Wonderful Chinese Restaurant in Placerville

I feel that I know this restaurant fairly well having been there often enough in the past three summers Ive spent in the area.The food is consistently good and May, the lady that seems to be there all the time is such a personable presence. In my observations, she appears to have such a personal connection with many of the regulars.I have no reservations in recommending this place, a great walk-in restaurant, with fast service, generous in their servings, reasonably priced with a whole lot of hospitality.

Ordered chicken fried rice and a kung pow dish for rhe table. When we asked for the rice that comes with the kung pow dish, we were told we didnt need it because we ordered a rice dish. ????? No discount was given for the kung pow dish minus rice.

We took 38 vegetarians there tonight and this restaurant out performed themselves under so much pressure to serve and please everyone. I cant say enough good things about them and how wonderful they were. We ate family style and everyone was fed well and no one left hungry. And they were so accommodating to divide up all the checks between the entire group. We will absolutely go back there and eat again! I highly recommend them to you! I almost forgot to say how good the food was! Many of our group were former missionaries in Asia and they even said the food was excellent!

Excellent food and fast courteous service with a personal touch. They can get you in and out for a thirty minute lunch break. You will be glad you stopped here for lunch. The best food for miles around.

My favorite Chinese place! Great food that NEVER disappoints! Always friendly service and quick, too! We’ve never been disappointed!

Their food is really good, kind of pricey but it is worth it you get more then one meal out of it. I will be going back.

Food is good here, portion size seems smaller than the places in town, but they are much closer for me than going into Placerville. give this place a try

Good Chinese food done right! Owners are very friendly and service is quick. Typical selection of dishes are consistently tasty. We usually get food to go and they are very quick and efficient. This is our go-to Chinese place!
