To their credit, we challenged this and they fixed it, but we only caught it because we triple-checked, they easily could have overcharged us and gotten away with it.The second one was far more egregious. It was the birthday of one of our party members, and so we asked if the restaurant did anything for birthdays. They said they had a cake dish that would cost $10. Unusual that it costs money, but fine; we ordered it. When the check came, they charged us the $10 for the cake, AND an additional $6 for the small scoop of vanilla ice cream that served as a topper. They had never mentioned the ice cream, or the additional $6 before. We assumed when they brought it out, that it was included in the $10 price they originally quoted us. Because why wouldnt it be? When we contested this charge, they refused to back down. All in all, they essentially stole $6 from us by sneaking in what was apparently an extra item and then taking advantage of our reluctance to ruin our friends birthday by fighting the charge. In the grand scheme of things, $6 is not much, but the way they handled the situation was wrong on so many levels, and patently dishonest across the board. Mistakes happen, but it happened twice in one night and then they doubled down on nickel and dime-ing us after we spent over $400 as a party. It was rude, it was shady, and it was just plain wrong.Avoid this place on principle if nothing else. Besides, you can get better food for the price elsewhere.

2021-09-13 12:43:19The Mongolian Beef are to die for, along with the Shanghai Lo Mein and Orange Chicken. We came here tonight for our triple date night and it was the best choice. The staff and waiter was so friendly to our party. There was only 1 waiter working the restaurant so youll have to be understanding due to the situation. But our food came out pretty fast and everything was so amazing. We got the Spicy Garlic Soy Edamame, Mongolian Beef, Chicken Fried Rice, Shanghai Lo Mein with Chicken, Walnut Shrimp and Orange Chicken. You scan the QR code for the menu but it wouldnt work on my phone since its running off Google Drive and I have a Samsung S20+. Yes, it did take a while for our check to come but I mean they only had 1 waiter working the whole restaurant so we just made the best out of the situation.. They dont take reservations here anymore and they have outside dining if you prefer that. They also have a note on the table about max duration on how long you can dine there but I asked our waiter and he said it wasnt highly enforce.

2023-10-23 06:39:59This place used to be great. We had dinner today. Had attitude from our server, had to ask for place settings and they served the entrees before the appetizers! Plus it was HOT inside. We noticed the restaurant across the street just closed down. If you continue, you may be next. You need to train your entire staff on the basics...seriously for what you charge !? I get better attitide and service from Mc Donalds....there are MANY other options....VERY disapponted.....I may never return. You lost several loyal customers today. We had dinner at a table by the bar and Ill spare the name or number of the server. We are nice people and do not deserve to be treated with this attitude and then FAKE niceness - so transparent! Our total tab was $311.90 PLUS TIP for 4 adults and one child and while the food was decent, the attitude, having to ask for place settings, the timing of the food was NOT worth it. There are MANY more and less expensive options one to two blocks away. Or better, go to McDonalds for a nicer dining experience. I regret recommending this place tonight for dinner!!!!

2018-06-03 08:21:49Not a great experience. It took an hour to get appetizers and another hour for food (Which was over priced and tasted mediocre). At the end of our meal we spoke to management about disappointment with the wait. Instead of simply apologizing for our experience... he decides to mediate between us and the rest of the staff. Well, they said so and so.. He did remove one of the meals we didnt eat from the bill, which isnt what we wanted. We just wanted our experience to be acknowledged.
