I really like this world market. They give out lots of codes if you’re signed up with them and they have some hidden sales when you walk through. So many cute stuff here I love it!

Several days ago, an order was placed for in-store pick up at Westlake Village store.The following day, I visited the store to inquire if my order was ready for pick up. It was not. The store employees advised me to wait for an email with information that my order was ready.Several days later, I still don’t have any information about my order.How long does it take to fill out a pickup order for two items?!This terrible customer service is why I stopped ordering from World Market for a few years (last time I placed an order for pick up; most of ordered items were canceled by the store, my reward points were not used, but were never returned to my account).Unfortunately, my daughter asked me to order from this store again, and again—huge disappointment.This is the last time I’m dealing with this terrible store!

There is pretty much nothing you can’t find at World Market! An eclectic mix of spices, foods, furniture, etc from all over the world, I shop here all the time. The store is always clean and tidy. My absolute favorite!

Thank goodness theyre open again! My favorite part is the coffee and tea section. They have Illy coffee (amazing) and many teas (I like the Yorkshire). Fun place to shop when putting together gift baskets. Great store!

What I liked: unique Selection, cool vibe, fairly priced, decent qualityWhat I didnt like: nothing, was a great placeIt was my first time visiting cost plus world market, we do not have them in Canada. Such a cool place, it has an African, hippy, modern vibe with such unique stuff. It also has a great food selection.

It is always fun seeing all the interesting merchandise from around the world and at good prices. The buyers for Cost Plus World Market have chosen ever so well for the customers. I love shopping at Cost Plus ! The Westlake store management might consider doing a bit more customer service training. Some of the floor staff is pretty rude ...I may head up to Oxnard ... I expect to have simple questions answered with a modicum of respect .
