The food and service were great. The lunch special bento boxes were $12 chicken to $17 for the Salmon, the rolls looked delicious. It feels very clean and I like how you get to sit next to a window.

Amazing food, by far the best Japanese restaurant I have ever been to. The bento box I got was incredibly good, and the service was nice. The different flavors from all the different foods in the bento box were very well balanced. The portions were a lot larger than I expected, and its worth the price ($17.99). Would absolutely recommend. There is a lot of seating as well.

Found this little gem in Poway! Saw the reviews and had to try myself. Got the volcano roll and it was excellent! Also the garlic edamame is so good!!! Service is great and looking forward to going again.

Fresh and generous sized sushi..place is clean and service is good and prices are fair. will be adding to our go-to list.

It was good. Chef was very nice. Clean place. Not very embellished plates, but who eats that anyway. I would definitely try again.

Update review: I love this place! And this is our second time here. We enjoyed as much as the first time. We tried different foods this time and all of them were delicious. I highly recommend the Japanese scallops nigiri, so soft, fresh and melting in your mouth with some sweet taste. Super amazing! The spider roll is very yummy. I also love their Shishito peppers, very flavorful. Their Santa Barbara Uni nigiri is so delicious with a very reasonable price. We will definitely come back.Previous review: This place is really impressive! They just opened not long ago and has already got pretty popular. There are good amount of people at a Thursday night. We ordered a Mixed Tempura which is only $6.99, it is very good for this price. We also had a baked salmon roll, and a nigiri combo. Both are delicious, worthy for the price. What amazed us is their Uni nigiri, it’s only $15 for 2 big pieces! The uni’ quality is very fresh and delicious. I will definitely come back for this!

This is GOOD Japanese food! The chefs are clearly masters of their craft. Combination of flavors was incredible, and the presentation was appetizing And appealing. We were just passing through else we would certainly make this a regular place for us.

The sushi is so fresh and DELICIOUS. They have an incredible chef. They have a great selection from bento boxes, specialty rolls, sashimi, and saki. We were there for our birthday and a robot sang happy birthday and delivered our food 😱. If you like sushi I highly recommend stopping here.
