Came here on a weekday and when they first opened because usually their food should be hot and fresh and not dry where it has been sitting under the warmer longer than it should. I tried the sushi, had the cook make my beef, pork, and shrimp chowmein. He seemed annoyed and not friendly at all but its ok some people have their days. I walked around and tried food from each station and I did enjoy some of them. The fruits were fresh, I dont really like their cakes but I did like their jello. The staff was always right there which was nice and the manager was very nice and friendly. The place is nice and clean which I very much liked. Just remember, we all have our own preference in food and also our taste buds are different so even if I share my experience with you its always good to see and try it for yourself. ☺️

I was desperate. I didnt want to write this but being Ive been a more superior simular restaurant...I am. They do have a great selection of seafood here. The flavors however were zero. No flavor or seasonings. The salt and pepper crab and shrimp was not. The mussels just had Sriracha on them. Everything I had was cold except the octopus. I think thats because it was in juice and not heaping. Look. When food is heaping in the platter but not being eaten fast enough it gets cold and extremely hard to get to the hot bottom. I did enjoy the octopus, co co clams and the fried bananas. The restrooms were ok. Just needed to be swept. I was there about 1pm on a Tuesday and it costed $15.99. I wished they would have cleared my dishes before I got back to my table with another plate. They werent busy by any means and is was easy for them to do.

We came on a Tuesday just after they opened, around 11:30am. Not crowded at all. The place looked clean. I missed eating seafood (baked mussel, shrimp, fish), so its mostly those that I got. I especially like the miso soup (among the three soups served that day). Forget about the carbs though (rice and noodles). They were hard, undercooked. I dont really care for sushi (didnt even try those). The fruits (tried honeydew and cantaloupe) were good. They were crisp. For dessert, I wish I got more of the chocolate cake. It was yummy! For $15.99 (weekday rate for lunch), it was worth it. We stayed for two hours. We had to leave before they kick us out. LOL!

Love 💕 coming here because it is never busy and the food 🍲 is always on point. The Mongolian beef 🥩 is my favorite 🤩 dish because you can add whatever you like instead of them doing it for you. I love mine spicy 🌶 and noodle 🍜 free! The seafood 🦞 is really good and Chinese food 🥘 hits the spot all the time including the 🇯🇵 Japanese sushi 🍣. Service is excellent and the staff are very attentive to your needs. To top it Off, the design and ambiance is very relaxing and welcoming for any and everybody. The Koi 🐠 pond at the front Lobby is wonderful addition to this Authentic Asian Buffet. Keep up ⬆️ the Great 😊 work! I am anxiously awaiting to go back again.

Better than; Milpitas Buffet (your regular subpar Chinese buffet), Tomi Sushi & Seafood Buffet (untasty food, not good sushi), Newark Buffet (tiny restaurant w.few choices).New World Gourmet Buffet has a huge selection of dishes, Id stay away from the sushi section except for maybe the seaweed salad. Cold seafood items are good, fresh, or shrimp, mussels w.lemon or cocktail sauce. The hot food was nice, fresh, hot, and good. The fin soup was the best out of the soup selections but still just ok. Pastry dessert isnt worth any tummy real estate, fresh fruit is good if you stay away from the obvious canned items. All in all way too much selection, just get a single bite worth of food then decide to get more later on, food selection is huge; dumplings, fried food, stir Frys, made to order Mongolian stir fry, fish, mussels, shrimp, pork ribs, stir fried eggplant, chicken wings, etc, located in a good area with plenty of parking & tables, service was good, their tea is awful, some weird medicinal tasting Chinese tea at $1.99/cup, just avoid & drink water or maybe soda.

We went here with friends. They suggested it and the place was amazing. There were so many options on the buffet. I tried at least seven things Ive never tried before.Every member of the staff treated us like visiting relatives. It was like eating with family. They even let us come back in after they closed to take a picture. I cant share the photo due to it being a group photo of friends and family. But overall, this experience was absolutely fantastic.

Dinner Buffet has definitely improved since our visit last year. Love the Mongolian BBQ options and fresh Chinese food. Loved the sweet n sour soup and fried egg rolls and other appetizer options. Will definitely return! $23/person.

Food is bland and cold! At a price range of almost $30 per person the least they can do is offer hot food. Service was terrible, no refills offered at all. And worst thing? While we were finishing up our waiter was at our table asking for his tip along with the bill!! AVOID.

Food was certainly old and not fresh. They have a wide selection, which is awesome for buffets, but everything tested awful, accept the cherries!!! The manager should be ashamed for accepting this food quality to be served. Also, it was way overpriced for the quality. First and last time. In regards to service, the worst resthrooms ever in restaurants, I felt like barfing when went to wash after my meal. The waiter felt like he was forced to go to work
