2023-06-09 20:37:31Cantonese seafood restaurant with good service and tasty food. Their house special roasted chicken and fried oysters are highly recommended. Lots of live seafood in the fish tanks. Good for special events as they have lots of private rooms and a large main dining room for banquets. Parking lot is on the small side, so you may need to park on the street. They offer dim sum during lunch time.

2019-03-27 03:40:35They really need more parking space. That aside, the food was okay.We did our grandmas birthday here. We had the king crab. They cooked it in three different ways with different parts of the king crab. I thought that was awesome. However, the taste was just okay, nothing really special. The service was not bad. Lots of waiters walking around, busy even though the restaurant wasnt that packed. We had to get our own napkins from time to time.We had dim sum here as well.Dim sum was not bad. Most of their food dont taste that salty; However, we do get very thirsty afterwards. I think they used MSG, but not really sure. We did drinked lots of tea while eating, still got thirsty. On grandmas birthday, they did give us free birthday-buns fill with sweets.Their king crab was super expensive! Be sure to ask for the price before ordering it.

2023-10-15 19:50:03Probably my favorite Dim Sum place since Capitol Seafood closed. We took out of town guests here. One of them moaned after have some chicken feet in her mouth. The Salty Egg Custard Buns were a favorite with my kids and the beef rice rolls are a favorite with my wife. Shu Mai were decent this time around but not as flavorful as it has been in the past. They no longer have carts like traditional dim sum places. We placed an order on an order sheet and they brought us out delights. Service was good if you can get past the idea that not everyone speaks perfect English. But I mean, come on, its Alhambra. If youre expecting perfect English at every restaurant, youre in the wrong state.

2022-05-20 22:28:01A hidden place (because the entrance is hiding in the alley - that’s why only 4 stars😅). There’re a few of rooms you can host private party or enjoy the karaoke 🎤 if dining in the public dining hall. Overall, good food quality and displaying.

2021-03-23 20:30:06My friend has been telling me about the good dim sums of this restaurant. Finally we had a chance to come today for dine in Dim Sum.We used to come here quite often when we were living in Montery Park long time ago. We hadn’t been here for awhile. The restaurant had changed hands many times then. According to my friend, the dim sums are still very good here. The restaurant seemed to take all the covid safety measures for dine in. Tables were well spaced out and sanitizer was provided. After looking over the limited dim sum menu, we decided to try out their steam BBQ pork bun, sticky rice in lotus wrap, steam rice noodle with shrimp, siu mai, and shrimp dumpling. The verdict on the food: the dim sums were decent, tasty and fresh. All dim sums were steamed to order. The best dish for me was the Siu Mai. The pork was tender and bouncy. The flavor was fantastic. The steam BBQ pork was a bit dry. Over all, for less than $4, it’s a good value for the dim sum and the foods were above average. I would definitely come back to try their dinner as I saw a lot of promotion dea on the dinner menu。Service was very friendly and efficient. We got our food in less than 5 minutes after ordering.

2023-07-25 18:44:19This place is garbage. I recently ordered a roast suckling pig 310 plus tax and the pig is garbage. The portion is so little they probably didn’t give us the whole pig back after chopping. Other dishes weren’t the same as before. It tasted a lot worse than before. I rather go to blooming vip the food and everything in general is way better than this place. Will never come back again

2017-10-17 21:30:50I was born in Guangdong, China and lived there for 18 years. I can say this is really authentic dim sum, and I highly highly highly recommend this. The food portions are big and the price is also decently affordable. Its a must-go, guys.

2023-07-30 06:38:25Selection of dim sum is quite decent, but concerning was that they were out of har cheung fun (shrimp rice noodle roll) at 10:30am in the morning?Things sadly did not get much better from there; food was best described as meh to adequate. Service at least was decent enough.

2019-08-31 06:37:25It is definitely one of the busier dim sum restaurant in the area, but the employees do try their best to have you seated as soon as possible. Beware that their menu are simplistic, tick-the-box style without any images. Itll be helpful if you know what you want to eat based on the names. I had to Yelp and Google the dishes to see what they were. The food definitely is worth the minor inconveniences. I highly recommend the roasted pork plate. They are cut in thinnest slices I have ever seen. And the flavor are top notch. Will come back.
